- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Some central points of Central Park hotel, Manipal
The big, airy rooms with fluffy pillows were a treat to weary bodies...
The registration process was quick and easy. Room cleaning and housekeeping was very fast.
However getting some good masala tea was a tad difficult as they don't provide dining. Especially when you are away from home, this becomes a sore point if you have to walk up to the nearest circle to have your cuppa...

Very good hotel and near to Udupi Srikrishna temple
We have stayed for 2 nights in Hotel Central park and room where we have stayed clean and very good. Staff are polite and helpful. This hotel is located around 3.5kms from krishna temple which is easy to reach. Malpe beach is around 8 kms.
All are on same road and this hotel is close to multiple shops and on the main road.
They have enough parking space.
They don't have food service as their kitchen is renovating.
Overall its a nice hotel to stay if someone wants to visit above mentioned places.
Also we visited Murudeswar and Kolluru mookambika temple by staying here. Kollur is around 1.5hrs drive and from there murdeswar is around 1.5 hrs are covered in a day and returned the hotel in the evening.

A decent hotel
Ok let me list down the pros first:
1. Rooms: the rooms are SPACIOUS. We booked an executive room and it had some space..the best part was the ample space given near the panoramic windows to sit down.
2. Amenities: it had all the amenities like coffee maker etc. though plug points are mostly away from the bed which is a nuisance.
3. Service: was ok. People seemed less but they were prompt.
4. Food: well they dont seem to have their own kitchen and probably order from outside. You can order from swiggy though. However we ordered in evening and the food was quite delicious and not expensive.
5. Location: the hotel in on main udupi manipal road and very close to MIT(1.5 kms). Nearby there is INOx and a mall with a few shops.
Cons:
1. Location: yes even though close to town getting auto is a nightmare. Unless you have your own vehicle it is a headache.
2. Early checkin: we came at 6 am in the morning and though we had requested for early checkin we were charged 1000 extra. This could have been communicated by hotel earlier but they did not.
3. Upkeep: though the hotel room was good a few things needed maintenance. Like the shower lever was not working properly. There was no place to keep soap in shower and earlier one was broken. There was no AC in the lobby/reception and the poor receptionist was sweating.
Altogether a decent place to stay if you have your own vehicle.

Great stay
This place is grest value for money.Excellent and courteous staff,the receptionist Kavya was helpful to accomodate early checkin and late checkout.The bed along the window is extra special,and lighting is great.Neatness is super and stay is safe.Will enjoy

Good managed hotel
Location us good, roomd are good, food is good and people are friendly. buffet breakfast is good. specially for the parents coming to visit the kids studying at manipal university, the hotel is most conveniently located
