We are contacting you to notify you about the upcoming ground improvement works on the Privilege Swimming Pools solarium at our H10 Rubicón Palace hotel , starting from the 15th of April 2024, expected to last approximately 6 weeks.
The work zone will be cordoned off to minimise any potential noise or inconvenience to our mutual customers.
It's worth highlighting that these enhancements will affect only the Privilege pool´s solarium. The other 4 adult pools will remain fully operational for your enjoyment, as well as the 3 children's pools. Moreover, all other hotel services will continue to operate as usual without any interruptions.

A mixed bag - some things great, some poor
Overall I would say this is somewhere between a 3 and 4 star hotel, not a 5. Some of the criticisms in recent reviews are definitely warranted and I dont think it justifies the high price.

I'll start with the good:

- Its a nice hotel in a fairly good location, not too far from the airport

- The reception area is very nice; it gives a great first impression of the place

- The piano bar is also very nice, the entertainment lounge is not bad either

- The buffet food on all inclusive is great. Some people may find it a bit 'samey'/repetitive but I loved it. For someone like me who likes a good selection of protein every meal it is ideal. Accompanying items like breads and other carbs are good also. Could probably do with more warm vegetable options. Desserts werent as good as other hotels I've stayed in but I saw that as not a bad thing (less temptation to eat too much sugar)

- The drinks are the best quality I've had on all inclusive. Great red wines, good quality beers (e.g. Estrella Damm), very nice cocktails, good brands as well not just local ones.

- Quite a nice large pool area with good loungers. The grounds generally were quite nice.

- There's a great little cafe close to the pool. It does fill up fast so its best to be there for when it opens.

Not so good:

- Rude reception staff. When we arrived near midnight there were two queues to check in. We finally reached the front of our queue, as the last people in it, and the female receptionist just walked off and went home! We had to join the back of the other queue and had another long wait then were dealt with quite rudely by the male receptionist who seemed to not speak English well, bluntly told us it was our fault the rooms had been done wrong and wouldnt fix it until the next day. We'd even emailed the hotel directly in advance to ensure they'd done it correctly and they assured us they had but evidently didnt bother. We arrived at the hotel around midnight but didnt get into our rooms until well after 1am.

- Freezing cold pools. As others have said, only one small pool is heated and therefore it is packed. You certainly cant swim properly in it. The cold pools are big, but hardly anyone was using it while we were there.

- Poor pool access. We partly booked this hotel, instead of the hotel we usually use in La Palma, because it looked like it would be better mobility-wise for my elderly Mother who was travelling with us. The images we saw of the hotel online made it look like they had numerous easy access/walk in points for the pools but there was actually only one, for a cold pool. She was unable to use the warm pool at all and since the others were so cold (certainly too cold for someone with heart issues to immerse themselves in safely) it meant she didnt have access to a pool she could use properly.

- Not great for people with poor mobility/the elderly. As I said, we booked this thinking it would be better than our regular hotel for my Mother who is in her 80s, based on information we read online. It actually was no better at all. It also didnt help that one of the only two small lifts for guests was broken the whole time so as she cant do stairs, she would often have to wait a long time to use the lift.

- Filthy floors indoors and outdoors. Never before have we had such dirty feet! Whether walking barefoot in our room or by the poolside, the soles of our feet were constantly black with dirt. We'd shower off in the evening, but a few steps in our room and they'd be dirty again.

- Overbooked. The first week of our stay was just about ok in terms of how full the hotel felt (outside of the very peak hours), but as soon as it hit July 1st and more Europeans arrived it was too busy. It went from us being able to get a table fairly easily in bars/restaurants most of the time and being served drinks quite quickly to not being able to get a table anywhere and waiting an age to ever have a member of staff come to take drinks orders. The drinks are all table service, they dont have self service like most all inclusive resorts. The waiting staff were all pretty good and friendly but when busy they were very understaffed.

