Impecable el Restaurante de Regal Pacific

gracias a todo su personal es el lugar ideal para un viaje de negocios, o de trabajo, dotado de comodas salas de reunión
es un hotel espectacular por la amabilidad y esmero de todo el personal en la atención del pasajero, está a no mas de 5 minutos de una estación de metro y en un sector en el que se encuentran sucursales de bancos, farmacias y comercio.
Los desayunos muy abundantes y la cocina con platos deliciosos y variados.

I highly recomend this hotel. Excellent location, friendly staff and very good food. The staff are very friendly and willing to go out of there way to help you with suggestions to go shopping and for restaurants. This hotel has been my hotel in Santiago Chile for over 15 years.

Lovely hotel, best breakfast
First time in Santiago this was a very comfortable hotel with big rooms and comfortable beds and the most extensive breakfast selection we had met in 6 weeks of travel. Everything you could want and more.

Particularly noticed that the staff teams worked well and were considerate of each other as well as being attentive to guests.

The one thing that was less helpful they can do nothing about in that the hotel is not near to anywhere useful for sightseeing. However taxi are not expensive or if confident you can use the nearby metro.

Would be nicer if rooms were less 'beige' in decor, but that is personal preference. Liked the stained the glass in the lift and what we dubbed 'the mouse orchestra' who serenaded us up and down with a wide repertoire.

Reception staff very helpful - a credit to the hotel.

Real mix of clientele from people joining cruises to businessmen.

Good air-conditioning, always seemed perfect temperature and very quiet.

One of the best
It's definitely one of the best hotels i have been. Located in a beautiful a modern area of Santiago, it's a beautiful and high building, it has something like 18 floors. Very clean and tidy room, quite big size. It has all the facilities of a 5 stars hotel. Friendly staff, nice environment, good restaurant. The breakfast is very good, big variety of food. Absolutely to recommend....

Post cruise stay
There was no one to greet us at the door to take our suitcases. We were first at the check in desk, but last to get our room. The bar is tiny with only three bar stools. We had to sit in the dining room. The entrance lobby does not have enough chairs. The breakfast was very good but I would have liked some grilled tomatoes and mushrooms. There were too many cakes and pastries. The hotel lacked atmosphere and a soul. It does not warrant 5 stars.

Lovely hotel in Santiago
The Los Condes Regal Pacifico is in a wonderful area. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff are some of the best customer service teams I have experienced in a long time. They actually remembered us from four years ago during a trip just as the Covid pandemic was beginning. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast that is varied and delicious. We used Fattoria for 3 dinners and they were all excellent. The chef was flexible and accommodated my food needs.They even had a page of vegan entrees. It is rare to find customer service this special.
Behind the hotel you can walk to a huge park. On the other side of the park is a large shopping center. We were able to use Uber for most of our transportation needs.

Comodo, pulito, personale molto disponibile e gentile
Hotel in elegante quartiere residenziale, comodissimo per immediata vicinanza a fermata metro. Pulito, camere sufficientemente ampie, letti comodissimi, efficiente sistema di luci e climatizzazione, ottima vista, piscina, ristorante di qualità, prezzo non eccessivo, personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Tutto ottimo.

Super belle expérience
Un personnel très accueillant, sympathique, avenant et aidant. Une super grande chambre bien aménagée avec un bel espace salon. Vraiment bien situé, juste à côté d’une station de métro. Les déplacements sont faciles et le quartier est plaisant. On y retrouve de bons restaurants et beaucoup plus. Belle recommandation. Fabian dans la salle à manger est aux petits soin avec la clientèle.

Sehr gut, mit Abzug in der B-Note
Das Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet und für südamerikanische Verhältnisse wirklich luxuriös. Auf den Zimmern gibt es zahlreiche technische Spielereien und hochwertige Betten. Das Frühstück war großzügig und lecker. Negativ aufgefallen ist nur, dass die Minibar verschlossen war und dass morgens um 9 Uhr lautstark im Haus gebohrt wurde. Alles in Allem aber eine gute Erfahrung.

Gutes Business Hotel
Das Regal Pacific ist ein gutes Business Hotel ohne große Schwächen. Aktuell (Oktober 2017) sind Renovierungsarbeiten im Gange, diese sind aber auf die Tageszeit beschränkt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet wenn auch nur wenig beleuchtet. Die Lage ist gut, Metro gleich nebenan.

