Very good but hotel arranged taxis are a rip off
Overall a very good place to stay. Staff friendly, rooms big and clean. Location needs a taxi from the airport - cost c25,000 COP. Breakfast and dinner options plus good range of drinks on offer. Biggest gripe was that the hotel is very reticent to call a local taxi for you - they want you to use their taxi service and charge 3 times the price. Be aware!

A good hotel, let down by the reception staff
Make no mistake, this is a good hotel, with stunning views and an excellent pool
Our reception however was among the very worst we have ever experienced in years of traveling. The chap was more interested in his social media than us. Then followed a series of unfortunate experiences which the manager eventually sorted for us
Rooms are furnished to a high standard, and are spacious and comfortable
The swimming pool itself was stunning, but the Jacuzzi was broken
The food in the restaurant was far better than reviews here have indicated. And although it is well neigh impossible to go elsewhere for dinner, I would have no hesitation in recommending the restaurant
The cocktails I would add, and apart from reception, all the other staff that we met were charming
