    No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
    Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
    They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?

Great environment and friendly atmosphere
The environment was fantastic and stylish, the service was great, and the staff is nice. The restaurant serves wonderful cuisine. I like the pool area, which is on the rooftop and offers a fantastic view. They even provide you cab services.

Wonderful stay ar flora
We had been to the Flora at Cochin for an overnight stay. The hotel is spic and span and wonderful staff. We were very close to the airport. We were picked up from the airport. The breakfast spread was good. We enjoyed our stay and will definately return .

The hotel has 5 star service, from food , to spa, housekeeping, swimning pool ,to airport transfer.. trust me worth the money .. Firstly checking was very smooth , secondly Room are real huge and amenities are spot on.. thirdly the swimming pool trainer (Ashraf) is good guy , assist all swimmers, spa lady Praseedha is very kind and knowledgeable, my wife really appreciated the spa center services .. seriously the hotel is amazing. From reception desk I would thank Anjana and her team for there assistance . Thank you for making our memories good. God bless you all. 😀

Pour le dernier jour entre 2 vols et proche de l'aéroport, nous y étions pendant 6 heures pour un repos, plutôt que de trainer dans l'aéroport

Bon accueil, service de bagage irréprochable à l'arrivée comme au départ.
Service buffet très correct

Chambre spacieuse et très propre et réveil à 2 heures du matin non oublié par le staff

Attention à la douche, une vrai patinoire

Une superbe dernière nuit !
Nous avons dormis une nuit dans cet hôtel car nous avions un vol retour tôt le lendemain matin
Superbe hôtel aux normes internationales
Le personnel est aux petits soins très attentionné !
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables avec la climatisation et le wifi
Il y a une grande piscine dont on peut profiter et un spa pour des massages et soins avec supplément
Vous pouvez vous faire livrer à manger à la piscine
Le soir nous avons dîner au buffet pour 750 roupies par personne. Buffet très bien mélangeant cuisine locale et internationale
Le plus : la navette gratuite qui vous amène à l’aéroport en 5 min et à 5 min à pied de l’hôtel vous avez plein de petits commerces pour un dernier jus frais d’ananas par exemple !
Bref, je recommande personnel au top tout comme l’hôtel

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service in Koci
Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Koci mit äußerst freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Der Swimmingpool auf dem Dach ist hervorragend. Ashraf, der dort aufpasst, kümmert sich gut um die Gäste. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert für den Anfang oder das Ende einer Reise nach Indien. Gerne wieder!

Good experience
Il mio soggiorno qua è stato molto gradevole, cibo e servizio ottimo. I ho usufruito anche di piscina e palestra che sono niente male. La camera molto bella e spaziosa. Comodo pulito ottimo servizio
Hotel attaccato all'aeroporto, comodissimo il servizio navetta.... mi hanno portata alle 5.30 am ed ero l'unica passeggera, hotel pulitissimo e anche il ristorante devo dire con scelta molto varia e buono. Per una notte direi che è perfetto, il loro autista mia anche accompagnata al fare shopping al Lulu Mall

Hotel di buon livello
Hotel vicinissimo all'aeroporto e quindi molto comodo per chi è in partenza, visto che, dato il traffico, arrivare dalla città richiede parecchio tempo. Le camere sono di buon livello anche se un po' "vissute" (la mia aveva il pavimento un po' dissestato). Ottimo il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto, disponibile gratuitamente a qualsiasi ora (il mio volo partiva alle 3.30 di mattina!) buona ma non entusiasmante la cena a buffet.

METTO UN SOLO PALLINO PERCHE' IL SISTEMA NON ACCETTA LO ZERO
Sulla sistemazione alberghiera non ho commenti negativi. Abbiamo trascorso la notte prima della partenza per l'Italia. L'albergo è molto comodo essendo collocato all'ingresso dell'aeroporto. Purtroppo al momento del check out mi è stato richiesto il pagamento di una telefonata che noi non avevamo assolutamente fatto.Abbiamo spiegato le nostre ragioni ma sono stati irremovibili. Dopo parecchie discussioni poichè rischiavamo di perdere l'aereo abbiamo pagato, ma non avevamo abbastanza rupie (stavamo tornando in Italia) e non accettavano euro o dollari. Fortunatamente la carta di credito ha funzionato perchè altrimenti saremmo ancora bloccati in albergo. Non è per la spesa (erano solo 12 euro) ma per come siamo stati trattati. Ribadisco che non avevamo fatto alcuna telefonata.

All these were made to your kind awareness by our Manager on Duty, but you were not in a state of understanding it, however we apologize for the inconvenience you had encounter at our hotel.

We will certainly look in to our foreign exchange policy we have in place. Rest assured Flora Hospitality always stands for providing amazing experience to our customer.

Looking forward to welcome you back for "A World in Harmony" experience despite of this isolated incident.

Ideales Kurzaufenthalt-Hotel
Wir kamen nachts um 02 Uhr an und waren in 5 Min. im Hotel um ein paar Stunden schlaf zu bekommen bevor es weiter ging.
Der ideale Ort dafür. Zimmer gross, Sauberkeit in Ordnung, Frühstück passend.

Wir würden hier wieder einen Zwischenhalt machen.

Perfekt für eine Nacht am Flughafen
Wir waren für eine Nacht im Flora AirportHotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und der Pool war hervorragend. Außerdem klappte das kostenlose Shuttle super! Sehr nahe am Flughafen.

Komfort-Hotel am Flughafen
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen von Kochin und hat einen Shuttle-Dienst zum Terminal. Da unser Flug schon morgens ging, haben wir beschlossen, dort einzuchecken, am nächsten Morgen entspannt zu frühstücken und uns dann zum Terminal bringen zu lassen. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Zimmer war recht groß mit einem großen Bad. Alles sehr sauber und schön. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Eine Reise nach Kerala
Das Hotel ist sehr gut, wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen haben wir dort für einen Tag übernachtet. dIe Lage ist gut, wenn man die Nähe zum Flughafen sucht.
Die zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet.klar
