When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Overall experience was okay
I was there for 2 nights and overall experience was good. I like their employees behavior and room was also good.
But i have given 4* because I saw cockroaches in my room and I have shown that to the hotel staff's then and there. He applied some spray and then it's gone.
But if it's a 3* hotel then they should take care of hygiene things and it's not a small mistake. If thre is any small kid then it may create a big problem.

Itit's memorable, I would like to stay there again
The hotel was really fantastic. Room was clean and spacious with all amenities like LED, coffee maker, slippers etc. Food was in affordable rates and delicious. Staff was really nice and cooperative.

Gotten better over time.
It is hard to say this about any hotel, but Park View Premium has got better with time. They have added more facilities and now have a full-fledged restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooftop restaurant has added to the convenience and charm of the hotel. The rooms, as always are clean and well maintained and the staff courteous as ever.

Good location hotel in city center, good roooms
If you looking for a budget hotel right in city center then this is a perfect location hotel right on rajpur road. you can walk around easily to main rajpur road. rooms are ok with clean bathrooms and line. rooms are spacious but bathrooms are small. staff is ok but room service is slow. roof top restaurant Mussorrie nights is well setup with good breakfast and dinner. staff is polite and courteous. hotel dont have much parking space so if you are driving your vehicle then during busy times/festive and long weekends getting space to park can be tricky. Overall its a good deal in a budget category.
