    No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
    Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
    They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?
    It is often clearly stated in the property sheet and for this reason we invite you to carefully read their policies. Where not indicated, we invite you to contact us through our contact form for more information.

Un hôtel moderne, sans vraiment la classe et sans le confort approprié. La salle de bains était très sale et les rideaux tachés en plusieurs endroits<; La piscine aurait été agréable, mais nous l'avons découverte le lendemain matin... sur le toit, d'où nous avions une vue étendue sur la ville

Hotel correcto
Es un hotel correcto para un par de noches. No esperéis grandes lujos, pero esta limpio y los servicios son correctos. La comida es muy buena.
Este y otros similares los ofrecen en algunos paquetes vacacionales de visitas a india. Por la poca diferencia en precio con los superiores ( unos 120 euros) merece la pena gastárselos y coger hoteles de categoría superior

Sucio y apestoso
Hotel sucio cono ninguno, los empleados fuman en el comedor, la comida es un asco, la moqueta del suelo estas más guarra que el suelo del templo de las ratas. En la habitación no funcionaba la cisterna, no se abren las ventanas, para ir de puntillas o calzado. Solo dan 1 hora de wi-fi.
Después de visitar y dormir en 10 ciudades de las India puedo decir que fue el peor hotel de 3 estrellas de todos, con diferencia.

Nur gut für eine Nacht
Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, hat uns beim schlafen aber nicht gestört. Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen hat mir hier leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Für ein oder zwei Nächte ok.

Hôtel aurait besoin d'être rénové et le ménage est pas fait à fond.Douche au pommeau laissant du goutte à goutte pour se laver.Hotel qui devait être bien les premières années car chambre assez grande et look reste correct. Literie correcte malgré des draps ayant des tâches "propres".Donc hôtel moyen.Wifi que 1h gratuite et dans le hall.Restaurant moyen aussi.

Unsauberes Hotel!
Auffällig : großflächige Schimmelflecken an den Wänden im Treppenaufgang und die Sichtverglasung im Restaurant zur Straße mit Fettflecken.
Der Zustand des Zimmers weicht davon nicht ab.
Im Restaurant hat man kein gutes Gefühl hier zu essen.
Keine Weiterempfehlung!
Renovierung und Putzkolonne dringend von Nöten.

schönes Zimmer, endlich ein Zoímmer der füllte sich trocken und warm an.
WI Fi nur in der rezeption, das essen geht so, man konnte endlich etwas besser schlafen in diesem Hotel. da essen nicht so richtiges wir man nicht huger rausgehen aber schmackhaft ist was anderes.

J'ai passé une nuit à l'hôtel Libra du 25 au 26 novembre au cours d'un circuit de voyage organisé. L'accueil de l'hôtel est sympathique. Notre chambre était confortable avec une literie correcte. Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner était de bon niveau. Le seul point noir: le WIFI est payant dans cet hôtel

A éviter ! !
Deux nuits c'est trop (une aussi d'ailleurs) !!! Tout y est quelconque (voire sale...) et salle d'eau pas à la hauteur (quasiment autant d'eau dans la partie douche que dans l'espace lavabo et toilettes). Restauration très moyenne, chambre assez petite et moyenne, wifi payante. A éviter si possible.

Una noche para visitar Jaidpur
Hotel a unos 7 km del centro de la cuidad rosa. La habitación amplia y limpia, la piscina en el ático pequeña y no la hemos utilizado.
El bufet de desayuno continental básico comparado con el resto de hoteles de India.
En los alrededores no hay nada destacable, mejor tomar un taxi hasta el centro.
La atención del personal correcta.

Un hotel muy sucio el baño daba pena y por todas partes sucio, el restaurante tiene una carta muy pobre y lo peor de todo mejor no mirar a la cocina porque se quitan las ganas de comer, en cuanto a la piscina parece más una charca que lo que ponen en las fotografías, junto a la piscina había una paloma muerta que vete a saber el tiempo que lleva ahí tienen un mantenimiento muy malo, el wifi es de pago funciona muy mal con poco velocidad y muy caro 470 rupias, es mejor elegir otro hotel pero este no lo recomiendo.

Mi experiencia en Jaipur
Estuve solo dos noches en este hotel y hay mucha variedad de lugares a visitar y no estuve mucho tiempo fisico en el, asique solo puedo decir que el hotel es correcto, su desayuno tambien y en cuanto a la habitacion adecuada en cuanto a comodidad e higiene. En cuanto a los paseos destaco la visita al fuerte Amber, experiencia particularmente especial, al cual se puede subir a pie o en elefante o en jeep, y bajar de la misma manera. Es una ciudad muy especial y vale la pena conocerla. Fue parte de mi circuito x India y cada lugar tiene su especial encanto.

Hotel nella media della categoria, non sporco, fuori mano. Colazioni e cene non entusiasmanti. I negozietti all'interno non sono male. Personale gentile e disponibile. Troppo moderno per i miei gusti.

Bel hotel
L albergo è bello e pulito. Il ristorante offre una buona scelta di piatti. Carina la piscina sulla terrazza. Il negozietto all'interno dell'hotel non è caro. Quasi conviene rispetto al mercato. Purtroppo il Wi-Fi non è gratis. Inoltre a tavola il cameriere pagando cash le bevande ha tentato di farci la cresta rispetto all'addebito su camera. Fare attenzione sembra un vizio negli hotel in India...

Recente e ben attrezzato
L'hotel, di costruzione abbastanza recente, è situato fuori dal centro città.
È composto da 10 piani, di cui uno ristorante e uno con piscina e spa (la piscina è all'aperto sul tetto).
Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben arredate, così come i bagni. Tv e aria condizionata, minibar (silenzioso) e una prima colazione sopra la media completano il giudizio positivo.
Il ristorante è nella media, offre molti piatti e anche un buffet a 550 R + tasse, e comprende una zona bar.
Da segnalare la presenza di un negozio di souvenir nella hall, e della rete wifi a pagamento in tutti i piani (430 R/giorno) ma piuttosto lenta.

Nuovo un po' scomodo
Credo che la doppia sia sui 50$ ma non sono sicuro.- Piuttosto nuovo e ordinato, comparandolo con lo standard indiano. Personale gentile. Camere spaziose e pulite, frigo, TV, complimentary acqua, cassaforte. Doccia bella calda. Unico neo No wifi. e lontano dal centro quindi necessaria un auto (1200 R andata e ritorno se fornita dall'hotel). La colazione è sopra la media. Possibilità di cenare. Ristorante valido anche non veg. Piatti sui 300R. Buffet indiano 550 R. Consiglio il pollo be cucinato e tenero. Piatti abbondanti.

Ottimo Hotel
Chi scrive recensioni negative su questo hotel deve aver visto davvero pochi Hotel Indiani. A questa struttura infatti devo la doccia più calda, la dormita migliore e la miglior colazione che abbia trovato in giro per il Rajasthan.
Certo, la struttura pur essendo piuttosto recente non è così curata nel dettaglio rispetto ad un Hotel europeo, ma di certo nel complesso non la si può disdegnare...visitata a Novembre 2013 la consiglierei a qualsiasi europeo capitasse nei dintorni di Jaipur.
