- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Good rooms at a prime location
Decent sized room, with clean bathroom. The staff was helpful and added 2 extra beds for us. The hotel is at the prime location, hence the connectivity to this place was good. The rooms, bed, and bathroom were clean. The breakfast counter was also good.

Extremely Bad Experience
I recently stayed at Abad Plaza and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food quality was subpar, lacking both taste and freshness. Additionally, the behavior of the staff members was disappointingly rude and arrogant, which significantly detracted from the overall stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a pleasant dining and hospitality experience.

Thoroughly enjoyable
Lovely hotel, great staff, really enjoyed our stay at the Abad Plaza and we were well looked after. It was our 2nd visit there in less than a week, we liked it so much. The rooftop pool is lovely, the Valentine’s meal special, the attentive staff, made our stay/s special. Would recommend.

Good location and clean rooms
It has new renovated rooms. The location s excellent. It is right beside a shopping mall and just a short walk or ride to Seematti and Jayalakshmi.Quick check in, clean rooms, good spread of breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff. Must mention the two ladies at reception counter,who went out of their way to help.

Very good hotel and good food
Very nice hotel for staying a few days in Cochin. The staff was very helpful. One tip: tell the guests by checking in about your restaurant where you can have a buffet or a la carte dining. The first night we were searching for a restaurant in the area, but the hotel has an own excellent restaurant where we had our dining the next day. Good price with excellent food.
