Poor hospitality
I stayed with my family on 15 June 2024. Room and view from the hotel was good. but service was pathetic they don’t provide any tea kettle in the room and they provide only 1 water bottle in the room as complimentary as we were on triple occupancy .Extremely rude staff and pathetic hospitality.

Owner of this hotel doesn't care about their guest, understand guest problems and more towards getting money
I booked hotel on 23 June 2023 through makemytrip & there was no indication of rain and soon after landslides happened near to Shimla Solan and other areas in HP due to monsoon arriving early. Driving in hills during monsoon is dangerous so I call & requested Hotel to cancel my booking and refund my amount & when talked to owner today Harish Khurana who is seems very unkind and simple said no refund. Even I tried to explain that its too risky to drive on hills in monsoon as IMD said for next 3 to 4 days heavy rain in Himachal Pradesh but he ignored my request. Avoid this hotel and better. All m y emails, request for refund from makemytrip were not replied by hotel. This hotel doesn't care about their guest, understand guest problems and more towards getting money. They should know our basic ethics ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’

Pathetic food and terroised vacation
Food is pathetic and we gave feedback then some person at night came and created heated argument that why we said food was pathetic at reception. It seems they are from kitchen. One person name sudhir was about to attack on my husband. We had to leave that hotel. This is to inform to owner that ehat is going on. Cant you take negative feedback?

Cosy hotel with big rooms n great view
I really liked the big rooms n great valley view from the room. Staff was friendly and made us comfortable.
Food taste is homely and easy on stomach and chef can adjust as per your taste, he do except modifications to the dish.
