  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Decent hotel but the evening meals are a let down.
Decent hotel with very good staff. You get 2 free bottles of water plus Nespresso coffee pods each day. Your room includes a mini bar and snacks but it is much cheaper to buy your drinks and snacks in the next door supermarket. Beds and room comfy and decent bathroom that has 2 shower heads, rainfall plus hand held shower head, but water pressure not very high but there is plenty of hot water. The rooms come with a TV that shows a few uk channels (BBC1, ITV London, BBC & Sky news, C4 & Sky Arts) The pool area is smallish but we used the two rooftop chillout areas for our stay to sunbath. The cleaning staff are brilliant and the general hotel staff are very professional. The 2 lifts are a bit slow to arrive but not a big deal. The bar (Cactus bar) has a good selection of drinks but only has Estrella Damm and a lemon lager on draught. The biggest issue is the food. Breakfast is OK with plenty of eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals, fresh fruit and various breads etc but the dinner selection is poor. I had ravioli last night and the cook put the raw ravioli into a basket and then into hot water for a minute or so meaning the pasta was hard and chewy. Not a great selection of dinner fare and the quality is not good either. Of note every drink you order either in the restaurant at dinner or the bar is charged to your room via your wrist band and you can get a paper receipt but be careful as you could end up with a hefty bill on check out, so pay it off every day or two. This includes any snacks and drinks you may have in your room. Overall a decent hotel for adults only in a good location but the food really does let it down.

Brilliant hotel and staff
Lovely clean Hotel. food was good. Staff as well especially Sonia who did our room. Loved hotel cat Blackie. Would recommend it and would go back. Would go back as the hotel situation was brilliant. The entertainment was good aswell nd loved the the bathrobe and slippers provided. In all a lovely hotel. The hotel reception even phoned t ask if our stay was being enjoyed. Well done H10 big sur Cristionas.

Great hotel for a relaxing break away. Travelled with my 18 year old daughter and we wanted a peaceful holiday and this hotel did not disappoint. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday. We felt very safe here. Spotless hotel with very professional and friendly staff. Had late arrival and was welcomed with welcome drinks and then a light snack and drinks also in our room.

Pool towels provided and can be changed regularly.
Room cleaned daily.
Free water in room daily.
Chargeable mini bar but we found it cheaper to buy drinks from supermarket next door.
Hairdryer in room not good for those with long hair so I was glad we brought our own.
Iron not available - again glad we brought our own travel iron.
Half board - various choices for breakfast and evening meal and we were never without an option.
Late check out available but heard some people say it wasn’t an option as hotel was full. We used the courtesy room for quick shower due to late afternoon departure.
Check out is midday.

Hotel close to beach and many shops. Can walk to Las Americas in 30 minutes.
We got Uber to Siam Mall and taxi back. Cheaper to use taxi.

Try their iced coffee from Cactus Bar 😋 perfect !

Needs a huge refurbishment NOW !!
After a great holiday in 2023 I booked in again at the H10 big sur.
Unfortunately, the stay wasn't as good. Firstly I have to say the staff are magnificent and cannot be faulted, they are efficient, hard working, and everything possible to make your stay a memorable one. Well done especially the cleaning staff who were brilliant.
But this is where the praise ends. The food unlike a year ago was not good. Tasteless, poorly cooked, and bland. Not a good enough standard to call itself a boutique hotel. (Whatever that means)
The pool area is not good enough too, with most sunbeds either torn or freyed. Broken parasols and parasol bases also are readily available along with tiles missing from the pool itself.
This hotel has a lot going for it. Amazing location, small and intimate, and views to die for but it's being let down by the H10 management that are unwilling to spend money on a complete refurbishment that this hotel badly needs.
I'd love to go back because it ticks all boxes for me but, not in its current condition.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Bin Süß und haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Das Hotel ist sehr günstieg an der Promenade gelegen und durch den Fährbetrieb nach La Gomera und La Palma gibt es immer etwas zu sehen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich , die Anlage ist sehr ansprechend und die musikalische Unterhaltung am Abend ist sehr abwechslungsreich und von guter bis sehr guter Qualität.