- Disappointing Gym. While I know I'm in the minority, part of a good holiday for me is using a nice gym different to what I use at home. The photos of the gym make it look quite big (and this influenced me picking this hotel also) but its actually pretty small and as soon as there's more than 4 people wanting to use the weights section it becomes pretty difficult to do a good workout. It's not sufficient for the number of guests who want to use it.

- Activities could be better. Whilst I didnt use the activities, my son did and although he enjoyed them, there could have been more variety and the one time Volleyball (which is his favourite and he was looking forward to) was on in the 9 days we were there he turned up and the staff were not there so it didnt take place.

In terms of the resort location it was ok but not somewhere I'd necessarily seek out to go to again. There's a promenade and within about 20 minutes you get to a few bars, restaurants and shop. There's also a fairly nice beach with calm shallow water. Walk further on and you get to the marina area with more bars etc. but its all looks a bit run down and 1980s style. Its one of the less good areas of the Canaries that we've been to.

Overall we made the most of the stay, enjoyed ourselves and there were definitely things we liked about the hotel like I've listed above. If we hadnt paid a premium price then we'd be reasonably satisfied except for the pools being so cold. However at the price we paid and based on the photos and description we'd seen of everything we felt a bit mis-sold and were disappointed overall. It definitely didnt match up to the hotel in La Palma we usually use, which is about the same price but more like a proper 5 star resort.

slightly dissapointing after previous holidays at rubicon palace
service times on drinks needed to improve all waiting on staff need to be allowed to take your order to cut down waiting times at piano bar we were on the 1400 roo ms which has an exit gate for buggies for hotel staff and the screech and vibration from early morning till late evening in room is loud could do with maintenance check for a smoother and quieter operation this is our 3rd time here and standards need to be brought back up to this fondly remembered hotel

Bonne expérience dans l’ensemble mais ne vaut pas un 5*
Hôtel classé 5* mais en comparaison aux prestations française, c’est plutôt un 4*. Le hall d’entrée met le paquet, on nous a demandé dès le check-in si on voulait upgrade notre chambre, nous avons refusé (nous avons réservé sur verychic chambre standard demi pension). Nous avons de suite fait demi tour à la réception pour finalement upgrader lorsque nous avons découvert la chambre standard vu sur les poubelles … 400€ en plus pour une vue latérale mer et vue piscine (bcp plus lumineuse tout de même). Les buffets sont très moyens pour un 5*. Lorsqu’on est en demi pension, pas d’option pour déjeuner mis à part le snack de la piscine. Plusieurs piscines dont une chauffée à 30 degrés (ppalement pour les enfants). Salle de sport sympa, thalasso également (une partie en travaux). Les espaces sont vastes, accès à la promenade de la plage direct. Attention, partie de l’île avec peu de restaurants et commerce (la supérette la plus proche est à 25’ à pieds). Pour une meilleure expérience, prendre chambre supérieure voire suite. Bon dans l’ensemble mais je m’attendais à mieux.

No ha estado a la altura
Puntos negativos:

1.La comida del bufet repetitivas, aburridas y mediocres, no corresponden a un 5 estrellas.
2. Las amahacas de la piscina … es una vergüenza como están de viejas …
3. No recogen los vasos y te los vas encontrando por todos lados tirados .. es asqueroso.
4. Pasan todos los días a estirar las sábanas y digo estirar porque es lo único que hacen. Ni te reponen ni limpian….

Puntos positivos:

1. El hall y el bar con mirador y vistas impresionantes.
2. Personal amable.
3. El complejo es bonito y grande.
4. El restaurante italiano me gustó.

Another amazing privileged stay at Rubicon Palace
I travelled in January to Rubicon Palace in a standard room etc... Which was actually lovely. This time however I upgraded to privilege and this made the holiday so much better. I had an amazing room with an amazing sea view. The a la carte restaurants were sublime and having access to the privilege pool was also superb. The service was even better than before with the staff being amazing as always.

The only thing which was negative was the English there who were happy to save and steal sunbeds, sometimes six at a go and then they would not come back for hours which is so selfish. Please can something be done about this like allocated sunbeds maybe because it is very stressful having to deal with the sunbed wars when we are already privileged.

