Pleasantly perfect
A warm, gentle hotel, rich in tradition and pleasant in care. Excellent location, good food, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast spread was modest in diversity but with plenty of local favour. Hard to improve upon perfection for what was just a short one-night stay.

Worth a stay....
The hotel rooms are spacious and cozy.
I really enjoyed the service provided.
Overall the hotel was Clean. The foyer and the room were tidy and had good ambience
The overall food taste was awesome with exhaustive menu. However the pricing seems little high comparatively.

Happy to be back!
Having stayed many times at Express Residency, Vadodara for business visits, this time I was here with my wife, just for a night’s stay.
Almost everything was as expected. The room, the bed, air conditioning, shower was good. It was quiet through the night.
The breakfast spread and service was very good, which made a good start to the day.
The location is very handy - near the train station and other shops & restaurants; but on a quiet street a few hundred meters off the busy main road.
They also allowed a slightly delayed check out for us.
The only odd thing was that the front desk staff insisted for a local Indian physical address- although we are non-resident Indians! I have never been asked this before in my many travels and stay at many places at this hotel and elsewhere in India!
All said and done, I will happily stay here again.

Overall a Good Stay
The hotel has a convenient location and efficient room service, there are several areas that require immediate attention. Although the front desk staff, notably Kajal, were helpful and cooperative, the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were unsatisfactory. Peeling paint in the washroom, unclean commodes and a broken flush button are unacceptable and require immediate attention. The hotel management should prioritise the hotel's upkeep and address these issues promptly to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