Lusso nella semplicità

Schickes Boutique Hotel!
Unser erster Eindruck bei der Ankunft war etwas beunruhigend, da das Gebäude von außen, von der Straße aus betrachtet, eher trist wirkte. Doch als wir die Lobby betraten, wurden wir von einer wunderbaren und stilvollen Atmosphäre empfangen. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und erhielten kurz darauf einen erfrischenden Drink gereicht. Unser reserviertes Superior-Zimmer erfüllte alle unsere Komfortbedürfnisse und enthielt eine großartige Kaffeemaschine. Nachdem wir uns frisch gemacht hatten, begaben wir uns zum Abendessen. Das reichhaltige Abendbuffet bot für jeden Geschmack etwas in einem schönen Ambiente; entspannt speisten wir unter Palmen. Am nächsten Morgen genossen wir ein ebenso reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot, bevor unser Aufenthalt leider endete und die Fähre nach La Gomera auf uns wartete. Die äußerst ruhige Lage in Los Cristianos und das charmante Boutique-Hotel haben uns vollends überzeugt. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub planen wir, Teneriffa ausgiebiger zu erkunden und wieder hier zu übernachten.

Une très belle découverte
Hôtel parfait, au calme, à taille humaine, parfaitement entretenu et bien situé. Mention spéciale au personnel qui est très agréable, serviable et professionnel.
Les petites animations musicales du soir étaient de très bonne qualité...mais un peu courte ;-)

Estancia agradable
Nos quedamos en mayo, estuvimos 3 noches y todo perfecto: la comida variada, buena limpieza y personal amable. La calidad - precio es acorde. Buena localización. Parking del hotel justo en frente, siempre con aparcamientos. Sin embargo, lo que más me gustó fue el gato “Blacky” que lleva 15 años viviendo en el hotel. Recomiendo este hotel para desconectar.

Excelente estancia
Estuvimos 7 días y lo pasamos maravillosamente. No nos faltó detalle, a la llegada nos recibieron con un cocktail de bienvenida. La habitación en frente del mar fue una sorpresa, dormíamos con el murmullo de las olas.
El personal del restaurante no podía ser más amable, especialmente Pascual, Kenneth y Alfredo.
Los desayunos y cenas abundantes, variados y de calidad. No nos olvidaremos del rico champán.
Nos marchamos con pena pero volveremos.

Séjour parfait
L'hôtel est bord de mer, chambre avec balcon avec un super panorama, piscine et jacuzzi.
Service impeccable: champagne à l'arrivée, cocktail offert, eau et nespresso offerts, plein de produits d'accueil.
Beaucoup de choix dans les buffets du petit-déjeuner et dîner.
Personnel de la réception, du bar et du pdj très souriant et accueillant

Tutti gentilissimi , colazione ottima e cena molto buona …. Camera molto bella, hotel situato sul lungomare e comodissimo per una passeggiata od un aperitivo a los cristianos , ho anche pranzato e devo dire che la cucina a la carta è davvero buona , grazie

Charmant, joyeux et confortable
Le jardin, la jolie piscine, la vue océan, les diverses terrasses bien décorées à découvrir au fil du séjour, donnent une ambiance très détendue et une impression d'espace dans l'hôtel. Accueil agréable de tout le personnel, produits locaux en cuisine et bonne maintenance générale des installations. Los Cristianos est très sympa.

Experiencia maravillosa y altamente recomendable
He disfrutado de 7 días maravillosos en el Hotel H10 Big Sur.
El hotel se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado.
Frente al mar, con numerosos restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias y más servicios.
Un lugar limpísimo. Habitación muy amplia con una gran terraza donde se puede contemplar el mar y oír el sonido de las olas.
El personal logra que la estancia en el hotel sea muy agradable y relajante.
El buffet tiene mucha variedad de comida y tiene opciones vegetarianas.
Quisiera agradecer a Nico, Andrés, Eva y Barreto su amabilidad e información que me facilitaron.
Mi especial agradecimiento es para Mónica que se encargaba de mi comodidad en la habitación y su limpieza y que tuvo un maravilloso detalle conmigo del que le estaré infinitamente agradecida.
Confío en poder volver pronto.

