Para quedar exentos del pago de este suplemento sobre las ventas del 18%, los huéspedes deberán presentar una copia de la tarjeta de inmigración y del pasaporte.
Es necesario presentar ambos documentos para poder acogerse a la exención del pago del impuesto sobre las ventas. En caso contrario, los huéspedes deberán abonar el suplemento indicado. Este suplemento se aplicará por habitación cuando la habitación esté compartida por huéspedes exentos y no exentos del pago de dicho impuesto sobre las ventas.

Abbastanza deludente
Il bagno cieco è abbastanza normale negli hotel, ma una camera con finestra sul corridoio interno la trovo proprio sbagliata, tra l'altro le tende non coprivano bene e si vedeva dentro... Il buffet era poco curato, se andavi dopo mezz'ora dall'apertura, non trovavi quasi più niente, stoviglie e bicchieri compresi.
Chiesto alle persone dello staff di reintegrare i cibi e ho ricevuto risposta negativa.

Céntrico y muy correcto
Hotel a pocos metros de la Plaza de Armas de Puno. Desde esta plaza al parque Pino hay una calle peatonal concurrida con restaurantes.
Las ventanas son con doble cristal, cosa que no encontramos en ninguno de los otros 4 hoteles de nuestro viaje.
Situado en una calle que da directamente al puerto del lago Titicaca.
Viajamos 3 personas por lo que nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas amplias y 1 de grande. Genial para nosotros.
Baño amplio y con gel/champú con dosificador en pared. Muy práctico.
El desayuno es de tipo buffet, con variedad de productos y buena calidad.
Tiene mate de coca y de muña para el mal de altura. Necesario si es tu punto de entrada a Perú debido a su altitud sobre el nivel del mar (3.800m).
Personal de recepción muy atento.

Un buon albergo
Complessivamente un buon albergo. Posizione ottima in quanto a due passi dalla piazza centrale. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Colazione ben assortita e volendo organizzano anche loro tour sul lago titicaca. Le camere non sono niente male, ampie e il livello di pulizia è assolutamente buono.

Excellente localisation dans le centre de Puno. Très proche de la cathédrale. Chambre très agréable pour deux nuits avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. petit déjeuner moyen. Bonne literie.. accueil efficace et souriant. Chauffage dans la chambre très correct

Good value hotel in Puno
Stayed here on three separate occasions and found the hotel staff very helpful, its close location to the Centro, good quality breakfast, bag storage facilities and double glazing to be an excellent value for money hotel.
From this hotel in Puno went and stayed on floating islands, returned, then went to Copacabana, returned, then took transfer to Juliaca airport.