Ideale Unterkunft
Für einen Besuch in Santiago ist das Regal Pacific Hotel eine perfekte Unterkunft. Das Hotelpersonal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und komfortabel und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sowohl im Hotel und auch im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Im Stadtteil Las Condes fühlt man sich sehr sicher und direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich die Metrostation die einem schnell zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bringt.

Très agréable séjour
L'hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier sur de Santiago. Compte d'une station de métro à côté et sur la ligne la plus importante et d'arrêts de bus, les déplacements dan Santiago sont très faciles.
Chambre de luxe très spacieuse avec une vue sur la Cordillère des Andes; coin chambre, coin salon et coin bar; lit confortable et très large. Très bonne prestation du personnel de ménage.
Service de lavanderie très efficace et rapide.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Le personnel est très accueillant et efficace.
On peut regretter que personne ne parle le français, ce qui nécessite un minimum de connaissances en anglais ou espagnol.
Nous avons regretté de devoir en partir. C'est un hôtel que je recommande.
Personnellement j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour.

Bien situé... mais!
C'est un hôtel de grande qualité. Cependant, nous concernant, le personnel du restaurant-bar était quelque peu hautain. La chambre était très bien, propre, parfaitement entretenue. Il y a une station de métro juste devant l'hôtel, et de ce fait nous avons facilement accès au grand réseau de Santiago. Le quartier est quasi désert le samedi et le dimanche.

Super hôtel situation ideale
Accueil sympa, le resto de l'hotel la fattoria propose des plats italiens et de la viande de bonne qualité (agneau de Patagonie excellent).Vin au verre, service très cool.
L'hotel est proche de plusieurs des plus gros mall de Santiago:Parque Arauco et Costanera center à 4 stations de métro. A faire absolument le Sky costanera vue panoramique incroyable sur santiago.

Tolles Hotel in TOP-Lage!!!
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, das Zimmer ausreichend groß und das Bett nicht durchgelegen. Das Personal im Restaurant und im Wellnessbereich war sehr bemüht und nett, dagegen war das Personal am Empfang - dem wichtigsten Bereich im Hotel - unfreundlich und nicht wirklich bemüht.....man hatte den Eindruck man sei nicht willkommen!!! Daran sollten sie arbeiten!

Ottimo hotel
Hotel posizionato nella zona di Las Condes. Raggiungibile in 25 minuti dall'aeroporto e ad altri 20 dal centro di Santiago. Camere spaziosissime, pulite e con tutte le comodità che ci si aspetta da un hotel 5 stelle. Il personale è gentile e preparato. Colazione assortita e con prodotti di qualità. Linea internet ovunque all'interno della struttura. A volte un pochino lenta ma c'è di peggio.Qualche appunto sul ristorante. Ci ho mangiato due volte e dal mio punto di vista ci si potrebbe aspettare di meglio.
Tirando le somme direi proprio che vale la pena soggiornare in questo hotel!

ero stata in questo hotel molti anni fa, appena aperto e lo avevo trovato molto carino, con quei mobili antichi o presunti tali in varie zone dell'hotel.
Ora devo dire che e' un po' sotto alle mie aspettative, soprattutto per la manutenzione della camera (luci non funzionanti e moquette vecchia)
la posizione per quanto mi riugarda e' ottima per motivi lavorativi ma spero che ci siano alternative migliori in zona, se dovessi tornare non so se opterei per questo hotel.

Ein gutes Hotel in Santiago
Das Hotel liegt leider allzu weit entfernt von der Innenstadt und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Andererseits befindet sich die U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man direkt in die Innenstadt fahren kann, ohne unterwegs umsteigen zu müssen. Auch die Umgebung ist absolut sicher, sogar bei Nacht. Unweit befinden sich einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter auch ein riesiger Supermarkt, wo man sich mit allem was man braucht problemlos eindecken kann, etwa mit Getränken – die Auswahl ist super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war seht gut und wurde stets nachgefüllt. Das Personal wirkte professionell und zuvorkommend. Weit weniger gefallen hat mir die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Es ist eine veraltete Bauart, die beim Laufen zu laut klirrt. Hotelgäste, die hellhörig schlafen, würden sich da nicht allzu gemütlich fühlen. Im Badezimmer gibt es keinen Schwamm, obwohl das Konzept eines richtigen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels gerade voraussetzt, dass sich Hotelgäste keine Sorgen um derartige Kleinigkeiten zu machen haben. Auch die Auffrischung der Zimmerausstattung (der Möbel, des Anstrichs der Wände) wäre nicht fehl am Platz.
