Awesome
The pillow are the fluffiest I've ever seen. One of the best experience I ever had.i recommend this stay to everyone you will not disappoint. The service was awesome and the behaviour of the staffs are very down to earth

Very good experience
Everything is good... nice stuff and their behaviour is very polite and respectful... rooms are clean...too good to stay ..we r so happy to stay here and they provide testy food too ,overall nice experience.

Reliable hotel
We stayed in this hotel as family for 2 nights. It's a good hotel with very good view of Kanchanjungha from room. Early morning sunrise and golden glow of mountain peak by sitting in your bed is just what you look for while in Pelling. Service is also quite good, specially manager Udhesho who is very prompt in responding all the queries and providing support. Food quality is average that need improvement. Balcony needs better cleaning so that guests can spend time there (some cobwebs here and there seen). Though they are one of the big hotels over there, they should take credit card. As this was not communicated to us while booking, we were not prepared with cash and faced challenge. Sales office need better client communication. They do not respond to mails also on time. More professionalism is required while handling customers.

Good View from Hotel, Nice Hospitality
I stayed in hotel in last week of September,2019 with my family in Peling. Good service hotel and good tasty food provided by Hotel. People can see kanchanjanga view from windows and terrace. Hotel rooms were clean. hotel staffs were kind and polite. very good balcony view to valley,sunrise. Food prices were very economical. overall good hotel.

Bad room poor WiFi poor service and worst food quality not deserve two star also it has small TV and it is also not working they didn't come after one call easily in duplex rooms toilet are so poor. Not cleaned also

Einfaches Hotel am Ortsrand mit Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick auf den Kangchenjunga.
Depen, der nette Hotelmanager, organisierte uns ein Auto, das uns am Flughafen Bagdora (Siliguri) abholte. Die Fahrt dauerte wegen der sehr schlechten Straßen über 6 Stunden. Einreiseformalitäten erledigten wir ohne Probleme an der Grenze nach Sikkim (Passbild - Größe war egal - und Passkopie notwendig). Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten teilweise sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge, die wir an 2 Morgen sahen, danach lag der Kangchenjunga im Dunst. Depen organisierte auch weitere Fahrten (Tagestour in der Umgebung mit vielen Stationen: Wasserfälle, "Orangengarten", heiliger See, Yuksom mit Kloster und altem Königsthron) und die Weiterfahrt nach Darjeeling (5 - 6 Stunden). Die Betten waren sehr fest, nicht jedermanns Geschmack (es fehlten Betttücher unter der Wolldecke). Nicht in allen Zimmern gab es warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Der Raum zum Abendessen war sehr zugig, das Essen (ordentlich, aber nichts besonderes) wurde von der "Männerriege" des Hotels mit 1 Stunde Vorlauf zubereitet. Sehr empfehlenswert ist in Pelling das kleine, preiswerte Speiselokal "Destination" am Eingang des Ortes (beim Kreisel, hier gab es auch einen ATM, allerdings ohne Geld!). Ein Highlight war die Gebetsfeier von etwa 70 jungen Mönchen im buddh. Kloster Pemayangtse, zu deren Mitfeier uns die Mönche einluden (16.30 Uhr).

Hotel muy bien puesto, habitaciones amplias, baños limpios, restaurante bueno.
Este hotel es el último de la calle, en estos momentos, bajando a la parte inferior de Pelling. Todo esto es montaña y hay desniveles. El servicio muy bueno, el gerente es muy amable y ayuda en lo que puede (y más si se necesita). Hay excursiones bonitas que se pueden hacer y la comida de la zona es muy rica.