Großartiges Hotel in dem der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht.
Ein Hotel in dem die Mitarbeiter den Gästen alle Wünsche mit Freundlichkeit und einem Lächeln erfüllen. Hier ist der Gast herzlich willkommen. Hinzu kommt eine großartige Lage direkt am Meer mit Blick auf den Hafen und jeden Abend mit einem beeindruckenden Sonnenuntergang.

Ein Aufenthalt ist sehr zu empfehlen
Vom sehr netten checkin mit Sektenpfang über Erklärungen zu den Möglichkeiten im Hotel lief alles sehr nett und entspannt ab. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön und mit originellen Bildern gestaltet. Habe gut geschlafen und werde sicher mal wiederkommen. Das hätte ich von los Christianos nach meinem Gomera Aufenthalt nicht gedacht 😉

Non sono rimasta soddisfatta ! Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è corretto ,per quello che abbiamo pagato il servizio non è adeguato .Nulla di particolare ma la stanza era molto piccola al di sotto di una stanza standard di albergo 4 stelle. La colazione era con tavolini da due ma noi eravamo in quattro quindi abbiamo mangiato separati .La colazione era ricca ma lo yogurt greco mancava sempre ! Al bar abbiamo preso un aperitivo e non ci è stato portato nulla neanche delle semplici patatine!! Tante piccole mancanze che possono fare la differenza

Finora sei stato meno che impressionato, ci dispiace sapere che nulla di ciò che hai vissuto con noi è stato all'altezza delle tue aspettative.
Sono rimasto perplesso dai tuoi commenti sui tavoli, questo hotel è frequentato principalmente da coppie, per questo motivo non ci sono molti tavoli grandi, ma non è mai un problema per il personale mettere 2 tavoli insieme per cenare insieme, personalmente vedo ogni notte nel servizio.
Inoltre, ho discusso nuovamente con il gestore del bar la questione degli antipasti, affinché diano più importanza a questi piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza.

Mi dispiace di non aver soddisfatto le tue aspettative in questa occasione e spero che prenderesti in considerazione l'idea di rimanere di nuovo con noi se dovessi visitare Tenerife in future.

Pessima l'accoglienza degli ospiti
Hotel delizioso, pessimo il servizio reception. Avevamo chiesto un termometro per misurare la febbre e non l'avevano (già questo per un Hotel a 4 stelle è assurdo!!);ci hanno suggerito:
1)Di attendere il bagnino della piscina (in servizio il giorno successivo)per chiederglielo..ma quale termometro?Quello per misurare la temperatura dell'acqua??
2)Di andare in farmacia ad acquistarne uno.Ma sarebbe stato troppo per loro mandare qualcuno ad acquistarne uno e recapitarlo nella nostra stanza?
Mai più!Ci siamo trovati a gestire un'emergenza di salute assolutamente soli in un paese estero.

Schöner entspannter Urlaub
Nette britische Seniorenresidenz mit europäischen Einsprengseln. Optimale Lage, fußläufig zum Strand und Hafen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Ob der Pool im Winter beheizt wird, ließ sich in der Hitzewelle Ende November nicht herausfinden.

Poolliegen werden zwar reserviert, aber meistens wirklich genutzt.
Wer die Superior Zimmer bucht, hat eine schöne große Terrasse mit 2 Sonnenliegen + Schirm mit Meer- und Hafenblick.
Das Buffet Restaurant ist genau das. Es gibt nur einige Tische auf der Restaurantterrasse, da muss man halt flexibel sein. (Entweder um 18:30 Uhr oder nach 20:15 Uhr)
Essen trotz der überwiegend britischen Gäste (No offense) überraschend gut. Die Allergene werden leider nicht ausgezeichnet. Man soll jedes Mal das Personal fragen.
Die abendliche Livemusik ist hörenswert und trägt zu einem stimmungsvollen Tagesausklang bei.

Vacances novembre
Tour était parfait
Avec chambre supérieure tous les jours une petite intention, chocolat, petite bouteille de vin.etc
Calme et la nourriture top,animation bien. Env. 20 minutes a pied de l avenu des americas

Una desconexión estupenda
Dos días estupendos! El personal maravilloso y la habitación una pasada. A destacar, Jesús en recepción, un amor, super atento y con una gran profesionalidad. Nos permitió sentirnos como en casa. Una experiencia para repetir en breves.
