about cancelation fee
hi there,
last early of august 2024 in the weekend we booked 5 rooms for tourist from chinese family. after we arrived, they said that was bugs inside of the room & they requested to cancelled immediately.
they moved to another hotel & we heard from the pop's receptionist that we can't took our cancelation fee of the 5 (five) rooms.
after discussed, there was 1 (one) room only for the cancelation fee & will send to us during 14 days.
now, it's getting more than 14 days & we are waiting the promises from the hotel itself.
and when we entered the room, takes some times because the staff had to change the batteries of the door.
thank you.

Location is great. Room quality is low. Don’t expect much
Price is higher maybe because of peak season. Room quality is less quality than pop hotel station Surabaya that I stayed before I arrive in Yogyakarta.
The bed sheet not in good condition..room smelly..bathroom also not to clean and look too old like Yogyakarta history. During my stay in peak season and pay triple from normal price is realy not worth it.

Poor dirty room but good location
It has poor. Old dirty facilities. Nevertheless, it has good location. It is walking distance to a lot of good location. Management should improve its facilities to accommodate more travelists. Need to renovate.

A great location to stay, near train station
My main consideration when I chose to book this hotel is only the location. I need a decent hotel which is reachable on foot from the Yogyakarta Tugu train station, as I had to catch 1st airport train. But, this hotel totally exceeds my expectation. The location is of course unbeatable with only 5-min walking from/to the station and around 500-600 metres from the famous Malioboro street. The security team is helpful and friendly. They always ready to help guests. The front office staff are all friendly and efficient. The room is spotlessly clean and the room width is just right for 2 persons in transit; although, it may a bit small if you want to have a prolong holiday with kids in tow.
Will definitely stay here again, especially if I need to catch early morning train and am on budget.
