- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Can be an option for stopover but not the best one
I expected this hotel to be much better. Is it definitely not 5 stars. What I did not like:
1. Despite the proximity on the map, it takes more than 20 minutes to drive from the airport
2. There is a huge mosque right next to the hotel. The call to prayer at 5 am is very audible)
3. When I went down for breakfast, the crew of some Asian flight was having breakfast there and there was no food at all. The waiter asked me to come back in an hour) As a result, I was left without a paid breakfast.
4. The doors are made of cardboard. Very high audibility.

Hidden Hills is a good hotel, not so far from Istanbul airport(one of the 3 Airports.
I loved the food, the nice quality sleep, the '' Cu cu ri gu'' în The morning, but most of all that they respect the time there, the guests time. If you have transit and you need to sleep one night in Istanbul:this hotel is a top Notch. GOOD LUCK în The future.

Top hotel and restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I travel always around the world and find a hotel with this skills is very difficult, amazing room with kittle and coffee inside, clean and huge room. Special service the Resturant, I tried a vegetarian option in the menu and I was under shock, to be Italian I really take care about the food like football religion, and they pass the test.
Thanks to the Omer (guest service speaking also in italian), Ozlem, Ionut and the baby chef Ere, I totally approved the chance to give to a young man to take care about the kitchen, very proud about the management. Keep going like this guys

Not a good option
The hotel is not at all a 5 stars. The room was not similar to the pictures and it was not well maintained. Also we had much better breakfast in smaller hotels than in this one, there is no food variety and dishes aren't that good.
Finally, we had a really bad experience, the hotel apparently overbooked the room. We arrived for checkin from a late flight and they told us they had no room for us (even though we had book and pay one month before). They wanted us to go to other hotel far from this one. The manager was really rude, never apologized for the situation, nor offer any compensation for that. After 40 minutes of discussion, they gave us the room.
Finally, we had a really bad experience, the hotel apparently overbooked the room. Sentiment d'être pris pour un pigeon
Sous ses faux airs d'hôtel de standard international qui ne dupe personne, le hidden hills est très mal géré. Ça ne serait pas dérangeant si le prix était 2 fois moins cher. L'insonorisation est mauvaise, ma literie est plutôt bonne, mais ça a été mal pensé. Pas de liseuse, prises manquantes, douche fuyarde. Mais le clou est le restaurant qui affiche de prix faramineux (prix euros...) pour une nourriture decongelee, au mieux froide, avec des produits de basse qualité. On se demande ce qu'il se passe en cuisine, c'est limite inquiétant sur l'hygiène,durant notre repas 3 des 4 groupes qui mangeaient se sont pleins soit du vin, soit de la fraîcheur... restaurant à fuir. Après 15 jours à manger d'excellents plats partout en Turquie pour pas cher, la c'est tout l'inverse, on se sent vraiment comme des pigeons
