Spacious room and friendly staffs
I was staying with my family for 1 night at 2 Deluxe rooms with pool view. Hotel staffs were friendly especially the front desk. Comfortable and spacious rooms but the AC was not cool enough in the afternoon. There was a problem at 1 of our rooms, the door was difficult to open from outside but it was already handled by engineering team. Snacks inside the room was tasty (Parlim banana chips). Overall we were happy and will recommend this hotel in Purwakarta. My suggestion is the variety and taste of breakfast that need to improve. And also the taste of ice cream in front of restaurant, it was cheap only Rp. 10.000/cup but it was the worst ice cream i have ever tried.

In connection with our doors that difficult to open from outside which been fixed directly by our team, we have double checked and still on progress to minimize this issue from happening in the future. Variety of our breakfast already have additional traditional snacks and smoothies, three times a week we also had rotation for traditional drink “jamu”. And for the ice cream, we do have another recipe to be in-place and big hope that this was better than the previous one. However, we are glad to learn that you enjoy the amenities that we set-up inside the room and with the hospitality of our team. Sa pourrait être mieux
Bel hôtel à 15 minutes des usines automobiles. Accueil chaleureux. Mais manque un peu de professionnalisme surtout pour les services des repas et la gestion. Serveurs serveuses souriants ! La propreté des chambres n'est pas parfait mais c'est correct.
Impossible de dormir le dimanche matin du aux nuisances de clients séjournant le week-end ( manque d'insonorisation des chambres...).
Rien à dire pour les transport aéroport hôtel ainsi que hôtel usine automobile.
Dans l'ensemble bon hôtel mais certains points à améliorer !!!

Sauberes, komfordables Hotel
Solch ein Hotel vermutet man nicht in der Gegend. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer, ein ausreichendes Bad, super Preise und selbst für Indonesien, sehr freundliches Personal.
Pools sind vorhanden. Küche überwiegend indonesisch, aber lecker.
Das Hotel liegt recht abgelegen. Aber es bietet eine saubere gemütliche Unterkunft.
Ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen und auch andere Hotels der Kette ausprobieren.
