  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.

Just OK
The hotel isn't what it used to be and is becoming more expensive. The rooms weren't very clean, which was a letdown. However, the convenient location is a plus, making it easy to navigate the city. Overall, the experience was just okay—nothing particularly impressive. If you're seeking a memorable or luxurious stay, you might want to explore other options.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location
I stayed two nights in this hotel with a small tour group. We’d just spent two nights in a small B&B in Copan Ruinas I enjoyed the contrast between the two. This is a high-rise with gym, refrigerator in the room, diligent housekeeping and reasonably-priced room service.

I wasn’t feeling well the first morning and put out the Do Not Disturb sign. In the early afternoon when I was feeling better, they actually called and asked if I wanted housekeeping service! I did so they sent someone up.

I got room service the night before-Shrimp taquitos a la diabla. They arrived piping hot and were very good.

I didn’t check out the gym. Breakfast buffet was the largest and most varied of any on the trip so far. I felt bad that I’d missed the first day due to not feeling well!

Restaurants of every type available in walking distance. Just watch the traffic if you’re on foot!

Deberían tener disponibilidad de servicio médico durante la estadía.
Hola lamentablemente tuve un problema de vomito durante la estadía en la madrugada, y en el hotel no tenían disponible ningún tipo de medicina.
Por error la empresa no coordinó la solicitud del transporte, y no me dieron opciones de cargarlo, deberían tener un proceso más ágil con el convenio que tienen.
Agradecemos sus comentarios los cuales son de suma importancia para nosotros, se estarán tomando las medidas necesarias para mejorar el área de oportunidad indicada.

Esperamos tener el gusto de servirle como merece próximamente.

Terrible customer service and overpriced food
While the rooms were okay, the service was terrible and the staff rude, going to the point of blankly making fun of me and my friends for complaining about the food we ordered being overcooked and smaller than advertised. Moreover, when we first came to our room, there was a stain on my bed, showing it was clearly the same sheets used by the previous guests, or that they just dont bother washing them after taking them off. In conclusion, i would not recommend coming to this hotel as it is clear they do not care about the guest’s experience.

Un destacable hotel
Un destacable hotel cercano al aeropuerto, con excelente ubicación en la zona 10. La atención desde la recepción, restaurante, personal de limpieza fue correcta en todo momento. Las habitaciones suite sin nada que decir, súper amplias y muy, muy lindas. Las camas amplias, cómodas, las almohadas y sábanas muy limpias todos los días. El baño muy limpio y buena ducha, las toallas de baño muy blancas.
Nuestra estancia fue súper agradable. El desayuno buffet variado desde bien temprano, eso sí para hacer un par de huevos tiernos y un omelette duraron bastante tiempo.
Ofrecen un buen servicio de taxi, muy confiable, hicimos un tour con don Edgar y estuvo excelente.
Lo único a mejorar es que cuentan con solo 2 ascensores y hay que tener algo de paciencia en ciertas horas.
Por lo demás, todo estupendo.

Lovely breakfast, Helpful staff, comfy beds. Will definitely recommend. Close to airport. Very accommodating to our requests. Jefferson and Brandon arrange Airport transfers for us for only 10 usd each way. Thank you guys. Will stay again!!

Great Hotel
Very nice suites. Comfy beds! Very spacious. Breakfast was very good with lots of food choices. Room had lots of plugs which seem to be hard to find in a lot of hotels. Staff very friendly. We had a late flight home but they were able to store our luggage which gave us the opportunity to do a bit of walking around the City.

Nos encanta el Hotel, es requete bien. El Estacionamiento interno del edificio es muy antiguo, pero con la conexión en la otra cuadra esta de lujo. Definitivamente es una hotel para regresar 1000 veces si fuera posible. Muchas Gracias por sus finas atenciones

Une très bonne adresse
Une suite gigantesque ( autour de 50m2) avec un beau salon avec tv et bureau et une chambre au lit king-size ( 2m de large).Propreté impeccable et petit déjeuner buffet très bien garni dans une salle à manger très originale façon grotte dans la jungle.
Service toujours souriant et attentionné.

Hotel confortable
Belles suites très agréables et spacieuses , nuit bruyante avec la circulation et la clim pas récente . Petit déjeuner convenable. Possibilité de changer des dollars en monnaie locale. Hall avec terrasse et bar.

- isolation phonique inexistante: circulation urbaine, puis musique forte d'une boîte de nuit voisine ( musique jusqu'au delà de 2 heures du matin):

Hotel che necessiterebbe di qualche lavoro di manutenzione, personale molto gentile e collaborativo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo in una zona tranquilla di GUATEMALA City. Materiali utilizzati nelle camere molto economici ma ambienti più grandi della media.

Bon accueil. Personnel serviable et sympathique.
La chambre était grande et il y a des produits de toilettes dans la salle de bain. Le restaurant est plutôt agréable et la cuisine est bonne. Nous y avons déjeuné à la carte mais il y a aussi la possibilité d’aller au buffet.
L’hôtel est à deux pas de l’aéroport.

Gloire passée
Cela dut être un bel hôtel dont tout le monde parlait. Fierté de la ville. Mais tout cela est passé et aucun investissement pour en maintenir le niveau n’a été fait depuis 20 ans. Un peu décrépi, triste, les moquettes usées.
Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut.
Mais tout cela a besoin d’un grand coup de frais.

