Unprofessional
Well, we didn't get a chance to stay at this hotel, the reason is they didn't oblige to our advance booking which was done a month before.
At the day of our stay, the hotel was CLOSED! Turned out it was the hotel owner's wedding (not at the hotel). When we reached hotel at 9pm the entire staff was about to leave for the wedding and they didn't even know about our booking.
The booking was confirmed by the owner but still they didn't have anything in their system. The owner didn't communicate at all about hotel being closed.
Fortunately our travel agent arranged a different hotel.
So much trouble at night time in a strange city that too with family.

Rated as the best by all we travelled with. great and social people which made the place feel like real home for us all.
I had a great time. we went as a family, three of us from Uganda, two from USA and one from France.
we went to different places but This hotel was ranked the best of all.

bad food service
please don't order form this hotel yesterday I ordered food two special thali but it was really an annoying food. they did not send me complete food . papad and raita were missing . and moreover chapatis were half-backed. this thing they did not accept. and when I called them they disconnected my call thrice. when I called again they said that don't disturb us by calling us again and again. this was not fair at all. the way the manager had words with me. be aware before you place an order from here.