I will of course be back as I loved it and want to be back relaxing there so will see you in January probably!

Not a 5 star hotel
We stayed here as a family of 3 for 11 nights.
I’ve been looking at this hotel for nearly 2 years now and it was only the cost of nearly £5k that put me off.
This year we decided to book after hearing great reviews.
We have stayed in playa Blanca for the last 3 years.on the return home from playa Blanca,we were sat next to a family who we’re returning from Rubicon Palace and they said how amazing it was so we decided to book.
To say how let down I feel,is an understatement.
This isn’t a 5 start hotel.no way. I’d say 3 star.
The grounds are massive but a lot I feel is wasted space.
The way the restaurants and bars are all set out is quite disjointed.
The hotel has 2 lifts that are very slow. My husband has recently recovered from a knee replacement and ended up dragging himself up the 2 flights of stairs.
Buffet is quite limited on what food they serve.
No napkin on the fresh bread so people just using hands to cut the bread. Every day I would put a paper napkin on the bread and would tell the staff daily but nothing was done.
Fresh juices were not filled on a morning and you had to constantly ask for things.
Lots of staff around but they just seem to stand.
Loads of plastic glasses left at the pool side and with the wind,they are all in the pool.
Today I spoke to 3 staff members to let them know and no one came.
1 pool is heated so it’s rammed because of the wind,the other pools are freezing.
Rooms ok but need an update.
It’s not the worst hotel I have stayed in by far but I feel a bit cheated by paying nearly 5k.
A lot of other couples were staying the same.
One couple said they stayed here 6 years ago and it was amazing,however they were shocked at how it’s gone downhill.
It took me all year to save and I feel slightly cheated ,if I’m honest.

If you find the hotel at a real bargain price,it’s worth a trip but if it’s expensive,save your money.

Lovely Stay
We spent 10 nights at this hotel in June and had a fantastic stay! The pool areas were all lovely and plenty of sunbeds, never had to fight for a sunbed which is a massive plus for us!
The pool bar was great, really good drinks selections and a snack bar that always had plenty of food if you didn’t want to go to the restaurants.
The food overall I thought was really good, loved the Asian restaurant! Yes the buffet could get busy, but that can happen anywhere you go.
The piano bar was one of our favourite spots, beautiful balcony. Only downside was it was table service only and this could be very slow some evenings.

The only negative for me was the rooms could have been cleaned slightly better, the maid seemed to ignore our balcony so the floor was a bit grubby!
But overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend!

Tengo que decir que estuvimos en este hotel hace seis años y nos pareció una experiencia excepcional, por eso repetimos.
A ello nos llevó la amabilidad de sus trabajadores siempre atentos y con una sonrisa, pero también lo bonito que es el hotel y su oferta de comida.
Después de seis años la idea que teníamos de este hotel ha quedado destrozada, los jardines llenos de agujeros tapas rotas tubos vistos por todos los sitios. Varios ascensores rotos "fuera de servicio", el resto rayados por todos lados. Habitaciones viejas, parquets llenos de rayajos. Los colchones para tirar, no se puede descansar, cosa que me parece indispensable de vacaciones. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación ya que el colchón era "indormible" en la habitación de mis suegros. Y nos trasladan a otra zona del hotel un poquito más cuidada también muy deteriorada pero con unos colchones igual o peor, en este caso en nuestra habitación. Ya no solicitamos otro cambio de habitación obviamente no íbamos a estar todos las vacaciones yendo de un sitio a otro con lo que eso conlleva.
Nota para el Hotel, cambiar colchones de la 6090 y la 9414.
Ahora vamos a hablar de la "magnífica comida". Siempre lo mismo una decepción comparada con lo de hace 6 años. Una desorganización increíble, platos llenos de porquería, restos de comida pegados, máquinas de café que no funcionan en el desayuno, produciendo unas colas interminables, camareros como locos porque no llegan los pobres a sacar todo el trabajo que tienen. Eso sí, siguen estando y atendiéndote con una sonrisa en la cara a pesar de que se ve que los pobres no dan más de sí. Ole!! por vosotros.
En definitiva ha sido una decepción increíble, entiendo que en Lanzarote hay un problema de personal ya que se nota que no hay tanta gente trabajando como antes y puedo entender que es parte del problema, pero no todo.
Ya que el precio de las habitaciones se ha incrementado exponencialmente también se puede mejorar el salario de los trabajadores, de ese modo no se irían e incluso vendrían más para trabajar. Con lo que esa falta de personal no es excusa.

