AWESOME PLACE TO STAY
Good stay and good place

Most recommended hotel
Most recommendations hotel near mall road. Buffet of dinner and breakfast is superb and the staff is extremely polite and helping. Very neat and clean hotel. The only disadvantage is the location as area is congested else hotel is highly recommended. My family and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the buffet also price of the rooms are very reasonable.

Maybe a good budget hotel in summer, but please think for multiple times in winter
Stayed here from 21st Dec to 25th Dec 2022 (4 nights). If you are visiting a hotel in Manali, especially in December, you would expect a room heater service. Well, they don't have a room heater. Instead, they have a paid heater not even enough to heat up your bed. Service is horrendous.
Only giving 2 ratings because of the restaurant which is pretty good and the person in charge of the restaurant, his courteousness is impressive. Some points -
1. My travel agent was very helpful and tried to bargain for the room heater service which is 400 INR per night as I stayed for 4 nights, but they did not agree. And this has to be paid in cash only and they don't provide any receipt also for it.
2. Electricity was gone a few times. After complaining, they started the generator.
3. Nobody is going to help you with your bags on the day when you checkout :). They do it only while check-in :).
Good points -
1. Location. Max 5 mins walking distance from mall road. They have parking also, which is a plus point, especially in Manali.
2. Food is very good if you are ok with veg. We have enjoyed the food. But if you are staying > 2 days, breakfast options might start boring you.
In a nutshell -

Brilliant stay!
I had gone with my family, we were total 12 members (including 2 infants).
We had reached the hotel very late because of road issues on the way to Manali. So we called up the hotel to inform them as we were supposed to have the dinner at the hotel. The hotel staff agreed to keep the restaurant open for us and waited for us until 11 pm (the usual kitchen timings are upto 10.30 pm) The food was delicious. The hotel staff especially Mr. Birendar Sharma (in restaurant section) was very welcoming.
We stayed for 3 nights - the rooms are big, very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is really hospitable. Breakfast and dinner was delectable. And the staff offered us multiple times to customize the menu according to our needs in case we were not satisfied.
Would definitely recommend this hotel 👍
