Handy for the airport.
Huge and impersonal hotel , but convenient for the airport. Clean and air con rooms, water machines available. Restaurant impossibly busy at 6pm , but almost closed with no staff by 8!. Room service not possible without a deposit. Rather grimy swimming pool, but useable.

Great.
Booked for 3 nights with breakfast. As a person who also working in hospitality industry, I would like to say this hotel is good enough.
Check-in and check out process were fast, thanks to Mr. Rizky. Special thanks to a man incharge in concierge, who picked us from airport as well, he always offers help and very friendly, I forget to ask his name.
Breakfast was nice, mostly Indonesian food, the girl who incharge in eggs and waffle station was very helpful and fast even during rush hour. I loved the waffle and porridge condiments are complete. Had dinner that they called "Angkringan" , worth it since not really expensive. Staff approached to ask guest experience during bfast, nice touch for a 4star hotel.
Room was clean and spacious. Stayed in 558. Hotel provide free water bottle and water dispenser in every corridor. Room amenities were completed. Pillow need to be more soften.
Hotel facilities are well maintained compare to other hotel near by.
Hotel location is the highlight, near Airport and Bus Terminal, good choice for transit. There is KFC outlet in front of hotel.
I definitely will stay again and recommend it to friends.

Un transito chiassoso
Abbiamo scelto un hotel di transito non troppo lontano dall'aeroporto in attesa di un volo notturno. L'albergo è di standard abbastanza elevato ma è molto frequentato da locali. Abbiamo trovato un ristorante praticamente requisito per una chiassosa festa privata e ci è stato un po' difficile cenare anche se velocemente, ma il management locale ci è venuto incontro offrendoci uno spazio dedicato per la cena. Le camere sono moderne e funzionali, anche se piuttosto anonime e l'atmosfera non proprio esaltante, ma neppure deprimente. In virtu' di prezzi decisamente irrisori comunque per una sosta brevissima, a parte i problemi della cena, la scelta non è stata sbagliata.