Teníais un hotel precioso tranquilo al cual se podía venir a disfrutar de unas vacaciones en cualquier momento. Ahora tenéis un caos al que no volvería ni a mitad de precio.

Hotel pésimo para ser 5 estrellas.
Hotel que no se merece las 5 estrellas. Puse allí una reclamación, me vendieron que tenía animación y los animadores lo único que se les veía era paseando y pq sabias que eran animadores, vamos un aburrimiento de hotel.
La comida poco variado el menú y poca variedad para los niños.
Suciedad en la zona común exagerada, tengo unas fotos que hice de la piscina en diferentes días, con la misma suciedad diaria, me marche después de una semana y allí seguía.
Los baños que hay en la planta baja en frente del restaurante, de vergüenza, vas al baño de mujeres y tienes justo en frente el de hombres que por narices le ves y ves a los hombres sus partes intimas, mi hija estaba asustada, ¿Cómo un 5 estrellas no pone una puerta que se cierre sola en un hotel familiar o vamos en cualquiera?
Vamos ni volvería ni lo recomendaría. Pasabas por el Barceló que esta cerca y daba gusto, que animación y que alegría. No se si coincidió las fechas que yo fui pero la verdad para mi pésimo.

Acerca de la animación, queremos comentarle que el hotel es bien reconocido por los clientes, quienes destacan el trabajo que se realiza diariamente para entretener a los huéspedes de diferentes rangos de edades. Desde organizar clubes destinados solo para niños pequeños, donde pueden disfrutar de actividades monitoreadas por un personal altamente cualificado, hasta actividades de deporte, caminatas, degustaciones, entre muchas más. Inclusive se hace una planeación semanal de las actividades con el fin de que todos puedan disfrutar, sin excepción.

Para su conocimiento, contamos con una oferta gastronómica interminable que incluye:

- Mike's coffee bar.

- Bistro Bar.

- Pool bar.

- 1 Food Truck.

- 2 restaurantes buffet con cocina en vivo, que ofrecen cocina nacional e internacional.

Así mismo, dependiendo del número de noches que se aloje, puede reservar en los restaurantes temáticos como:

- Restaurante italiano a la carta

- Steak House a la carta

- Restaurante oriental a la carta

-Dinner Show (Cena + espectáculo)

Por lo que la variedad de restaurantes, bares y oferta gastronómica con la que cuenta el hotel es muy amplia.

Respecto a la suciedad que menciona en las zonas comunes, si esto es algo que se reporta, se actúa de inmediato con el fin de tomar acciones y medidas correctivas. De igual manera, cabe recalcar que la limpieza de las zonas comunes es algo que está supervisado diariamente por el personal de limpieza, mantenimiento y piscineros. Es cierto que con el viento que hay todos los días del año en Lanzarote, las hojas de los árboles pueden aparecer durante el día, sin embargo, es algo que se limpia de inmediato porque estamos al tanto.

Los únicos baños que hay en la planta baja son los que están al lado del puesto de fotografía, los cuales cuentan con una puerta que se puede cerrar. Los baños están lejos del restaurante buffet y se encuentran en una esquina, por lo que no entendemos cómo puede ver esto de frente. Estas puertas se abren usualmente cuando se hace la limpieza de los mismos, sin embargo, es la primera vez que nos mencionan algo como esto, ya que los baños sí cuentan con una puerta y tampoco se puede visualizar nada desde fuera o sin estar muy cerca del baño, por lo que no entendemos a qué se refiere con lo que está diciendo.

