A hidden Gem of a Hotel
The welcome from the start of our short stay was very warm and helpful. This hotel is an oasis from the busyness of Porto City. Its spotless and the rooms are well presented.We enjoyed the lovely breakfast during our stay -lots of choice.
The garden is a nice place to retreat to with a drink or to read a book.
Be warned if you don’t use the metro or bus it’s a good walk uphill from the Historic Centre of the City but it’s a nice walk down passing shops and cafes you might miss otherwise.
The reception team spoke fluent English and were always there to help and advise which we really appreciated.
Thank you Cristal Porto team for a lovely stay .

Great Customer Service
The best shower in Portugal!! No ... seriously!!
Rooms were a little smaller than I would normally like, but very clean and comfortable. Location is a little further away from the "downtown" area but a relatively easy walk.
Angela at the front desk was AMAZING!! Very helpful, and nothing seemed to be too much for her to help with! Great customer service - probably the best we had in all of Portugal!

CARNEVALE A PORTO
Ottimo hotel, ottima la pulizia, stanze molto grandi anche con il balcone ed un bellissimo bagno con gli azulejos (piastrelle tipiche del Portogallo) - il personale molto gentile, la colazione ottima con molti cibi a disposizione sia salati che dolci.
Occorrono 15-20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro ma con il bus 304 o 600 che si fermano praticamente quasi vicino all'hotel (in R. de Antero de Quental ) con la fermata: Hosp. S.ta Maria si raggiunge il centro il 10 minuti - si può scendere alla fermata : Trindade (dove vi sono tutte le linee metropolitane) oppure alla fermata: Av.aliados (piazza del Municipio) praticamente in pieno centro storico.
Consiglio l'hotel perchè molto nuovo, personale gentile, ben curato.
L'unico aspetto negativo è stato il letto che era praticamente una piazza e 1/2 e quindi troppo stretto .

Lovely hotel very clean and comfortable. Great staff ,especially Angela who took the time to advise and explain how to get the most out of our stay. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. A little too far from the main attractions, but as were both in our seventies to be expected.

Un Hotel a 2,7 km dal centro. In inverno, essendo una città piovosa e con vento, è necessario prendere Uber per i trasferimenti (non sono cari) il personale dell’Hotel e’ gentile e disponibile. La nostra stanza non era molto confortevole, con affaccio sulla strada, i serramenti facevano passare ogni rumore possibile. Il letto matrimoniale più piccolo dello standard e tutto in velluto: abbiamo avuto difficoltà a dormire tutte le notti. Il bagno è sprovvisto di bidè, c’è una doccia da water.

Camera comoda, graziosamente arredata in bianco e blu; bagno funzionale, ma manca il bidet. Ottima colazione, con buona scelta di salato e dolce. Non troppo lontano dal centro, almeno per chi non ha problemi a fare una passeggiata. Personale molto gentile.

Hotel tranquilo y cómodo
Hotel tranquilo, buena atención y desayuno muy variado, para los que somos intolerantes a algún alimento había múltiples opciones. La única pega es que está un poco apartado del centro, pero se puede ir dando un paseo e incluso en metro, que está a unos minutos.

Great Hotel for your stay in Porto!
This is an excellent hotel with large, well-appointed rooms. Immaculately clean. The location is also a short walk to the Metro and therefore perfectly positioned from trips to/from downtown.
We found the hotel staff to be exceedingly warm and helpful- especially the front desk under Angela’s leadership.

Great Place to stay
The Hotel was just perfect. Large triple room, comfy beds and everything you need.
Breakfast was good plenty to choose from.
Staff were exceptionally polite.
Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous.
Drinks and cocktails in the bar were great too.
It is a fair walk to the river and metro but all downhill took about 25 mins.
Might need a taxi back as up steep hill.
Buses run regularly.

Tuve que cancelar viaje por temporal. Alerta naranja. Y aún siendo con tres días de antelación ni devuelven dinero no se puede modificar fecha.

Un bon choix pour visiter Porto
Un bel hôtel design récemment rénové, des chambres spacieuses, bien insonorisées et avec des lits confortables.
Un choix varié pour le petit déjeuner
Proximité du métro ( environ 500m)
Mais il vaux mieux choisir le bus ( à 50 m) ligne 600 et 301 qui vous emmène directement dans le centre en trés peu de temps.

