  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Je suis conquise !
Je recommande à 100% ! En demi-pension pendant une semaine : le service est top, la nourriture très très bonne et le personnel (réception + restaurant) est souriant, attentif ! Ils prennent le temps de discuter et de vous comprendre (surtout si comme moi vous n'êtes pas très à l'aise en anglais et que vous ne parlez pas un mot de portugais!) !

Bref que du bonheur et j'y retournerai les yeux fermés !

Renovated, redecorated, posh, clean, well-staffed, and near Metro.
Completely renovated and redecorated beautifully so everything is posh and very clean. Large, friendly, helpful staff. AC and heat. Quiet. Next door to a beautiful church. Metro is close. A quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, parks, and shops a short walk away.

Decent hotel for city break
It’s a decent hotel close to the center of the city. Walkable to Baxa and Alfama areas. We booked two rooms, as we are a family of four and needed an extra room for the kids.

The good part of the stay was the comfort of the rooms, quality of breakfast (you can order for omelette) and the spa area that had a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The staff at the reception were also very respectful.

The only two reasons we are giving it a 3 because:
(1) didn’t realize it till the last night but the key to the room for the kids didn’t lock the room. We assumed it did as we slid the key every time but by accident, my son opened it at first before the key insert and it did open. We had to then sleep with putting the chair to the door.
(2) the jacuzzi was warm one day and very very lukewarm the next day. It would be good to have it as a stable warm temperature.

It would be nice to get these types of things fully resolved so that patrons can really be impressed by the hotel.

Bar Loud Music
Beautiful property, super friendly and professional staff. The location is in good proximity to airport, shops and dining but unfortunately the bars loud music was excessive to give a five star.

I start from our check in. Your staff on check were not friendly and welcoming, when someone new came to your hotel at least your check in staff should be welcoming who they were not at all.They didn’t even gave us the room 10 minutes earlier than 3PM and we stayed till 3 sharp. They didn’t give us any information about the city and after we asked they just gave us the map without any information adding. First night we tried the restaurant for drink and snacks and while we didn’t finish our drinks someone came and took our drinks without asking are you finish and do you need more (it was 9:45 not closing time).We were not happy with your staff services at all. The safe box in our room has a battery problem and I have to tried several times to open the box.
The good points of the hotel are very clean and quite room + close to the Metro station.

trés bel hotel avec une partie trés ancienne palais du 17 éme siécle trés bon accueil l'espace détente jacuzzy sauna hamam super a quelques minutes a pieds d'une station de métro buffet internationnal pour le petit dejeuner nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant de l'hotel literie trés confortable grande chambre petit bémol une petite fenétre mais on n'est pas souvent dans la chambre quand on vient a lisbonne

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, ein Kind) Ende August 2024 ein etwas größeres Zimmer für 3 Nächte belegt und waren vom Hotel insgesamt sehr enttäuscht.
Hier die Gründe.
Zunächst das Positive:
Das Hotel liegt öffentlich gut erschlossen in der Nähe des Parkes Eduardo VII, so dass man gut öffentlich und - wer möchte - auch in 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt kommt.
Jetzt das Negative:
- Die Möbel in unserem Zimmer waren schon heruntergewirtschaftet, so dass zum Beispiel unter dem Funier die Sperrholzplatten schon zu sehen waren. Ansonsten Flecken auf den Möbeln und sogar kleine rote Flecken auf den Bettlaken.
- Im Bad und im Zimmer (auch im Bett!) waren zahlreiche rote Ameisen. Uns wurde nach der ersten Nacht zwar ein Zimmerwechsel vom 2. OG ins 5. OG ermöglicht; jedoch waren dort noch mehr statt - wie versprochen - keine Ameisen (zahlreiche Fotos dazu liegen vor). Das Hotelpersonal hat dann versucht, die Ameisen im Bad durch das Schütten von Wasser in die Ameisenlöcher zwischen den Silikonfugen zu "bekämpfen". Ich denke, das sagt schon fast alles! Eine funktionierende Ameisenbekämpfung wurde weder durchgeführt noch abgekündigt. Auch ein erneuter Zimmerwechsel wurde nicht angeboten. Was zur teilweisen Entschädung schwieriger Ameisennächte angeboten wurde, war ein Abendessen im Hotel und die Option eines Nachlasses zu dem dann gleich gesagt wurde, dass dies sehr lange dauern könne und deshalb zum Abendessen geraten wird. Die von uns trotzdem gewählte Option eines Nachlasses inkl. einer Aussage zur Höhe wird nun schon 14 Tage lang mit Mails zum Hinhalten hinausgezögert, so dass wir nicht damit rechnen, dies noch zu erhalten.
- Das Frühstück findet in keinem der mit Fotos auf der Homepage beworbenen Räume statt sondern in einem fensterlosen Kellerraum, lieblos eingerichtet und laut. Das war aus unserer Sicht unterirdisch schlecht.

