- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?

Sehr gutes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis
Das Hotel haben wir aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses gebucht. Insgesamt waren wir vier Tage dort und können nur positives Feedback geben. Von aussen muss man sagen, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ausschaut. Die Fassade ist wirklich nicht schön, dies ist aber bei den meisten Gebäuden in Portugal ähnlich.
Das Innere des Hotels ist hingegen modern, sauber und ansprechend. Das Personal an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Hotelzimmer war wirklich top, dabei gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Sehr modernes Bad mit Regenwalddusche. Das Bett war gut, der Fernseher gross und an sich alles sauber.
Das grösste Lob verdient (nebst dem modernen Bad) das Frühstück. Das Buffet war ausgezeichnet, eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Früchten, Müsli, Getränken, Broten etc. Es gibt sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft.
Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Eine Kritik an diesem Hotel kann ich bei besten Willen nicht verstehen, was erwarten einige Gäste (ein 6* Luxushotel zum Preis von einem 2* Hotel)? Und wenn das Zimmer nicht passt, aus Erfahrung mein Tipp: immer ein Hotelzimmer in der höchstmöglichen Etage fordern, dann passt das.

Highly recommend
Great hotel with friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Convenient parking across the street (€35 for two days if you prepay when you park). Two disappointments were :
-booking via Booking.com ( we overpaid by over $100 when compared to other sites )
- restaurant upstairs serves a steak that looks like a dirty napkin. They told me “This is a rib steak. In Portugal “ ( 1/5” thickness and light brown in colour with zero taste - I was hungry so I ate as I waited for an hour and a half ). Hotel was clean , beds amazing so two things I’d say would be : book with someone else except Booking.com and eat elsewhere ( we tried Gruta nearby and prices are same as restaurant 17 but Gruta is Michelin star and worth every penny )

Nice place for a few nights in Porto!
We enjoyed our stay at Dom Henrique. The location is good, within walking distance of the main attractions of Porto. The room was large and fixed out with excellent towels and linens. The hotel has great water pressure, making showers a real pleasure. The complimentary breakfast buffet was OK.

A wonderful stay in Porto
A lovely hotel. The rooms are comfortable and serene. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff is kind and helpful. It is close to Catherine's street shopping area. There are nice little restaurants within walking distance. I will be back.

Très bien placé, confort, accueil chaleureux, propre..au top.
Nous avions une suite au 7eme étage. Un petit regret de ne pas avoir eu durant ces 4 nuits de dosette de café alors que la chambre est équipée d'une machine.
Nous avons été au restaurant au 17eme étage à 2 reprises. Très correct, dommage que le menu gastronomique affiché sur le site ne soit pas proposé...
Tres bon petit déjeuner.
