We are not in a position to accept personal checks and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts that have a credit facility with the hotel. All requests are subject to availability and we will try to accommodate the requests on priority.
Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 24 hours before arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed. All cancellations should be done 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. This is equivalent to 1 day’s retention charges. All No shows will also attract 1 day's retention charges. Non guaranteed bookings will not hold after 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival.

    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Horrible
I stayed in this hotel in mid January for one night. I didn't get good vibe from the starting but as i checked in late night I didn't search for better option. MY BIG MISTAKE.

My experience:
1. Dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow cover I later showed the clicked pictures to the manager asking will he be able to sleep on such bedsheets, he denied.
2. Lots of Mosquitoes in room and in washroom too
3. Cockroaches
4. No proper warm water supply
5. They don't even have Iron
6. While checking out the hotel manager was shouting on road at our driver (as he didn't like us complaining about the issues) saying that noby is going to take the laggage take it your self in your car.

It was an horrible experiance. We would not even say here for free in future.

Unclean and untidy rooms with bedbugs
Worst place to stay. Unclean and bery untidy bedsheets and pillows and mattress. Bed bugs all over the place and floor is sticky and untidy. DO NOT PLAN TO SATY AT THIS HOTEL. Worst SERVICE BY THE WORKERS.

The worst Hotel In Kochi
I took hotel as per guidance local auto driver, it was an worst experience, GM of the hotel is not at all professional he knows only to behave rude to the customer, and they take our room key before checking out to clean the room by the time we back we missing our things and they very irresponsible answer they gave please tourist don't check in to this stay its my suggestion

Terrible place
It's probably the worst place where I have stayed. Unclean room and bathroom. There was a lot of dust on the top of the cupboard - which flew when we switched on the fan. Dirty bedsheet and pillow cover - unwashed and smelly. It was so awful that we couldn't stay there and we move to another hotel.

Will not consider again
I was booked by my travel agent for 2 nights for the first and the last day of my travel itinerary. On the first day, I was given a room full of mosquitos and without an extra lock except for the one on the door knob (meaning anyone can just open the room with a key!). The bedsheets and towels were dirty. No toilet papers as well. They got me kitchen towets after I insisted that I needed toilet paper. On the second night, my room was upgraded by my travel agent (after my complains). Room was better. In a span of 30 mins of checking in, the electricity tripped 5 times. The reception seem completely unaware of this. They reasoned that this is expected as there were works going on nearby. As a guest, i found their reasons unacceptable as a hotel is expected to have its backup (generator) in case of power failure. Fortunately, i didn't experience any power failure at night. This time, they gave me servitettes,

The restaurant area was full of mosquitos as well and the restaurant has very limited choice of food. I was told that the restaurant was closed when i tried to order a cup of tea to my room. As the hotel was in a secluded location, i couldn't even go out to buy food.

The only positive aspects of the hotel was the water pressure and the wifi connection was good. In fact, it was the best compared to all the hotels I stayed during my entire trip!. Thought the staffs tried their best to cater to my needs but they require more resources and training in customer service.