Ich bin mit ca. 45 Minuten am Flughafen angekommen. Flughafen Shuttle war nicht vor Ort bzw. schon abgefahren, so das ein Taxi benutzt werden musste. Check In o.k., nur das mir die Schlüssel von Zimmer 1610 für Zimmer 1600 gegeben wurde. Der abschließende Longdrink an der Hotelbar schmeckte schrecklich. Das Zimmer wurde am nächsten Tag erst gegen 18.00 Uhr gemacht. Das Angebot in der Businesslonge war überschaubar und wurde aus diesem Grund - mit Ausnahme des Frühstücks - an 3 Tagen nur 1 x genutzt. Eine Aufzugsnutzung in alle Etagen ohne Legitimation kann auch nicht als zeitgemäß bezeichnet werden. Ich kann diese Hotel nicht empfehlen und werde es auch nicht mehr buchen; zumal es in der Nachbarschaft adäquaten Ersatz gibt.

Soluzione valida per soggiorni di lavoro
Per motivi di lavoro mi sono fermato alcuni giorni a Guatemala City; l'Hotel è in quartiere di discreto livello, con presenza di numerosi altri Hotel, e di ristoranti interessanti. A pochi passi dall' Hard Rock Cafe che, merita sempre una visita
Camere spaziose e ben arredate, wifi, ottima colazione. Il ristorante ha una ambientazione un po' particolare con pareti di finta roccia un po' claustrofobiche.
Personale preparato, molto cortese ed efficiente

Ottimo hotel
Sono stato in questo hotel un settimana. Hotel ubicato nella zona 10, quartiere con molti hotel tranquillo. Ottime e spaziose camere con vista sulla città. Ottima colazione servita a buffet. Persona cortese, gentile e sempre disponibile. Qualità del sonno buona. Consigliato

Hotel in centro
Ottimo hotel in pieno centro, zona 10, vicino ad Hard Rock Café ed altri locali.
Ho soggiornato nella suite al piano 16, servizio impeccabile, è presente anche una reception dedicata per i clienti delle suite. Ottima colazione inclusa e wi fi gratuito.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ho pagato circa 150 dollari

Buona posizione
Sono passato di qui un paio di volte. Colazione abbondante. Si ha la possibilità di cambiare denaro con cambio migliore dell'aereoporto. Le camere sono accoglienti e silenzione. Per lavoro, è in una buona posizione, vicino all'Hard Rock Cafe e altri ristoranti interessanti.
Grazie per aver condiviso la tua esperienza al nostro hotel.

Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis
Meine Frau und ich haben in diesem Hotel übernachtet, als wir unsere Adoptivtochter in Guatemala besucht haben. Wir waren schon öfters in Guatemala und haben immer in exklusiven Hotels übernachtet. Unserer Meinung nach ist dieses das bequemste Hotel, in dem wir übernachtet haben und es bietet das beste Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Es überrascht uns, dass es nicht mehr Familien anzieht. Die Suite war sehr gemütlich und vor allem mit einem Kind (und einer Frau) war es schön den zusätzlichen Platz zu haben. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Restaurant war toll und der Fitnessraum war in Ordnung. Die Angestellten sind zweisprachig. Und das Beste war, dass es nur zwei Drittel des Preises, von einigen Exklusivhotels gekostet hat. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es kein Schwimmbad gab. Wir werden zurückkehren und können es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Freundliche Angestellte
Mein Mann, mein 10-jähriger Sohn und ich haben 4 Nächte hier verbracht. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Ecksuite und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die meisten Angestellten haben Englisch gesprochen, was sehr günstig war, denn mein Schulspanisch ist sehr eingeschränkt. Es hat mir gefallen, dass sie mir weitergeholfen haben, wenn ich versucht habe Spanisch zu sprechen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es kein Schwimmbad gibt. Das Restaurant war sehr schön und das Essen war gut. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr üppig.

Gutes Hotel und gute, sichere Lage
Tolles Hotel mit fantastischer Aussicht. Es liegt zentral in Zone 10. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Für jeden längeren Aufenthalt, oder nachdem man unter weniger komfortablen Bedingungen gewohnt hat, ist dieses Hotel die reinste Freude.

Mein Mann und ich haben auf unserer Reise durch Guatemala die ersten zwei und die letzte Nacht wieder im Clarion verbracht. In der ersten Nacht waren wir in einer Ecksuite in einem der oberen Stockwerke. Das Schlafzimmer hatte riesige Fenster über zwei Wände, was uns einen fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt bot.

Bei beiden Aufenthalten waren die Zimmer tadellos sauber, und sie halten jeden Tag zwei kostenlose Flaschen Wasser für Sie bereit. Unser Frühstück war nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen (wie schon andere in ihren Bewertungen angedeutet haben), aber es war lecker.

Die einzige negative Erfahrung haben wir im Hotel mit der Rezeption gemacht. Unsere Rechnung war falsch (uns wurde für zwei unserer drei Nächte zuviel berechnet), und es war fast unmöglich, eine berichtigte Rechnung zu bekommen. Es war eine frustrierende Geduldsprobe, selbst an ein Gespräch mit dem Manager heranzukommen. Sie listen zudem noch unzulässige Gebühren für Trinkgelder für die Angestellten auf, was uns nicht gefiel, da wir immer ein Trinkgeld geben, wenn wir gehen.