Das Hotel wirbt mit 5 Sternen. Unserer Gesamteinduck ist jedoch folgender: Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Service lustlos und Massenabfertigung der Touristen im Kellerraum.

Buen hotel para visitar Lisboa
Estancia de 3 noches en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno.
Ubicación buena junto a linea azul de metro.
Tamaño de habitación grande.
Limpieza impecable, perfecta.

Genial opción en Lisboa
Es la sexta ocasión que me hospedo en este hotel. Es una gran opción ya que estás en una zona con todos los servicios ( El Corte Inglés, cafeterías, restaurantes, etc) sin los agobios del centro.
Personal muy atento y competente, tanto en recepción como en el servicio de restauración. Desayunos muy completos y variados, con opciones frías y calientes. Agradables zonas comunes, aparcamiento en el mismo edificio.
Sí es cierto que en las habitaciones se va notando el paso de los años y necesitarían alguna actualización, sobre todo en pequeños detalles en paredes, baños, etc, pero nada que impida estar confortable en la habitación.

Conforme à mes modestes besoins
En fait cet hôtel est un aménagement d’un hôtel particulier (il en reste un escalier magnifique et une courette. Hôtel relativement bien situé 10/15 mn à pieds de Liberdade. Chambre petite (peu de prises électriques, décoration moyenne et semble ancienne…) bon lit salle de bain ok. Accueil et service de grande qualité à ma grande surprise (au dessus de nombreux hôtels de Lisbonne de même catégorie. Prix au marché

Hotel e servizio non da 5 stelle
Siamo stati in questo hotel per 4 notti, in una suite al primo piano. La hall è molto bella, ma la camera in sé, seppur grande e suddivisa in due stanze, avrebbe bisogno di una bella "rinfrescata", a partire dalla moquette e dalla tendina della vasca. Il letto aggiuntivo richiesto era un divano letto oramai inutilizzabile, con una doga rotta e un materasso molto fine, che probabilmente ha conosciuto tempi migliori. Devo dire, però, che alle nostre rimostranze, alla reception sono stati velocissimi nel portarci una nuova brandina con un bel materasso alto e comodo, a inviare un tecnico per cercare di riparare l'aria condizionata che non funzionava nella stanza in cui era posta la brandina (è rimasta, comunque, calda nonostante l'intervento), e a fornirci gli asciugamani mancanti per nostra figlia. Peccato che non ci sia stato verso di fornire il servizio previsto del wi-fi, che nella nostra stanza non ha MAI funzionato, se non accanto alla porta di ingresso, comportandoci non pochi disagi. Ci siamo lamentati più volte del problema e della presenza di formiche in bagno, ma nessuno si è MAI scusato per questo, se non l'ultimo giorno al momento del check out, quando ci è stato chiesto come fosse andato il nostro soggiorno, motivo per il quale dò tre stelle e non due: SOLO per la cortesia mostrata l'ultimo giorno, che mi sarei aspettata sempre da un hotel a 5 stelle, ma che non ho riscontrato gli altri giorni, se non da parte del receptionist che ha risolto il problema del letto aggiuntivo e inviato un tecnico per il mal funzionamento dell'aria condizionata. Il resto degli addetti alla reception dovrebbe, invece, essere più cortese e cordiale, perché l'atteggiamento mostrato non è stato dei migliori. Le note positive riguardano, invece, la cortesia delle donne addette alle pulizie, la pulizia stessa, la colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità, sia dolce che salata, la metratura della suite.