En base a toda la experiencia que ha tenido durante su estancia, creemos que este hotel no se adapta a sus requerimientos y necesidades. Si usted valora un hotel en base a la animación, debo informarle que los hoteles tienen diferentes tipos de actividades, por lo que este hotel no es para usted. No parece un H 10
Un cinco estrellas LOW COST. Si reserbas en un solo adultos y te lo cambian a la llegada a destino, ya no empiezas bien.
La habitacion fabulosa y el servicio de habitaciones fantastico.
El servicio en el restaurante principal y en el piano bar, fabuloso, si habia poca gente, a la que se llenaba, un autentico caos.
Las zonas de piscina, a medio remodelar, han quitado parte de los complementos y ha quedado tal cual.
La limpieza en les zonas de hamacas, nula, se pegaban los pies en el suelo y se acumulaba dia a dia.
Tengo la muestra en una camiseta que colgue en una hamaca y ha quedado a rayas.
Llevo años alojandome en hoteles H10 y este no parece de la cadena.

Vacaciones, tal cual
Es un complejo muy grande, pero donde te sientes a gusto y super atendido. El buffet muy bien, los restaurantes tematicos también, el tema de la cena show con opción de cena Disney para los peques es un lujo! el mini club con un montón de actividades igual que las nocturnas para todos...
Moira nos atendió muy bien, Sergio i Emrabih en el buffet... Y más que no sé el nombre... Animación muy bien, y recepcion muy atentos.

Belle Expérience

Semaine de vacances exceptionnelles
Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette établissement magnifique, avec des animations le jour et spectacles le soir. Le personnel est au petit soin avec les clients. Le service est parfait. Si j’aurais à leur trouver une remarque elle serait qu’ils ne sont pas nombreux à parler le français. Mais très honnêtement ce n’est pas un problème , ont s’adapte. Hâte de pouvoir y retourner. Je conseille fortement cette établissement, vous n’en serez pas déçu.

Superbe séjour !
Séjour très agréable (7 nuits) dans un bel établissement proche du front de mer. Nous étions en all inclusive service privilège, ce fut top. Chambre avec vue mer, aux sons des vagues, parenthèse enchantée. Personnel aux petits soins, souriant et très accessible. Etant "cœliaque" (gluten free), j'ai pu manger quasiment de tout, pancakes au petit-déjeuner, pizza cuite au feu de bois, pâtes, burger, ... aux restaurants, c'est un plus non négligeable qui fait toute la différence (contrairement en France !). Aucun stress à avoir quant aux allergènes présents, le personnel est à l'écoute. Un grand merci à toutes et tous. Nous avons également fortement apprécié la musique live (piano, guitare...) dans l'espace piano bar ; le fait de pouvoir aller se balader sans prendre la voiture (accès à la longue promenade à deux pas) ; le choix d'activités proposées (bien que je n'ai testé que le pilates !) ... Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour et ne regrettons absolument pas nous reviendrons volontiers en famille.

Gutes 4* Hotel nicht mehr!!!
Das Hotel ist nicht für Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkung. Nur Treppen, mussten Koffer selbst ins Zimmer schleppen.
Außerdem nur englische Gäste mit eine Menge lauten Kindern.
Kein 5* Hotel!!

Una vacanza bellissima
Check-in semplice. Sempre due tre persone davanti. Poco italiano. Piantina per muoversi. Molto bello e pulito. Si accede a tutti i servizi tranne la spa che è a pagamento. Con all inclusive avevamo anche incluso 4 cene a tema che vanno prenotate sul totem o sulla app che ti consigliano di usare e che funziona benissimo. 5 stelle effettivo. Struttura senza barriere. Piscina riscaldata e animazione professionale tutto il giorno. Per raggiungere la struttura dall’ aeroporto si può utilizzare shuttle direct, prenotandolo prima sul sito, al costo di ca 10 euro a persona a tratta, basta seguire le indicazioni per il parcheggio bus all’arrivo a dx dell’aeroporto, ma si fa bene. Noi abbiamo aspettato circa 20/25minuti perché era appena arrivato il bus poi in 30 minuti eravamo all’hotel. Il taxi costa ca 50/60 euro a tratta.

