- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

HOTEL VERGELIUS BILLA IN NAPLES, ITALY IS VERY GOOD.
Hotel Vergilius Billa is a newly renovated very clean and well managed hotel closely located to the Central Train Station, the Bus Station and the MRD in Napoli, Italy. The bed was very comfortable. All towels was clean and of excellent quality. The elevator worked well. All the staff was very cheerful and helpful. We can recommend Hotel Vergelius Billa to anybody who is looking for a hotel in Napoli, Italy. We will stay there again when we come to Napoli.

Really quite poor
I stayed here with my wife between 10-12 October. After booking through booking.com I read the reviews online and was horrified by what I read leading me to be quite apprehensive for our stay. I have to say the majority of reviews are correct!. The hotel receptionists were very friendly and pleasant. The hotel itself was quite clean but it is looking quite tatty in places. The room we stayed in was quite run down pain lt peeling from around the mirrors and door frames the bed itself there were very noticeable marks on the wood frame however it was e
Quite comfy. Behind the toilet I don’t think has been cleaned in quite some time! And again the shower was very tired looking. Thankfully we only used the hotel as a base so pretty much only slept here. Each morning after the cleaners had been in the room smelt heavily of chemicals which was quite unpleasant to come back to in the evening. One of my t shirts that I had left in the bathroom had been thrown out by the cleaner and some of my wife’s makeup is missing I assume thrown out as I refuse to believe it could have been taken. We paid for breakfast with the room for 2 nights but were only given 2 vouchers covering 1 morning so didn’t get breakfast the second day but in all honesty that’s not a bad thing! The waiting staff were incredibly rude, you can’t take water to your table in a bottle so have to take a children’s paper cup up to the bar to fill it up. The selection was very poor to say the least. We didn’t bother even asking for a second set of vouchers and chose to buy breakfast elsewhere. The area the hotel is in is good for the train station and traveling further afield but the area is also quite rough so have your wits about you! We definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I’m glad we only stayed 2 days before moving on.

Excellent Hotel at Heart of Naples! Prime Location for Tours
Excellent hotel! Booked by tour group. Stayed there 9/25-9/28/24. Spacious room. Though for single person, I had a room with large bed and 2 twin beds. Had balcony overlooking street. Bed firm and comfortable. Slept so well. Great AC - cooled room well. No noise. Shower strong pressure. Breakfast superb! Restaurant in hotel - delicious food. Staff overall in restaurant and hotel front desk were all friendly and went way beyond to help and accommodate requests. Luggage storage available. Decor very well done - classy and modern. Convenient prime location! - right at heart of Naples near train station. Many restaurants, stores all within walking distance. Many of the different tour operators to Capri, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi all start at location just 3 minutes walk away! If you want to stay at one base location, and do various tours - this hotel is an excellent location. Overall had a wonderful experience at Hotel Vergilius Billia. Truly more like a 5 star hotel!

Hotel da tenere in considerazione
Albergo situato in posizione comoda vicino alla stazione centrale FS ed alla metropolitana. La ns stanza era ampia e di recente ammodernamento , pulita e funzionale. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto i ragazzi addetti alla sala colazioni! Colazione abbondante con scelta sia di dolce che salato. Da tenere in considerazione per soggiorno a Napoli!
