Poor experience
The hotel has too many loose ends and does not ensure your experience is seamless room service is slow I have to call many times for my little kids food specifically when I have communicated this before booking

Delicious food served with warmth and care
We had our lunch here at the Restaurant zafran after visiting the jakhu temple.the staff was very warm and friendly and served us a delicious meal freshly made on a cold winter afternoon.we were very happy with the food and the ambiance at the restaurant.the staff is very efficient and serves you with a smile.we were served warm water as many number of times we asked for it.thank you to the chef and the staff who customized the dishes for us with less chilli and spice.

I would like to stay again shiwalik regency at Shimla its very near mall road very beautiful view and area near by jakhu ropeway...about hotel i booked for one night all most i am happy to stay here food was very yummy.hotel staff very polite and respectful friendly.i advice to everyone book this hotel

It was a nice stay at hotel near to Mall road Ropeway is next to hotel which is main attraction of Shimla.
Staff is polite and friendly, food was good. Zakhu area is count in good area and posh colony where the hotel is situated, Famous Macdonald is just 55mt. Away