Struttura molto grande
Per overbooking nell'hotel prenotato mi hanno spostato una notte in questa struttura. Ufficialmente un 5 stelle seppure non mi abbia dato l'impressione di valerle appieno. Comunque un buon hotel, molto grande e consigliato anche alle famiglie. E' formato da più edifici e all'inizio appare piuttosto dispersivo, anche solo muoversi con gli ascensori sui vari piani, ad esempio la reception è più in alto, crea un po' di confusione. Ha un accesso diretto sulla promenade e non è troppo distante dal Faro Pechiguera, quindi parecchio lontano dal centro e le spiagge di Playa Blanca. Dato il numero elevato di ospiti ci sono a disposizione più ristoranti ma quello principale a buffet, l'unico che avevo compreso, è un po' piccolino. Non ci sono problemi a colazione o pranzo ma per la cena c'è da mettersi in coda. C'è anche da dire che il buffet non è esagerato come ci si potrebbe aspettare ma se non si hanno grosse pretese si trova tutto e la qualità è nella media. Un po' tutta la struttura risente degli anni e si vede soprattutto nella camera anche se non l'ho certo disprezzata. Probabilmente perché di appoggio per una sola notte mi è stata data una suite dalle dimensioni generose. Salotto spazioso con divano, poltrona e un tavolo basso e poi la camera matrimoniale con una comoda scrivania. Presenti due televisioni, una per locale. Impressionante il terrazzo dotato di stendino a muro, tavolo, sedie e ben due lettini. Grande anche il bagno con due lavandini, bidet, vasca doccia comoda, piccola finestrella e un kit di tipo standard. Piacevolmente presenti accappatoio e ciabatte. I prodotti per lavarsi invece sono a dispenser ma molto buoni. Bene anche le prese, la silenziosità generale e l'oscuramento. Non mi è piaciuto invece il fatto che la cassaforte fosse a pagamento e anche il wifi non ottimale, almeno nella mia camera.

Bellissimo per famiglie (ma non solo)
L’hotel è perfetto per le famiglie (non soltanto in verità, ma esprimo il mio punto di vista).
A differenza di altri albergoni, è strutturato con un corpo centrale multifunzionale, mentre la maggior parte delle camere sono all’interno di più piccole strutture (ville) dislocate all’interno del giardino dell’hotel, alcune delle quali fronte mare. Le camere, quelle superior, meritano l’upgrade, perché sono appunto posizionate nelle ville.
L’hotel non è di recente costruzione ma è ben manutenuto, con staff gentilissimo e cucina di buon livello, sia come qualità che come varietà. Menzione d’onore agli spazi per bambini (viaggiamo con bimba di 2 anni), piscine dedicate, baby club da 1 anno in su, e spazi di gioco

Un oasi tra le rocce vulcaniche
Tutto molto bello e organizzato, siamo stati per il Natale ed il resort offre tantissime sorprese ed eventi adatti a tutti. Consigliatissimo! Abbiamo anche provato i vari ristoranti che l'hotel propone in alternativa al buffet e sono tutti consigliati. Personale sempre a disposizione ed ottima l'animazione e le strutture per i bambini

Direkt am Meer und der Promenade
Wir sind pandemiebedingt nun das zweite mal hier. Die Anlage wurde renoviert und im Gegensatz zu unserem Heimatland ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hier wirklich in Ordnung. Leistungen und Service stehen in einem gesunden Verhältnis zueinander. Wir wurden zuvorkommend und stets freundlich behandelt.

