Políticas en contra del cliente...
Les cuento algo...como política no arreglan habitaciones los domingos..imagínense, las políticas deben ser construidas en pro del servicio o del producto, saben que ponen por delante el cuidado del ambiente...por favor.. hay mil formas en cuidar a nuestro ambiente que no lo hacen en este hotel, si quieres tener una habitación arreglada un domingo cuando llegues cansado de una playa , este no es el hotel amigos y amigas..

Muy buena ubicación, las habitaciones son excelentes al igual que el servicio de aseo de ellas, no usamos la piscina pero se veía agradable, tienen toallas de ducha y de playa, agua caliente, el desayuno puede mejorar.

HABITACIÓN Y SERVICIO EN LA MISMA DEFICIENTE
La habitación tenía las cerraduras de acceso y de comunicación con habitación contigua dañadas, no contaba con closet o guardarropa, no tenía cajilla de seguridad, en el baño no tenía amanieties completos, (no había gorro de baño, secador, shampoo o acondicionador) No prestaba toallas para la playa. Mucho que desear de un hotel que se vende y cobra como de 4 estrellas.

Mucho por mejorar…
Reservé el hotel esperando poderlo utilizar para un buen descanso en la noche, durante el día estuvimos casi todo el tiempo por fuera.
La ducha presentó problemas, no salía agua suficiente, desde el primer día hicimos el reclamo y solicitud y todos los días nos decían que la iban a revisar y a arreglar: Durante las 5 noches nunca se solucionó.
La nevera nunca funcionó, se hizo la solicitud y de igual manera permaneció igual durante la estadía.
El hotel cuenta con parqueadero, pero nunca responden al timbre, los teléfonos que dieron para hacer la solicitud de abrir la puerta a la llegada se responden después de muchas llamadas, tuvimos que tener bastante paciencia para acceder al hotel a las llegadas.
En los servicios que ofrecen se encuentra el gimnasio: Deben actualizar este servicio porque no existe.
El teléfono de la habitación no tenía ni siquiera cable, resta decir que nunca funcionó
A la salida hicimos estas mismas observaciones de la mejor forma y la respuesta del señor recepcionista fue: “Que vaina no…”
