  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?

Bad experience
Room was untidy and not maintained well.
There was cigarette smell all around the corridor and even inside rooms.

Booked through FabHotel and won't recommend both this hotel as well as FabHotel service, especially for families.

Not so good. Better options available.
Some drain work going on, which was bad. The room had no outside view through windows. Water was not free. Room service was horribly slow. Had to call 5 times and go personally to get toiletries. Overall not so worth the price.

Hotel outside not good
Hotel is situated in a place where the outside is very bad area and you just cannot go out in the evening. The hotel is OK type but not very good. Although they have tried to modify the old structure but somethings are still not very good.

No recomendado.
Elegí este hotel por su cercanía a la estación central mayormente. Aparentemente la web del hotel y opiniones son buenas y fue una rápida elección. La calle del hotel es una zona muy pobre, mucho más que otras zonas, y muy sucia, aunque no vi problema de seguridad. Recomiendo acceder a él por calles principales. El servicio recepción y la zona recepción correcto, limpio y aparente a lo que yo esperaba. Me dieron una habitación en la planta baja... Ruidosa al máximo, las toallas y sábanas con cientos de lavados y manchas al igual que una de las almohadas. Paredes con moho. Algunas partes de las habitaciones sin limpiar de hace meses, como una bandeja con vasos. No tiene caja fuerte ni la habitación ofrece seguridad por sus cierres de ventanas. El agua del baño siempre salía negra los primeros 20 segundos, y no tuvieron ni el detalle como a otros clientes de poner papel en el baño. Como digo... Lo use solo para dormir y muy muy muy justo. El servicio desayuno más que justo. Me pusieron un black coffee en una taza que tenía manchas de antes. Lo siento por algunos de los empleados que ponen atención, pero el hotel está para una renovación urgente. No recomendado.

Ne pas se fier à la photo
L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier populeux et sale, enchâssé dans des ruelles étroites et encombrées d'épaves et de Pauvres gens dormant à même la chaussée,
L'hôtel, lui même est d'une propriété moyenne, la literie est bonne et propre, le personnel est serviable

Near to railway Station!!
This hotel is strategically located and very near to central railway station. Easy communication as everyone knows hindi, tamil and english well. Property that fits your budget and you can have a great stay here.

Good stay
This hotel is mainly located at the centre which is very much helpful for the business peoples. It's just a walkable distance from chennai central railway station. Rooms are very clean and good. Good working Air Conditioner. Food is very good to taste. Room service is also excellent kind guys. pakka business class!!!!!!!!!

Sans fenetre
Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l hôtel. Les fenêtres sont murees et la moiteur ambiante est difficilement respirable.les draps sont moites. La propreté est très limité. Certains personnels sont serviables d autres moins. L environnement est miserable, les abords impraticables a pied. Mauvaise experience. la wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. Heureusement le restaurant est tres correct et le responsable sympathique. Méfiance au travel agence du hall...

Chambre correctes et bon services
2 nuits à chennai dans cet hôtel.

Les + : la chambre spacieuse, sa proximité de la gare, personnel avenant et serviable, petit déjeuner copieux et local, restaurant indien pour le soir abordable et très bon ! Literie confortable.

Les- : la vue de la chambre qui donne sur un gros vis à vis, pas d'endroit en dehors de la chambre pour se poser (terrasse, patio).

On recommande.

Correct sauf rez de chaussez
Correct sauf le rez de chaussez oú les chambres sont sordides et les fenetres donnent sur un mur. Demandez absolument à etre à un étage.
Attention si vous arrivez avant midi, ils vous "donnent" une chambre mais essaierons de vous faire payer une journée entiere, faites vous préciser si c'est offert ou payant.

Excelente Estadía - Excellent stay
Es mi primera vez en India y les pedí enviaran un taxi para buscarme al aeropuerto pues llegue de madrugada. El taxi estuvo allí a tiempo con el cartel del hotel muy a la vista. La habitación es grandiosa, grande, cómoda, muy limpia. El wifi va perfectamente. Me ha gustado muchísimo, a la vuelta, creo que me quedaré de nuevo con ellos. Pd: Su Gerente General se acerco amablemente a preguntar si el taxi me había buscado a tiempo, me ofreció algunos consejos y ayudo con mucha cortesía. Vale la pena por el precio que se paga. Me voy feliz.

Discreto rapporto qualità prezzo.
Si tratta di un albergo in posizione centrale ma protetta dal rumore dell'infernale traffico cittadino. La qualità della struttura è modesta ma in linea con il prezzo a notte, che è davvero onesto.
La colazione è tipica indiana ma volendo si può anche consumare qualche alimento "all'occidentale".
Ripeto, per questo prezzo è difficile pretendere qualcosa di più, se non una maggiore attenzione nella pulizia di lenzuola e federe visto che sono sempre rinvenibili peli, capelli e macchie non meglio identificate.

Struttura bellina, ma i servizi devono ancora migliorare molto
Struttura scelta con booking per la posizione e il buon prezzo. Al nostro arrivo verso le 11:40 PM a causa di un ritardo del volo, la stanza ci è stata consegnata dopo due allucinanti ore di attesa nella lobby, verso le 2:15 AM, con il portiere di notte che continuava a ripetere ancora 10 minuti.
Stanza prenotata con booking ma non pronta all'arrivo è uno strana gestione, la scusa adotta è che era arrivata una comitiva di persone ?!????!!
La stanza comunque spaziosa con AC e doppio ventilatore e pulizia nella media per gli standard indiani. Bagno con impianti elettrici e di condizionamento a vista e dotazione di cortesia un po' scarsa. Personale comunque gentile ha cercato di risolverci i problemi.
La posizione abbastanza comoda.
La colazione effettuata presso il piccolo ristorante dell'hotel era solo con cibi indiani a parte un po' di marmellata e di pane da tost. Veramente scarsa quindi e con pulizia dei tavoli assente. Si faceva colazione sui tavoli lasciati sporchi dagli avventori precedenti.
io non ci tornerei, anche le aree circostanti all'hotel sono molto degradate.

Pas d'eau chaude, serviettes sales, wifi marche une fois sur deux, propreté douteuse
Nous sommes restés quatre jours en juillet. Il a fallu batailler pour avoir l'eau chaude, des serviettes propres et la wifi. La réception nous a promis de nous donner une meilleur chambre en août après un périple dans le sud. A notre arrivée, la chambre était minable, les draps sales, sans fenêtre (la fenêtre s'ouvrait sur un mur). il a fallu encore réclamer pour changer de chambre. Cela a été fait après des heures de négociations. Dans la nouvelle chambre : toujours pas d'eau chaude. Des serviettes sales. Des draps et des oreillers tachés. Personnel désagréable. Pris une douche froide le matin sans serviette ! Pourtant, j'ai vu des serviettes neuves et propres rangées dans l'hôtel.
Les photos de l'hôtel sont mensongères et trompeuses. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue délabrée et sale. Cet hôtel compte sur les voyageurs de passage. Pas de parking. Petit-déjeuner indien. Tasses pas toujours bien lavées. Et en prime le serveur qui prend les corn-flakes à pleine mains pour se servir. Manque de professionnalisme évident et surtout propreté douteuse.
