The Hotel From Hell
The Hotel From Hell.
Firstly let me say if you value your health avoid this place. We booked 3 nights at the end of Jan 2023. The hotel is dirty and smells and the staff are rude arrogant and just plain thieves. Our first room was cold damp and stunk of dampness the bedding was damp. Oue 2nd room was just the same please see the attached photos for proof. The pictures in there add are clearly not the rooms on offer. We left after 1 hour and found more suitable accommodation the hotel so far have refused to refund us our money and have not entered into conversation with booking.com to discuss this matter.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL YOU WILL BE RISKING YOUR HEALTH

Disastroso
Decisamente sporco (peli nel letto) e poco accogliente. Non funzionava il boiler per cui ci siamo lavati con l’acqua fredda. La finestra del bagno ha un buco per cui non chiude del tutto. Davvero una pessima esperienza (considerato che bastano pochi passi per trovare una stanza al medesimo prezzo ma molto più pulita) .

WORST service, facilities and staff! Do not book ever
WORST SERVICE! The staff is extremely rude, they don’t follow booking policies from any website such as booking.com, goibibo, make my trip and are least helpful. I had a horrible experience with them where the receptionist or staff were not accountable for their mistakes! They cancel your bookings on time to give away rooms at better prices. Spoiled my whole experience of being in Delhi! Never look for accommodation at this hotel!

Hôtel pas très ragoûtant, aux draps humides et déchirés. Dans un quartier très bruyant et embouteillé. En plus, on se fait arnaquer pour tout, j’ avais réservé une chambre triple, et on m’a donné une double pour le même prix. Le prix du transfert pour l aéroport est lui aussi majoré.

Sale et bruyant
Les photos sont ressemblantes et l’hôtel semble correct mais les chambres sont sales et les draps pas changés, poils, tâches etc... la salle de bains c’est idem et en plus les poubelle non vidée.
quant au bruit. Il est incessant de jour comme de nuit, les conducteurs de train klaxonnent autant que les tuk tuk, un fonds sonore qui empêche de dormir.
Pour le reste c’est correct mais pas toujours avec le sourire.

Hôtel plus que limite!!
Si vous voulez un hôtel bruyant, sale et avec des odeurs, cette hôtel est fait pour vous. Les photos de l’hotel ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les lits sont humides et le seul point positif et le ventilateur.

Un cauchemar
Une chambre pour trois très sale, très bruyante et vraiment pas confortable. L'emplacement est relativement central mais très bruyant, pas de climatisation. La salle de bain est très moyenne. Accueil pas très chaleureux, ils ont eu la sympathie de nous appeler un taxi...

Excellent
Nice hotel with nice rooms good for family and individuals but here they charge gst extra for room service and orders from them. Also it is near to New Delhi railway station less than 400 mtrs looks great

Amazing place with true photos and nice staff))
It was nice experience to be there, we came early morning at 4 am cos our flight was late, so we had 2 extra hours after check out time thanks for amazing administrator Vishnu! Staff was helpful and smiled)

2 nuits en chambre familiale
chambre très propre et refaite à neuf. literie parfaite, hôtel très bien placé prés de la gare et du quartier paharjang. Petit bémol, la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre. C'est bien pour le calme mais il ne faut pas être claustro.

Bien para hacer base en Delhi
Es un hotel básico bien ubicado cerca de la estación de trenes. Hay varias opciones de comida al rededor. La habitación es cómoda en general. Es un hotel para ir a dormir y no mas!!.. En algunas habitaciones se escucha el tren o un templo en las mañanas. El internet funciona bien en la habitación.

ruido, cambios de habitación, recepcionista intratable
No recomiendo este hotel. No está mal en calidad precio, pero acaba desesperando y resulta imposible dormir.
El recepcionista va a su ritmo, te intenta vender cosas, y es un desastre. Nosotros nos quedábamos dos noches, y pese a haber hecho la reserva hace tiempo e ir en época en la que no había turistas, no tenían nuestra habitación preparada para dos noches. La primera noche tuvimos que dormir en una habitación, volver a empaquetar todo al despertar, y cambiarnos de habitación el segundo día.
En la primera habitación no se podía dormir por el ruido de la calle. Y en la segunda, el problema fue un teléfono que tienen en el descansillo de la escalera que está sonando TODA LA NOCHE cada media hora. Increíble. Por lo hablar del ruido de los empleados del hotel.
La limpieza de las sábanas, tirando a muy mala.
No acepta pago con tajeta.

Kein schoener Aufenthalt
Die gute Lage ist der grosse Vorteil des Hotels aber auch sein groesster Nachteil, denn es liegt so nahe am Bahnhof das man aufgrund der schlechten Fenster das Gefuehl hat, die Zuege hielten direkt vor dem Zimmer. Wer mit Laerm kein Problem hat fuer den sollte das Hotel aber gut geeignet sein, denn es ist relativ sauber und wie gesagt gut gelegen, von Geruechen kann ich nichts berichten. Leider muss ich aber die Probleme mit den Angestellten, insbesondere mit dem Besitzer bestaetigen: bei meiner Abreise hat er sich bei der Rechnung zweimal zu seinen Gunsten verrechnet, also besser noch mal nachrechnen. Nach meinem Hinweis darauf sollten ploetzlich Sachen die mir vorher als kostenlos angeboten wurden etwas kosten. Insgesamt keine schoene Erfahrung, ein paar Meter die Arakashan Road runter gibts deutlich mehr fuers Geld.

Pessimo da evitare!!!
Purtroppo i nostri amici di viaggio hanno prenotato questa sorta di subdolo hotel nella periferia più squallida e malfamata di Delhi, stanze fredde sporche senza lenzuola, proprietari dell'hotel con facce da malfattori, do un consiglio a tutti, a 50 metri c'è un'altra struttura Bloomrooms discreta e accettabile, andate pure li ve lo consiglio!!!

Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Wir, 8 Personen zwischen 11 und 77 Jahren, haben die Woche vom 12. bis zum 19. August im Shri Vinayak verbracht. Unsere Erwartungen anhand früherer Indien-Erfahrungen und des Preises wurden bei weitem übertroffen: zentrale Lage in der Nähe der New-Delhi Railway Station mit guter Erreichbarkeit der Metro; saubere große Zimmer mit Klima-Anlage; wunderschöne Dachterrasse, auf der wir auf unseren Wunsch hin auch Frühstück und Abendessen serviert bekamen; sehr gute Küche; unglaublich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal; Organisation unserer Ausflugswünsche zu günstigen Preisen (z.B. Tagesausflug nach Agra für knapp 30 €/Person im Privatbus; ganztägige Stadtrundfahrt für unter 10 €) - wir waren rundum begeistert.
