  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
    They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. Alors que sur TUI, il est noté boissons internationales. A partir du 1er novembre, plus rien. C'est payant !
Il nous reste 6 jours de vacances que nous avons payé avec ces critères, et on doit payer par exemple le whisky, vodka...

Nettes und übliches Hotel.......
Schöne Aussenanlage mit viel Möglichkeiten.
Leider aber auch HIER die üblichen Dauerliegereservierungen (allgemein üblich).
Das Essen / Buffetangebot ist großzügig und ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist eigentlich sehr nett und bemüht. Hier gibt es jeeoch auch negative Ausnahmen zu verzeichnen. Beschwerden werden "ernst" genommen, verhallen aber auch meißt dabei......

Immer wieder gerne im sunis
Eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit vielen Pflanzen im Garten, besonders sehr gefällt uns der weitläufige Poolbereich. Die Vielfalt der Speisen und der Restaurants gefällt uns auch sehr. Ala Carte Aztek, Cesar und Asya, Danke an die Kellner Hüseyin, ismail und Yusuf.
Auch ein Lob an die Gästebetreuung Camila und Yasmin.

Ich bin schon das zweite Mal hier.
Pool Anlage super
Essen gut. Geht sicher besser, aber das wäre ein Luxusproblem.
Die Animation hat sich massiv verbessert. Letztes Jahr war fast kein da. Dieses Jahr war sie da und sogar super aufgestellt.
Unsere Putzfrau Frau Songül hat unser Zimmer immer sauber gehalten.
Wir werden nächstes Jahr sicher wieder hier buchen.
Wir können es sicher weiter empfehlen.

Das Aztek (Mexikanische Restaurant) ist sehr gut. Eine gute Bedingungen (Huseyin) und das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Im vorhin ist die Gäste Betreuung sehr gut bei der Terminvergabe bei den Restaurants. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Wir kommen wieder !!!!!!

Une magnifique expérience.
Un restaurant mexicain avec un choix qui pourrait ravir les papilles de tout le monde, une première et bien pour nous et bien sûr ce ne sera peut-être pas la dernière en vie du service et de la variété à dans toutes les domaines.
Merci aux travailleurs de chaque serviteurs qui par leur amabilité nous on montre la beauté et surtout le confort de l'hôtel Subis Kumboy And Bleach.

Le service suivit par Mr Huseyin du restaurant aztec se fait sentir dans le suivit de la clientèle ainsi que dans son amabilité et son intérêt pour la commodité de chaque client.

Came here from Italy and fell in love this amazing place. Room is clean well designed and outstanding sea view. It is always sunny in Sunis kumkoy🫶
We spent 10 beautiful days in this fancy resort. Since we start our trip here, everybody was so kind to us. In main restaurant, there are lots of options even for vegeterians. Swimming pool and sea is well and clean. People are so nice especially guest relations gentleman and ladies :) One more thank you to doctor office. Mr. Tahsin knows his job and do the best for whoever come there. Thank you !!! I can recommend everyone!

L’hôtel est vraiment complet; les buffets sont complets, le personnel est à l’écoute de la clientèle notamment la responsable de la réception, Mme Nursen.
Les animantions sont bien pensée et y en a pour tous les goûts, je reviendrai encore.
Le personnel de la patisserie, M Mehmet Engin, Mme Gulsum et M Cenk Ertas, sont vraiment adorables.

Nous avons voyagé dans de nombreux endroits de la Méditerranée, mais c'était le meilleur, la nourriture était incroyable, il y a beaucoup de choix. Il y a un choix de nourriture toute la journée. Je voudrais remercier les dames de l'équipe d'accueil car elles nous ont fait une réservation Alacarte et nous avons fêté un merveilleux anniversaire. C'était génial qu'il y ait 6 restaurants. Nous avons séjourné pour la douzième fois dans cet hôtel et très bonne surprise également pour la période d'avril.
Comme d'habitude, toutes les prestations étaient offertes malgré une petite fréquentation.
Dommage, qu'il y a une rotation sur le personnel et qu'il ne parle presque plus allemand et trop jeune.
