Estuve a gusto, pero con matices
Después de leer varias criticas , daré mi impresión.
En primer lugar felicitar y agradecer a todo el personal de este hotel por su amabilidad y eficiencia.
El hotel cuenta con unas buenas instalaciones, buena piscina, buen SPA, Buen gimnasio, los masajes a buen precio y muy bien, al igual que el SPA, el gimnasio es gratis,
Las Habitaciones son muy amplias, algunas cuentan con pequeña cocina muy útil, para calentarle algo de leche o algo semejante a un niño., tiene cafetera Tasimo.
Las camas de dos metros, cómodas al igual que las almohadas, la limpieza muy bien.. Todas cuentan con terraza.
La animación en piscina y resto, falla. Con un animador solamente no da para niños y adultos, a pesar de ser bien majo el chico.
La dirección del hotel tiene que pensar que es un hotel que no tiene entretenimiento en sus alrededores y deberían de tenerlo mas en cuenta.
La situación del hotel si no se tienes coche es complicadillo desplazarse, por ejemplo tiene farmacia, Mercadona Y Lidl caminando sobre 13 minutos.
Si eres de las personas que no va a salir del hotel, entonces perfecto.
En cuanto a la comida, puedo hablar de lo que he probado, no he desayunado ni cenado ningún día en el hotel.
Creo que el director debería de perderse mas por el comedor y probar la comida y ver la calidad de los productos que se sirven a los comensales.
Es mejor poco y bueno que mucho y bastante regularcillo.
Entiendo también que las personas abusamos mucho y somos poco respetuosos con la comida, ya que cogemos platos llenos de comida, luego comemos lo que nos parece y ya estamos levantándonos a buscar otro plato, creo que demostramos tener muy poca ética.
Ahora bien todos deberíamos de poner de nuestra parte, los unos no malgastando comida y los otros subiendo calidad.
Otra cosa que me llamo poderosamente la atención, fueron las plantas que tienen en macetas, se que no se puede regar, vale, pero las plantas que hay en las macetas a la entrada se dejan secar, por no echarles un poco de agua, voy aunque sea a una fuente a buscarla, el aspecto que dan esas plantas a la entrada del hotel es fachendoso.
En mi pueblo se dice que es desidia y pocas ganas de tener las cosas bien , el hotel
tendrá una dirección para ver esos pequeños detalles.
Las palmeras del exterior sin podar, no creo que sea tan costoso ni lleve tanto tiempo ese trabajo, tener un hotel que de un aspecto que te llame a la vista.
Por las noches, hasta las 10 creo que es, en el comedor hay actuación, mi pregunta es: ¿no creen que esa actuación junto con alguna otra animación?, se podría hacer después de cenar, para toda la gente del hotel al no tener en el entorno nada donde se pueda ir a pasar el rato.

Totally ok hotell.
Nice, quiet hotell, good gym and spa. Think is this is a decent hotel, quitet location, the room is good and large (got a larger family suite) . The restaurant lunch buffe is not so impressive, but its ok. The pool are is good too. So, would consider staying here again. The only downside is that you have to drive to explore the surroundings.

Leí unos comentarios de mal hotel y mala comida , y para mí no a sido así , el hotel está en una zona residencial,si lejos de la playa , la habitación súper grande,limpia ,tiene una concinita con microondas , placa , frigorífico, fregadero y una cafetera tassimo , una terraza con sillas , la comida no había ternera de Ávila ni champán francés ( no se que espera la gente) , pero menú variado a diario y bastante cantidad reponían continuamente y la de calidad le doy un 7 . Animación había una hora por las mañanas y dos por la tarde con poco personal pero bien, mi estancia ha sido bastante satisfactoria

un hotel de primer nivel
Los ultimos comentarios no corresponden en nada en la realidad de las cosas, las installaciones son de primer nivel empezando por la habitaciones muy comodas y grandes, la piscina muy bien dimensionada , la comida excellente en todas partes aun que el buffet podria ser un poco mas variado y el spa grandioso y un servicio extraordinario como pocos hoteles tienen en la region.El personal es tambien una grande riqueza de este complejo siempre muy atento a todos sus deseos

Pésima experiencia
Hotel decepcionante. Ninguna animación para niños y eso que era Semana Santa, desde el jueves santo hasta el domingo. El buffet pésimo, mala calidad en general, quesos que eran tranchetes, macarrones sin salsa de tomate para echarle, una botella solo de aceite para todos, que para buscarla parecías indiana buscando un tesoro, los postres no digamos, y comida fría, pero el remate es que íbamos un grupo de 15 personas y más de la mitad el viernes por la noche y sábado por la mañana caímos malos del estómago, se lo comentamos y nos dijeron que solo éramos nosotros que nadie había dicho nada, cosa que nos enteramos que era mentira. Señores si avisamos es para que tomen medidas y el virus no se extienda porque su origen estaba en el hotel. Nunca más volveré a ese hotel y desde luego mi publicidad no será positiva. Si esto ocurre en semana santa pobres los que vayan en verano
