The perfect hidden oasis in Jacó
Wow, we loved our time at this intimate property. We spent nine nights here and it was our home base for exploring around Jacó and far beyond.
It’s a surprising oasis tucked away from the bustling crowds and noise. No beach view, but it’s probably no more than a three minute walk to the beach, and very well located to be close to the shops and restaurants in Jacó.
There are only 16 apartments here, and a nice, relaxing pool in the center of the property. Plenty of parking on site (which was nice, knowing that our rental car was safe at night).
The staff is VERY nice and accommodating - we really did feel at home. Breakfast every morning with a choice of a typical Costa Rican breakfast or pancakes - we had one of each and split them. It’s a lot of food but needed for long days of exploring the country or just being lazy on the beach or by the pool. There are several wild iguanas roaming the property and that was pretty neat!
A brand new high rise hotel is being built right next door, and the workers are on the job from sun up to sun down (6am to 6pm), even on the weekends, and often in the rain. At times they can be a little loud, but other than that, a perfect stay. We hated to leave our little slice of paradise but if we ever return to Jacó, this is where we’ll stay!

Decent place
Cute individual bungalows steps from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Nice pool but the water was slightly warm. AC was not cooling great as it was 10p degrees outside. Breakfast and staff, amazing! Iguanas all over property.

Nice little hotel in Jaco.
A nice little place to stay if you are in Jaco. It’s safe, pretty, small, very clean, & friendly. It has a nice smiling attentive staff. Breakfast is included and they have a coffee bar available to guests self serve all day. The manager and owner seem to be doing a great job and know how to make guests feel at home!
