FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
  • Why choose Metour.it as your reliable online travel agency?
Metour.it is committed to offering travelers authentic and unforgettable experiences. As a leading trusted online travel agency, we stand out for our dedication to quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Every destination, package and service offered has been carefully selected to ensure an unparalleled travel experience. Furthermore, our expert team is always on hand to assist you at every stage of your journey, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to perfection.
  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?
Prices vary based on various factors which may be seasonal, day of the week, occupancy status of the hotel, promotions, particular fairs in the city and more. The advice, to see the prices, is to enter the dates of your stay and make your own comparisons.
  • Is breakfast always included?
No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?
It is often clearly stated in the property sheet and for this reason we invite you to carefully read their policies. Where not indicated, we invite you to contact us through our contact form for more information.

  • What are TripAdvisor reviews?
TripAdvisor reviews on MeTour.it are ratings and comments imported directly from TripAdvisor for each hotel, B&B, resort, campsite, accommodation, restaurant and museum activity you find on our site. They include an overall rating of up to 5 points, the total number of reviews, and detailed ratings for specific categories such as rooms, location, cleanliness, sleep quality, service and value for money. We also show the latest 5 reviews left by travelers on TripAdvisor. This data is automatically updated and is provided to help our users make informed choices. MeTour.it does not edit these reviews and takes no responsibility for their accuracy.

  • How are MeTour.it proposals linked to TripAdvisor reviews? What happens if there are errors in connections with TripAdvisor?

Chaque jour, le même scénario
Bon accueil.

An Honest Review, the good, the bad & the bland.
The Hotel
We stayed at Hotel Miami for a week.
The hotel is spotless and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are average size and have a mini fridge which is useful for keeping water & drinks cool.
The beds are comfortable and large.
There is no kettle in the room but we were aware of this and took our travel kettle.
The bathroom is clean and has a toilet, wash basin bidet, shower & hairdryer.
The shower cubicle is extremely small and anyone with a larger build would struggle.
We were in a room on the 3rd floor and overlooked the pool. The balcony is pleasant but very open, this wasn’t a problem for us as we had nice neighbours who we chatted to.

The Pool
The pool was very clean and is a decent size. It has an area at one end for children. There is a shower/changing area and toilet next to the pool. There were plenty of sun beds available while we were there.

The Food
This is the hotels downfall.
The breakfast was acceptable, croissants, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cheese, ham etc. Not a lot of choice but enough to put you on.

The evening meal is poor. It’s 3 courses which you have to pick the day before.
We ate out a couple of times and when we went back to the restaurant to eat, we were told off by the head waitress and made to feel like naughty children as we hadn’t filled our meal choices in the day before. The food is very bland and very small portions. It reminded me of hospital food, it did the job but wasn’t anything to look forward to.

The Location
The hotel is well situated , a minutes walk from the Main Street where there are lots of shops & restaurants and a couple of minutes walk from the beach.
The beach is nice but has rows & rows of sun beds. Upon arrival at the hotel, you are given a slip of paper entitling you to free sun beds on the beach. You have to use the beds between the 2 signs for the hotel, if not you will get moved. There was no problem getting a sunbed while we were there as it was the end of the season but I wouldn’t want to be there at high season, the beach would be crammed with people.

Conclusion
We had a very enjoyable holiday in a nice resort. It’s a good base to get to other places, Venice, Verona and Lake Garda and the bus stops right outside the hotel.
Would we return? Probably not as there as so many other beautiful places to visit & explore.

Vergogna

Ansonsten tip top!

Hotel Miami
We have just returned from a week's holiday here I have to say after reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive,we needn't have been we found the place to be spotless never have I seen cleaners work 7 days they should be praised. The food we were half board and I have to say we found something to eat every day for breakfast (1 veggie) and for dinner food was plentiful staff very friendly both in the restaurant and the reception.we had an issue with the Aircon it was rectified straight away, downsides showers very small enclosure booked a double bed for two singles pool area small and not a lot of beds but you can use the beach which is a bonus and not very far. No iron or kettle in the room happy hour 12.30/13.30 and 18.00/.19.00 not many people utilise it which is a shame.bus to Venice as before 26.50 each for bus and water taxi bus number 5 then straight into lane 15 we did have problems coming out of Venice we couldn't get our tickets to work and the staff at the ticket shop not helpful so we had to climb the gate! Rember to validate your ticket as they do check at the bus station. Found a couple of nice bars Mary's pub do Belgium beers and route 66 all lovely staff. Italian beer pub on the main strip nice beers but surley staff.average prices for beer in hotel 4.50 3.75 for prosecco only thing we couldn't buy was the weather! Would we return maybe one day but a little busy for us but can't praise the hotel Miami enough thanks

Ideal hotel for a base to travel.
My family and I chose this hotel as it was reasonable for the area and a good base for visiting other places.
Firstly other reviews have mentioned the food and yes this is the hotel’s stumbling block !
Breakfast is continental style but with add extras of scrambled and boiled eggs, smoked hot ham and other bits.
It’s plenty full but the coffee is from a vending type machine so not the best.
So breakfast is fair and you can eat plenty.
But the evening meals I’m sorry to say are not … out of a 10 night stay there was probably one night where we said that was ok, other nights pretty poor, and I’m not a fussy eater.
Please note you have to chose your evening meal the day before they give you a little meal some things do get lost in translation!
We ended up eating out a few times, there are so many places to choose from just a stroll away.
But that is are only complaint, the hotel has a nice bar, very quiet but maybe busier now.
Happy hours from 6pm till 7pm so ideal for pre dinner drink.
The pool is fairly small but the beach is just across the road with free sun beds and umbrellas so that’s a big bonus.
When getting about the bus stop to catch a water bus to Venice is 5 mins away.
So back to the hotel, the staff are very helpful, polite and very approachable with a smile for everyone.
The rooms are basic but extremely clean with fresh towels every day, shower plentiful hot water, toiletries replaced every day, a little hairdryer, not many hangers but just ask and the staff are happy to help.
It stated you had to pay for air con we didn’t and it still came on at night, so very helpful !
We had s small balcony over looking the pool not very private but nice to get the last spot of sunshine after a busy day.
The areas around the hotel are also very clean, polished and shining.
If you are looking to book this hotel for a base then I would suggest bed and breakfast , food in Italy is fairly expensive but you can get a meal for two with wine for around 30 euros , shop around or use the supermarkets lovely fresh produce.
So would I return ? Possibly but I would book Bed and Breakfast next time.
Lido is very busy, please note especially at a weekend , lots of young people and families but I’m happy to say no trouble just people enjoying the atmosphere and having a good time.

A Venetian gem
We had a really great holiday the hotel is positioned brilliantly 2 minutes away from restaurants and shops and 5 minutes to the Sandy beach. The food is basic but the hotel is kept clean and all the staff are very freindly. We had not heard of lido de Jesolo before but we will definitely be returning

Hotel Miami
We enjoyed a week's stay at the miami...last week...plus points...kept very clean...really nice staff...food acceptable...but small portions...Good location...near bars ...shops...beach...also buses to Venice...run right outside the hotel...and to punta sabbioli for all the boat trips...which are regular and easy to use...the one and only downside was the small pool area...and the bar on a evening we found had no staff...which didn't bother us as always had a stroll after our meal...but on the whole a nice little hotel....

Forse siamo stati solo sfortunati.....😥

Ma come detto all'inizio... forse siamo stati solo sfortunati 😅😝
