- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Went there for a family function
The service was very bad. Food was not good and was served cold. Rude and misbehaving manager. Would not recommend anyone, Also the venue wasn't available on the given time. Staff was not responding to any complaints.

Budget friendly
Located in the heart of Lucknow, hajratganj this property is quite famous for their budget friendly buffet service. Stayed their for a night. Rooms are good and spacious wished more cleaner bathing area and a 24*7 IRD. Also they should improve their breakfast buffet but their lunch and dinner buffet are amazing.

hotel experience
Good location in the heart of the city is what this hotel capitalises on. It's fairly new hotel. Good sized rooms but no professionalism in the maintenance/house keeping. The hotel has no back-up plans for guests at odd hours with respect to cab/taxi. If Uber/ola is not available, the hotel staff does not have a tie-up with taxi operators for emergency situations. Food is ok. Breakfast, the hotel claims, is ready by 7.30 AM but they were not ready to handle guests until 8.15 AM.

Disappointing..
Stay between 14-17th Dec 2019, I will start off with my check-in process, that's when I must have decided to move out and look for another place, but since I was traveling with my old parents and 1-year-old daughter it was difficult to move and find another place.
The staff member named Dilip/Deepak in the brown uniform was extremely rude, I should have made my hotel booking online but I trusted them on a phone call and felt that I was overcharged.
Secondly the NOISE, I was living on the 3rd floor, never opt for a room on the 3rd floor right on the 4th floor is their famous Terrace restaurant and music, noise of moving chairs goes on till 1 am in the night after an eventful day at a vacation all we need some peace and quiet for rest but this place won't give you that. After multiple calls and requests the reception they finally stopped it by 1 am.
Thirdly, the breakfast spread, how does it feel to eat the same food the same menu for 3 consecutive days? Its the same menu, the same food, the same taste every single day for breakfast, I suggest u don't opt for the breakfast and order for the authentic Lucknow breakfast on zomato.
Forth, the housekeeping staff is extremely rude, I don't blame them because they are very few and overworked so they won't attend you on time they would say 5 mins and not return for an hour because they get busy with doing other work.
Lastly, the checkout, since I was traveling with the baby I happened to stain a towel with small drops of baby food that could be washed away, but the reception staff created a ruckus at the time of check out and made me feel so embarrassed, they were extremely rude and made me feel like i have committed a major sin.
I have traveled across the world but this man - Mr. Deepak/ Dilip the bell boy is the rudest and the most arrogant man I have come across, please do not have any conversation with this man as he can get very arrogant if u don't opt for the services such as taxis etc that he wants to offer. So stay away from this man and OWNER please not that this man is not a food image to your hotel and lucknow(city of tehzeeb).
Pros of Living in this hotel - in the heart of Hazrat Ganj. The only guy who is good there and is worth talking to is Mr. Vinay he can help you out with all your needs - from a late checkout to saving you from arrogant staff members.
When you order food online, you can order for plates, spoons, and bowls from the room/kitchen service they are extremely prompt.
The rooms are can be better if maintained well, but all the facilities of a 3 star are available.
All in all the unwelcoming staff spoilt my stay and made my 3 days very uncomfortable, i was just waiting to get out of there. Going back to Lucknow ?- YES, going back to Charans Plaza? - NEVER !!