Siamo stati al Rubicon per il periodo di capodanno per una settimana. Esperienza NEGATIVA. A partire dal servizio privilege acquistato che include:
Servizio privilege
Prenotando la camera privilege si avranno a disposizione i seguenti servizi: check-in e check-out personalizzati; late check-out (secondo disponibilita); sistemazione in camera con vista mare frontale o laterale; omaggio di benvenuto; accappatoio, ciabattine e menu di cuscini; riassetto supplementare della camera; possibilita di preparare il caffe in camera; colazione e cena a la carte nel ristorante El Volcan; pranzo in zona esclusiva con terrazza; ogni 3 notti di soggiorno, una cena in uno dei ristoranti tematici (previa prenotazione e secondo disponibilita); teli mare esclusivi; sala privilege con internet, TV, servizio bar (self-service) e accesso alla terrazza con vista mare; 1 entrata per persona per soggiorno al circuito di acqua del centro di talassoterapia; 10% di sconto sui trattamenti superiori ad un'ora presso il Despacio Thalasso centre.
Questo era ciò che ci dovevamo aspettare invece purtroppo mio malgrado non è stato rispettato alcun punto. Ci siamo sempre trovati costretti a sollecitare pulizie, cambio macchina caffè, riassestamento camera, rifornimento mini bar… ecc
Unica nota POSITIVA VISTA SULLO SPLENDIDO MARE DI LANZAROTE sicuramene ritorneremo ma non in questo hotel!

Siamo spiacenti di sapere che ha incontrato tali difficoltà durante il suo soggiorno.

Nel suo commento afferma di non aver ricevuto nessuno dei servizi del pacchetto privilege, il che è altamente improbabile dal momento che, come lei dice, ha ricevuto il check-in personalizzato, l'accesso alla lounge privilege, i pasti nel ristorante gourmet a la carte "El volcán", la connessione wifi (non abbiamo avuto alcun problema con il sistema wifi dell'hotel) e l'ingresso alla SPA che può utilizzare ogni volta che lo desidera recandosi alla SPA, oltre ai servizi con i quali afferma di aver avuto problemi quando ha ricevuto la sostituzione.

Vedo che ha commentato di aver avuto problemi con la sostituzione del minibar, dell'accappatoio e delle pantofole, tra gli altri.
Dal momento che non si è trattato di un incidente isolato, ma di un evento costante durante il suo soggiorno, è molto probabile che ci sia stato un problema informatico nel nostro sistema e che per qualche motivo la sua camera non sia stata inclusa nell'elenco dei rifornimenti.

Avremmo affrontato e risolto il problema in modo rapido ed efficiente se aveste comunicato con il nostro team di pubbliche relazioni che si occupa di assistere i nostri ospiti durante il loro soggiorno. Purtroppo, avendolo saputo solo ad un paio di giorni dalla sua dipartita abbiamo inevitabilmente tardato piu´del dovuto.

Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti per l'inconveniente causato e apprezziamo il suo feedback che ci aiuta a migliorare i nostri servizi.

Eine gute Zeit!
Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Das Zimmer mit Meersicht ist grosszügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick wunderschön.
Das Essen am Buffet fand ich gut. Die Auswahl sehr gross und vielfältig.
Das trifft auch auf das Frühstück zu.
Ein grosses Lob geht an all die fleissigen Geister im Hotel. Die freundliche Frau welche mein Zimmer putzte, die netten KellnerInnen, die hilfsbereiten Menschen an der Rezeption, die Gärtner etcetc

Riesig & enttäuschend
Positiv: Die Anlage ist optisch schön angelegt. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind schön groß und die Betten sehr bequem und riesig. Wie eine kleine Stadt..so groß.

Die Lage: Playa Blanca ist eine Anreihung von einem riesigen Hotelkomplex nach dem anderen. Es gibt nicht wirklich einen Ortskern. Eine lange Promenade, direkt am Hotel. Strand gibt es nicht und die kleinen Badebuchten sind ganz nett, aber vom Hotel ca 30-45min fussläufig.

Fitnessstudio: klein und schlecht ausgestattet für die Größe des Hotels.

Essen: total enttäuschend, wenig Gemüse. Geschmacklich enttäuschend- Frühstück war ok.

Nochmal Lanzarote: nein

Toll Freizeitangebote
Sehr schöne, abwechslungsreich Freizeitangebote werden in diesem Hotelzimmer angeboten. Von Weintasting, über Body Jump. Vor allem Veranstaltungen, die Animateurin Marta, durchführen machen sehr viel Spaß!
