PESIMO HOTEL. NO SE HOSPEDEN
Pésimo hotel, las fotos parecen de un hotel nuevo y es un hotel viejo y con mal mantenimiento. Las habitaciones estan descuidadas, el colchón y las almohadas en muy malas condiciones, las cortinas sin black out.
El personal que me atendió mal encarado y no dan soluciones a los que se les pide.
NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUI.

Bonito hotel para Pasar con familia
Me agradó demasiado la instancia en el hotel grand vista,donde el servicio es muy agradable y sus habitaciones son muy cómodas,están limpias tienen una buena vista y todo a un muy buen precio10/10, las habitaciones muy ordenadas y limpias lo recomiendo!✨

No respetan reservaciones en plataforma
Pésimo servicio. Reservé por booking con pago en el establecimiento y dos días antes me buscaron del hotel para exigirme el pago de la reservación y garantizar mi reservacion. Al final no lo hicieron y el día de mi llegada me avisaron que habían cancelado mi reservacion.

Mala experiencia, no se hospeden ahí
El lugar desde un inicio mal. Me quisieron cancelar la reserva, después me quisieron cobrar el doble (asumo que por accidente). Cabe mencionar que sus precios los anuncian sin IVA. Al llegar, no te recibe nadie, tienes que dejar el coche en la avenida y bajar a hacer el check in, para después ir al estacionamiento y subir todas las cosas al cuarto y dejarles las llaves del coche en la recepción (política del lugar).
El cuarto se veía lindo, pero no cuenta con aire acondicionado, y tuve la precaución de leer con atención las políticas del hotel, pues el adorno de la cama tenía manchas, no se de que, por lo que lo reporte a la recepción, para evitar que me cobraran una cuota de limpieza.
El agua caliente tardó más de 40 minutos en salir, 40 minutos que te dicen que dejes correr el agua, por lo que se desperdiciaron 40 minutos de agua.
Al salir, peor que en hotel de paso, literal llamaron en el radio a la gente de limpieza para que revisara el cuarto.
Es triste que un hotel con potencial como este compre reseñas positivas en lugar de tomar en cuanta los comentarios reales de personas que han experimentado mal servicio en el lugar.
Lo rescatable, la cabina telefónica en la alberca para pedir al restaurante, ese servicio fue excelente.
Hola Melissa T, lamentamos mucho su mala experiencia, sin embargo le aclaramos lo siguiente; Debido a nuestra alta demanda es necesario llamar a nuestras reservaciones, sobre todo a las que no cuentan con pago para re confirmar su llegada, los precios que se muestran en Booking.com se muestran así porque de esa manera está configurado el sitio, no depende de nosotros, sino mas bien de la plataforma, el procedimiento de llegada en realidad es muy sencillo, usted llega a nuestro lobby para registrarse antes de acceder a nuestras instalaciones, (esto es por seguridad de usted y de nuestros huéspedes) se le ayuda si así usted lo requiere a bajar su equipaje y se le piden las llaves de su auto para poder llevarlo al estacionamiento, disculpe usted pero hizo todo al revés de como de debe registrar, no tenemos fallas reportadas sobre agua caliente en nuestras bitácoras pero le aseguramos que es absolutamente innecesario pedirle que deje la llave abierta durante 40 minutos, y eso que usted menciona sobre revisar la habitación, es mas que nada para reducir el índice de objetos olvidados por parte de nuestros huéspedes, lamentamos comentarle que sus deducciones sobre nuestros procesos en su mayoría son erróneas, quedamos a sus ordenes, saludos!

1. FORMA DE COBRO DA SOSPECHAS A FRAUDES Y CERO GANAS DE PAGAR NADA YA QUE UN HOTEL DE LA CATEGORÍA QUE DICE SER, NO HACE ESE TIPO DE SOLICITUDES Y AMENAZAS A CANCELAR, NO ES CULPA DEL CONSUMIDOR QUE NO COBREN DENTRO DE LA PLATAFORMA.
2.AIRE NULO, VENTILA VIEJO, NO DABA AIRE Y CUANDO PEDI UN CAMBIO NUNCA ME DEVOLVIERON LA LLAMADA A MI SOLICITUD, A LA RECAMARA LE DA EL SOL TODO EL DÍA ENTONCES HACIA MUCHO CALOR.

6.RESTAURANTE, CREO ESTO ES LO UNICO QUE SE SALVA, LO POCO QUE COMIMOS FUE DE NUESTRO AGRADO Y LOS MESEROS MERECEN UN AUMENTO POR QUE ES LO UNICO RESCATABLE DEL HOTEL.
7. AREA DE ALBERCA, ESTA MUY MONA, PEQUEÑA PERO LIMPIA PARA REFRESCARSE DEL CALOR QUE HACIA.

1.- De ninguna manera hacemos ningún tipo de amenazas a nuestros clientes.
2.- Nuestras habitaciones cuentan con equipos de aire acondicionado, exactamente tienen 1 año de haber sido instalados y están en perfecto estado.
3.- La mayoría de avenidas principales en la ciudad son de doble sentido y para llegar usted a cualquier establecimiento forzosamente debe estacionarse, nuestro hotel no es de 4 pisos, solo tiene planta baja y 1er piso.
4.- Contamos con agua caliente disponible en todas las habitaciones.
5.- De ninguna manera nuestros huéspedes llegan a atenderse solos como comenta, deben registrarse antes y posteriormente se les indica como llegar a su habitación y si traen auto se les piden las llaves para ingresarlo a nuestras instalaciones (dentro del hotel)
6.- Nuestro personal merece un aumento, como sabe usted si nuestro personal esta bien pagado o no?

En su titulo usted menciona que no somos un hotel de 4 estrellas y efectivamente no lo somos, usted esta confundiendo nuestra calificación en este sitio con nuestra categoría, quedamos a sus ordenes para cualquier duda o aclaración, saludos!