ci dispiace che la sua esperienza non sia stata delle migliori. Si tratta di osservazioni che capitano di tanto in tanto, a cui nessun hotel può sfuggire a causa del suo funzionamento e dell'uso quotidiano.
Desideriamo inoltre precisare che i tappeti delle nostre camere vengono lavati regolarmente e aspirati quotidianamente. Alcuni, tuttavia, presentano macchie che non possono essere rimosse, anche se abbiamo provato di tutto e applicato diversi prodotti, ma possiamo garantire che sono tutti in buone condizioni igieniche e che è perfettamente sicuro camminarci sopra a piedi nudi. Sappiamo però che l'impatto visivo è importante ed è per questo che continuiamo a sostituire i tappeti nelle camere quasi costantemente. Vi assicuriamo comunque che abbiamo preso nota di tutti i vostri commenti costruttivi e che faremo tutto il possibile per migliorare, e abbiamo già avviato il processo di rinnovamento del nostro hotel.

Saremo lieti di rivedervi per mostrarvi i miglioramenti apportati.

DECEPCIONANTE
Teníamos reservado 3 noches en la habitación PALACE ROOM y fue muy decepcionante. Se nos asigno la primera noche una habitación que como mucho era para una persona cuando nosotros éramos dos personas que habían reservado 2 meses antes. Había un escritorio SIN SILLA pegado a la cama que hacia impracticable poder salir de la cama de ambos lados. Además teníamos una mesa junto la ventana con una silla, cuando éramos dos personas y estos detalles en un hotel supuestamente de 5 estrellas no puede suceder. A parte la habitación era realmente pequeña, solo el baño se podía salvar pues era casi tan grande como la habitación. Nos cambiaron de habitación y por lo menos algo mejoro aunque difícil era ir a peor. Muy descontento y con fotos engañosas de las supuestas habitaciones en donde solo hay una gran tamaño.

Correcto
Todo fue correcto, hemos estado bien, además muy limpio, pero teníamos otras expectativas para ser un 5 estrellas. Queda cerca del metro con el que te puedes conectar rápido del centro turístico, pero lejos para ir andando, a unos 45minutos.
Reservando directo tienes el parking incluido.

Buen hotel y muy bien comunicado.
Hotel muy agradable, la habitación muy tranquila y espaciosa, éramos tres personas. Baño muy amplio. Muy limpio aunque algo antiguo. El único detalle es que no había café ni agua de cortesía, es todo de pago. Tuvimos un problema con la ventana y lo arreglaron inmediatamente. El desayuno, tipo buffet, bastante bueno y variado con dulces típicos, fruta, salmón, zumos naturales. Muy bien situado, barrio bueno y muy cercano al metro a pocas paradas del centro. Hay un corte inglés con todo tipo de servicios y restaurantes justo al lado. En resumen, muy buena experiencia con el hotel.

Kein 5-Sterne Hotel
Das Hotel ist höchstens 4 Sterne.
Auf der positiven Seite stehen die relativ gute Lage (Metro-Station ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen) und das gute Frühstück. Das Personal ist auch nett.
Auf der negativen Seite stehen:
Das Zimmer ist für ein paar Tage ok. Aber z.B. der Kleiderschrank, den wir hatten, fiel fast auseinander. Dusche mit Wanne und Duschvorhang in stark gebrauchtem Zustand, Badezimmer mit Toilette ohne Lüftung…
In Summe ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für Lissabon ok.

