  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

My stay at HR Palace was fantastic! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was pristine and well-appointed. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm. Die Mitarbeiter sind ehrlich, zuvorkommend, hilfbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren schön, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Einziges Manko bei meinem Zimmer war, dass auf dem Balkon eine Klimaanlage des Nachbarzimmers ab und zu sehr laut arbeitete,. Es gibt eine Dachterasse mit guter Aussicht, gutem Frühstück mit einer großer Auswahl und angemessenen Preisen für Indien. Und das Abendessen, das ich hatte war hervorragend. In Laufweite gibt es ein zwei schöne Restaurants und von dort ist es recht einfach mit einem Audo (Tuk Tuk) die alte Innenstadt zu erreichen. Banken und kleine Kioske sind in Reichweite. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

In viaggio con due amiche un po’ fuori stagione. Abbiamo trovato una camera pulita e confortevole con aria condizionata.
Siamo state accolte dal sign. Narendra Singh gentile e disponibile. Nonostante le giornate torride è stato un ottimo punto di appoggio.

El hotel es precioso, huele muy bien, tiene articulos de higiene, la comida esta riquisima, la camada es muy comoda, todo esta muy limpio, esta cerca de la estación de tren y encima el personal es super amable. ¿Qué mas se puede pedir?
Destacar la atención que nos dio Narendra Sinh que nos estuvo explicando la historia del lugar y todas nuestras cursiodidades.

Hotel perfecto en Jaipur
Un hotel limpio, personal agradable y amable, la comida riquísima y asequible. El desayuno buffet muy variado. La habitación es espaciosa y aunque nuestro grifo no iba muy bien, el agua salía con fuerza y caliente. Buena ubicación. Altamente recomendado.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans une chambre familiale en rez de chaussée.
Nous étions 5 personnes dans la même chambre
Les plus : chambre spacieuse, literie bien organisée, personnel aimable et serviable , charme du jardin de l’hôtel extérieur ( nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car il faisait trop froid) , rooftop avec jolie vue
Les moins : propreté très limitée avec des draps trouées et des taches sur les draps, salle de bain vétuste et vieillote et peu pratique..
Le personnel nous a apporté des chauffages d’appoint car il faisait très froid, cela était suffisant.
Le restaurant n’est pas terrible.
Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon avec des bonnes crêpes au nutella
Bref, ok pour une nuit mais pas plus

Il personale è freddo e poco attento alle
esigenze del cliente, se non quasi del tutto disinteressato. La struttura da fuori si presente molto bene ma l'interno è poco curato, non manutentato e sporco. Il bagno ero davvero sporco quando siamo arrivati, idem le lenzuola. Peccato, il potenziale è tanto, il servizio effettivo offerto, molto scarso. Anche il ristorante lascia a desiderare.

Me sorprendió gratamente la habitación y el servicio del hotel. Excelentes acabados y muy buena higiene. El servicio de restaurante muy bien. Lo recomiendo. El único inconveniente la ubicación ya que se encuentra algo retirado de los principales atractivos

Haben auf einer Rundreise dieses Hotel für zwei Übernachtungen über einen indischen Reiseveranstalter gebucht bekommen. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt gut. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Lo básico y buena cocina
Habitaciones amplias aunque un poco viejas y antiguas.
El personal no es muy simpático no obstante tuvimos un problemilla con los enchufes y hicieron lo posible para ayudarnos.
Lo mejor del hotel es el restaurante vegetariano, situado en la azotea del edificio.
El wifi funciona perfectamente.
En la ducha el agua salía fría.

Eines der saubersten Hotel die wir in Indien hatten
Wir waren zwei Nächte im H R Palace und waren sehr glücklich mit unserer Wahl. Die Zimmer waren super sauber, was wir bis jetzt nur in 5* erlebt habe. Lediglich die Bettwäsche hätte etwas sauberer sein können (leider sehr oft in Indien erlebt, das die dreckig ist- gewaschen aber mit Flecken, was mich persönlich immer sehr stört. Dafür hab ich immer meine eigene Decke dabei😉)
Das Restaurant hat eine Dachterrasse auf der man lecker Frühstücken und Abendessen kann.
Lage ist sehr gut, nah am Bahnhof aber ruhig gelegen.
Können das Hotel nur empfehlen, Preis-Leistungen sind super.

si può fare
dal nome e dalle foto che avevo visto mi sembrava moooolto meglio! avevamo prenotato un camera per 4 persone, poi abbiamo chiamato per fare aggiungere un letto, ma quando siamo arrivati il letto non c'era, e per farlo aggiungere almeno un materasso per terra ci sono volute almeno un paio di ore! La stanza era molto grande, ma gli arredi un pò datati, molto diversi da quelli occidentali che si vedono il alcune foto. In ogni caso, la stanza era abbastanza pulita, e lo staff molto gentile.

Apres un voyage mouvementé entre Delhi et Jaipur, nous sommes arrivés au HR, au moment du repas qui a été fort apprécié et excellent de surcroit. Chambre propre , calme, ou rien ne manquait : clim, ventilateur, salle de bain agreable.

Une pause agréable
Les chambres sont bien, mais c'est surtout la terrasse qui est agréable, service efficace.
Attention, nous avons fait du change dans l’hôtel, et nous n'avons pas été vigilants : il y avait un billet scotché. C'est le cauchemar des commerçants, difficile à refiler (c'est le fort d'Amber qui en a hérité!).
Devant l’hôtel, plein d'autorickshaws : Rafik est très sympathique et disponible.

Super Service, durchschnittliche Zimmer
Man muss bei dem Hotel den Service extrem hervorheben, sie haben alles für einen gemacht und waren jederzeit für dich da. Ich wollte zum Yoga und sie haben mich dort hingefahren und jemanden organisiert der mich da ohne Warten abgeholt hat. Sie haben uns alles zum Zimmer gebracht und das Frühstück nach jedem Wunsch erstellt. Sie waren toll und nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer dagegen war durchschnittlich, etwas dreckiger als erwartet mit Staubschicht, das Bett war leider für mich als Stauballergeriker nicht ohne Unterlage für Allergiker nutzbar. Duschen war ein Horror dort, das Wasser trippelte nur und man musste aufpassen, dass das warme Wasser nicht leer wurde. Nachdem Duschen war das komplette Badezimmer naß, weil es keinen Duschvorhang gab.
Das Frühstück war lecker und toll zu kombinieren, auch das Abendessen war lecker.
Das Wlan ist dauernd unterbrochen, aber das war ok.

Buona soluzione
Hotel confortevole, personale accogliente e disponibile. Le stanze sono pulite e abbastanza spaziose.
Molto bello il ristorante sul roof, con uno spazio al chiuso ed una terrazza ventilata dove è piacevole cenare.
Il cibo è buono, il personale presente.

Tolles, sauberes und günstiges Hotel
Ich war/bin zum zweien mal innerhalb zwei Wochen im H.R. Palace Hotel und kann es nur vollends weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber, die Räume sind sehr geräumig und die Atmosphäre ist einladend und freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit (mir wurde bei der Buchung eines Zugtickets von Agra nach Delhi geholfen) und zuvorkommend. Vor allem für den Preis ein unschlagbares Hotel. Ebenfalls günstig ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof, so dass eine lange Fahrt erspart bleibt. Das Essen ist ebenfalls sehr lecker (und vor allem günstig!). Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
