- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Splendido!
Camere bellissime, con mini salotto, letto e bagno con doccia super spaziosa. Un piccolo terrazzino , rifiniture ben curate e pulizia impeccabile.

Molto buona anche la cena al ristorante, con antipasti, verdure e dolci a buffet e un primo o un secondo alla carta da scegliere

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful Hotel.
Staff are all helpful and pleasant.
We had a great 10 nights.
Our room was clean with two sinks in the bathroom. Plenty of space for toiletries. Bathrobes were a bonus.
The double bed was huge.
The pool area was chilled with plenty of sun loungers. The hotel provided pool towels.
We were half board. Very good choices for breakfast.
Al a carte menu in the evening good.
Highly recommended hotel.

Another great stay at Ocean Dreams
Visited for the 2nd time for 10 days at the start of June. Once again we had a wonderful relaxing time at Ocean Dreams. The pool area is so chilled with chilled music a couple of times a week and other daily activities such as aqua aerobics, cocktail /sangria tasting which you can take part in if you wish (but no pressure to do so). Staff throughout the hotel are brilliant and so friendly at all times.
We went B&B as we like to eat out at night and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and hot food cooked to order. As H10 Members we also received a voucher for a cocktail each which was most appreciated
We had a slight problem with the shower leaking but this was sorted quickly and effectively. My only real grumble would be the very poor internet. I had to log on a couple of times for work and it never seemed to be working properly. In the end I had to cross the road and use the WiFi at Ocean Suites which worked fine but isn’t ideal.
We love Corralejo and will most certainly be back at Ocean Dreams in the near future.

Fantastic stay
Just returned from my first stay at this fantastic luxurious hotel and it certainly won't be my last. From the minute you enter you can feel the very friendly and welcoming environment. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Rooms were very spacious as well as the balcony (it was so big sun loungers would have fitted!). At the pool there were plenty of sun loungers and everyone were considerate and didn't reserve them while they went shopping. The location was great, walking distance to the music square and harbour. At breakfast here was a great range of cold food and hot food were cooked to order. Can't wait to return.

Fantastic Hotel
Hotel spotless, staff very friendly, very peaceful, plenty of sunbeds, rooms cleaned every day, nothing to much trouble for staff, they all smile and speak to you , had a mini fridge in room which we didn't expect, rooms are large, we had a pool view
