When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Exploring Medellin
Very nice room and very helpful staff. Excellent location 10 minutes walk to a nice shopping mall. Nice breakfast located at the top floor. Very well maintained facilities close to the poblado center where you can get the taste of the Colombian cuisine.

Really good hotel
Great location, rooms where clean and neat, it is a modern infrastructure, realy comfortable bed and pillows, hot water in showers. The best is the rooftop where you have a great view of the city and the breakfast. It has hot tubs, sauna, pool and a spa so you can also relax. Is close to two shopping malls, restaurants and a super market.

Excelente estadia
La ubicación del hotel está excelente me quedo muy cerca de los puntos de encuentro para los tours, muy cerca de la plaza comercial Santa fe, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias el colchón excelente para descansar después un extenuante día de tour, la atención del personal muy amable y el buffet delicioso, si regreso a Medellín volvería al hotel Faranda, lo recomiendo