Un hotel que cumple con lo que esperas y un poco más.
La habitación magnífica. Las vistas no tanto, pero ante eso nada puede hacer el hotel. Limpieza de 10, el desayuno de 10, el servicio de 10 absolutamente maravillosos desde que entras y hasta que te vas.
Repetiré sin duda.
Si se pudiera valorar con más de 10 lo haría.

Todo fue genial.
La habitación grande, luminosa, silenciosa, limpia, con todo lo necesario.
Una tele grande, nevera, toallas suficientes para la estancia, amenities...
El personal muy agradable.
El desayuno muy bueno.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba bien.

Fuimos con un bebé y nos pusieron una cuna. Todo genial, la verdad.
Queda a un paseo de la zona de restaurantes y bares. Pero el hotel en sí está genial.

Nuestra habitación tenía bañera al lado de la cama y una terraza muy amplia.

Nous avions réservé 2 chambre en même temps même pas au même étage ?!? La literie est horrible , la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme plus , la poignée du balcon cassé à l’extérieur heureusement que je n’était pas seul sinon j’étais bon pour appeler quelqu’un de l’hôtel et attendre qu’on vienne m’ouvrir pour un hôtel 4 étoile et le prix de la chambre c’est vraiment injustifié ce prix au vu de la qualité des services ont nous dit qu’ont nous envoie quelqu’un pour réparer nous sommes parti de l’hôtel ont l’attend toujours !!!!!

Bonne expérience mais chambre bruyante et restaurant décevant
cet hôtel se trouve à une vingtaine de minutes de marche du centre ville ou à 2 stations de métro. Il y a un garage pour la voiture.
La décoration de l'établissement et des chambres est moderne et réussie.
Le petit-déjeuner est sous forme de buffet très complet.
Le personnel est sympathique et souriant.
La chambre sur la rue, est très bruyante.
Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Poisson sec et sans accompagnement sinon 2 malheureuses asperges.

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel
Das Hotel besticht durch seine stilvolle Einrichtung. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und groß, es gab weder Abnutzungsspuren noch Beanstandungen. Auch das Frühstück war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Nur der Kaffee kann wie in so vielen Hotels in Portugal leider nichts. Schade in einen Land mit einer so tollen Kaffeekultur.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, um Porto zu Fuß zu erkunden. Sehr schön ausgestattete und geräumige Zimmer. Riesengroßes Frühstücksbüffet, u. a. mit verschiedenen Eierspeisen - alles sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Sehr geräumige Tiefgarage. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel

wir hatten ein sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer ( kein Standardzimmer). Frühstück ebenfalls o.k., nicht die grosse Auswahl, aber ausreichend. Entfernung zur Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten und Busfahrt ungefähr 8 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Metrostation etwas weiter, aber ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Der einzige Mangel, den ich aufführe ist der: Wir hatten das Hotel 6 Monate vorher gebucht, extra ein ruhiges Zimmer im obersten Sock entfernt vom Aufzug gewünscht. Kamen mittags an und bekamen: Zimmer im 1. Stock direkt über der Küche und dem Frühstücksraum. Angeblich nicht möglich zu dieser Zeit ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk zu bekommen. Unverständlich für mich, denn wenn es Mitternacht gewesen wäre...... Die Geräusche spät abends von Möbelrücken, Staubsaugern usw. waren schon sehr lästig. Empfehle das Hotel trotzdem weiter, nur keine Zimmer im 1. Stock.

Nicht so schöne Hotel
Die Personal ist sehr freundlichen. Die Zimmer ist sehr klein. Das Frühstück passt nicht für 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Fitnessstudios ist nicht in Hotel sondern muss -10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Bis Zentrum-20 Minuten runter gehen und am Abendzurück nach oben. Für diese Preis ist nicht weiter empfehlen. Mit sehr gute Parkplatz im Hotel

Tolle Innenausstattung und große Zimmer
Die lage des Hotels ist ca 1 km von den hauptattraktionen der altstadt entfernt. Man muss etwas berg ab laufen, was recht schnell geht (zurück ist es anstrengender :)). Das hotel selber bietet ein richtig tolles design. In den zimmer dominieren blau und weiß und sogar die nachttische sind mit spiegelplatten beschichtet. Unser zimmer war sehr groß und hatte ein balkon. Das bett war etwas unbequem aber man konnte dennoch darin schlafen. Das frühstück fand ich als überdurchschnittlich und auch so hat alles gepasst.