Un buon 3 stelle
Non si avvicina minimamente ad un 5 stelle. La camera tripla era una doppia con brandina. Bagno con vasca con tenda di plastica (decisamente poco igienica). Mai avuto il giusto numero di asciugamani: siamo rimasti 5 giorni e ogni giorno abbiamo dovuto chiedere il set per tre. Mai passato aspirapolvere. Mai rifornito il set di cortesia da bagno. Coda infinita per la colazione, di qualità medio bassa. Per due giorni siamo stati senza acqua calda.

Nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert
Das Hotel entspricht definitiv keinem 5 Sterne-Niveau! Die Sportsbar machte um 23.00 Uhr bereits zu, was für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht passend ist. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter dort unaufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß!

Enttäuschend!
Wir hatten das 5*-Hotel „Real Palacio“ für unsere Lissabon-Reise ausgewählt, um einen besonderen Rahmen für den 70. Geburtstag meines Mannes und eine schöne Erinnerung an diesen Tag zu gewährleisten. Leider entsprach schon das Zimmer (Palast-Zimmer im historischen Gebäudeteil) nicht unseren Erwartungen. Gleich nach der Ankunft klebte ich mit nackten Füßen am Fußboden fest, weil an einer Stelle eine klebrige Flüssigkeit verschüttet und offensichtlich nicht gründlich gewischt worden war. Zur Nespresso-Maschine (Kosten 1,50 € pro verbrauchte Kapsel) gab es für zwei Personen nur eine Espresso-Tasse und keinen Löffel. Meine Bitte um wenigstens einen Teelöffel erfüllte der Room-Service drei Esslöffeln.

Besonders enttäuschend war für uns jedoch, dass es trotz dringender Bitten nicht möglich war, für den Geburtstagsmorgen eine kleine Tischdekoration zu arrangieren. Mit der Begründung, es sei nicht möglich, einen Tisch zu reservieren, da ja viele Gäste zu versorgen seien, wurde uns stattdessen angeboten, einen Kuchen auf das Zimmer zu bringen. Da wir das Hotel nach dem Frühstück verließen und erst nach 22 Uhr zurückkamen, verzichteten wir darauf. Wir haben schon viele Geburtstage in verschiedenen Hotels in aller Welt erlebt, die alle viele Gäste, aber auch den Willen hatten, diesen Gästen einen guten Service und positive Erfahrungen zu bieten. Schade, dass unsere Erinnerung an Lissabon durch diesen missglückten Tag so erheblich getrübt ist. Obwohl wir das Frühstücksangebot gut fanden, können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Sperate di non sentirvi male!
Hotel discreto, cibo nella norma, ottimo come posizione poiché vicino a varie stazioni metro, e localizzato nel bel quartiere business. Mi trovo però costretta a scrivere questa recensione in quanto, aimé, sono stata molto male di stomaco e fortemente debilitata durante uno dei giorni della vacanza. Sono quindi scesa in reception per chiedere se per caso avessero un antiemetico (un semplice Plasil) che mio malgrado non mi ero portata dietro (avevo anche prescrizione medica annessa in quanto mio padre medico e io infermiera). La receptionist mi ha detto che sono autorizzati a rilasciare farmaci (e lì non sono stata tanto a discutere in quanto lo posso capire). Ho chiesto allora un semplice termometro poiché avendo già diversi dolori e malditesta, se avessi avuto u

Nettes Hotel, leider mit zu kleinem Früchstücksraum
Was mir gut gefallen hat: freundliches Personal, Sauberes Zimmer, gute Lage, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, großes Zimmer, gute Betten, Nespresso-Maschine im Zimmer, Sports-Bar (wenn man mit anderen gerne Fußball schaut).
Nicht so gut fand ich: der Frühstücksraum ist eng bestuhlt und eigentlich zu klein für das Hotel. Zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr muss man manchmal auf einen Platz warten. Gestört hat mich auch, dass sich die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten ließ, obwohl eine Steuerung an der Wand vorhanden war.
