Don't!!!!! Get it pleaseeeee
I seriously have no idea wht how these guys have 4.some stars on Google. We were just there ! And we couldn't wait to get out. The location is very very noisy, till late night ! With all the horns, ppl shouting, dogs barking...till 3 am.. there was no rest.
Let's talk about cleaning Ness. Which was none. Very poor room cleaning. Sheets were NASTY. bathroom NASTY. FOUND BUGS ! PLZ PLZ DO NOT GO HERE !! Specially with ur family. Ur families deserve better ! Chk the the he** picture..tht I lived for a day

It is not a hotel.. it is clearly comparable to a lodge
Pathetic Service and Maintenance of the hotel..

1. We called their GM Ravi at Reception and inform that we are reaching within one hour at 10 o’clock in the night. We requested him to just keep the room clean and ready for checkin. The fun starts now.
2. We check-in in the room and then we realize there are no dental kits. We were three people, myself, my wife and kid. When I requested for three dental kits. He was surprised that I was requesting for three. So I explained that three people need to have three dental toothbrushes.
3. Only one towel was kept while in the booking, it was clearly mentioned that three people are checking in. Best of all geyser was not working. No hot water was available.clogging in bathroom
4. The Dal khichadi which we ordered was smelly and we had requested for separate onions which were also not given. When we called Ravi and requested him to take the Dal khichadi back, he agreed. However he asked what was the reason, I told him it was tasteless. He wanted to further understand what does tasteless mean, I said why don’t you said send someone and taste the Dal khichadi, he will be able to judge it better
5. The biggest disappointment was next day which was buffet breakfast. For heaven’s sake don’t take it. Upma was made without any Chutney. The only thing eatable were the fruits and the chole bhature. Paper cups were kept in place of normal cups.
6. We requested if they could simply make parathas. They said that is not possible every day. They have a fixed menu so either you take it or leave it.

Scam
The walls are in poor condition, the bathroom is absolutely horrible. This entire hotel is a scam. The actual rooms are 10x worse than the pictures the hotel has posted on booking websites. Location is terrible unless you want to enjoy the local streets. Nothing is maintained well. If you are here for a single night stay as transit, then this is the worst choice you could make. You would be much better going for a hotel in aerocity, even if it costs more. For the price this hotel takes, the rooms and service are way below the standards you would expect when paying this much money. I can label this as nothing else but a scam.

Loud and not clean
This hotel is not for the people who are looking for a quiet place to stay and relax. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. We had our room on first floor. The whole night was very very loud, they played loud music and we couldn't sleep. The room had one small window facing the wall of other building (no view), which made the room really dark. The bathroom was in bad condition and needs to renovate. The bed was comfortable but the quilt had a lot of black spots. I don't know what it was, but it really looked disgusting. There was a Kettle available, but it was so dirty that we could not use it. Outside the hotels there are many food stalls, grocery shops etc. Overall in my opinion the standard doesn't meet the 4 stars hotel and the charges is way too high in comparison to the service guest get. We regret booking this hotel for our stay in Dehli.

Budget hotel
1 out 5 the very basic of budget hotel in the pictures, it looks good, but when you get there, it is quite different. There is a heater you need to switch on for the hot water,the bathroom is quite dirty and there is a smell in the room like damp , I will not book the hotel again

Hotel económico cerca del aeropuerto
El hotel esta a menos de 10 minutos del aeropuerto, por lo que queda muy cómodo. Mi intención era usarlo solo dos noches, que iba a estar en Delhi de paso a Tailandia. Por esas cosas de la pandemia, debí quedarme mas días, casi una semana. Debo reconocer que el personal es lo mejor que tiene el hotel, es sumamente amable y se preocuparon para que estuviéramos bien. Las habitaciones son amplias, y la limpieza si bien puede tener detalles, no puedo quejarme. Se encuentra un poco perdido en un callejón, pero desde la ruta se ve el cartel. La zona es caótica como todo Delhi, con muchos comercios, hoteles y restaurantes locales, muy pocos de categoría.
Es ideal para pasar una o dos noches, si tienes conexión de vuelos. Esta muy lejos de las atracciones de la ciudad, pero no fue inconveniente, porque por menos de 1000 rupias, contratamos un auto con chofer para todo el día. La verdad es que volvería a alojarme si lo necesito.

Ev-Viva...siamo stati qui solo una notte
Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per una notte in quanto avevamo il volo la mattina presto. L’hotel è fatiscente e situato in un quartiere inquietante. Nei corridoi c’erano vassoi pieni di avanzi di cibo, la camera puzzava di fumo (c’era ancora il pacchetto di sigarette!!) e le lenzuola erano chiaramente usate e piene di macchie. Siamo quindi dovuti uscire per comprare un lenzuolo e due federe. Di notte c’erano rumori molesti e non siamo riusciti a dormire. L’hotel non è assolutamente come in foto e chiaramente non un 4 stelle. Evitate se potete!

Pour le prix et pour patienter quelques heures avant un vol
Nous avions un vol au départ de Delhi vers 2h du matin. Il nous a semblé plus "confortable" d'opter pour une chambre d'hôtel à proximité de l'aéroport afin de se poser quelques instants et prendre une douche. Cet hôtel est parfait pour ça.
Le lit est suffisamment confortable pour dormir une heure ou deux (si vous y arrivez car... que de bruit ici !)
Le tarif est tout bonnement imbattable ! Nous avons payé environ 18 euros pour la chambre, 2 petits-déjeuners inclus (que nous n'avons donc pas pris). A ce prix là, c'est probablement un bon rapport qualité prix même si le quartier n'est pas très engageant et que l'on ne se sent pas super à l'aise ici.

A éviter absolument!! Arnaque
Pour terminer mon séjour en Inde, avant de prendre mon avion, j’ai décidé de me faire plaisir en choisissant cet hôtel récent et dont les photos sur Agoda donnaient bien envie.

Arrivé sur place, le réceptionniste me dit que je ne peux pas avoir ma chambre. Je demande pourquoi. Il me répond un peu hésitant en me disant qu’il y a un problème avec l’ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas... je demande à quel étage est ma chambre.. il réfléchit un quart de seconde de trop et me répond au 5ème. Je lui réponds que ce n’est pas un problème pour moi d’y monter par les escaliers pour le mettre face à son mensonge. Il me répond, sans faire attention à ma remarque, qu’il y a un autre hôtel de leur chaîne (je vérifie et c’est faux) qui peut m’accueillir. Je lui dis que je suis fatigué, qu’il est 22h et que je n’ai pas envie de changer d’hôtel puisque j’avais bien réservé ici. Lui demande ensuite de me dire la vérité sur ma chambre puisque son mensonge était flagrant. Problème dans votre chambre. Ha bon? Lequel? Réflexion. Encore un mensonge. Je décide donc de partir à l’autre hôtel. Standing en dessous. Chambre normalement moins chère. Mais on doit quand même payer le prix du Viva Palace. Foutage de gueule? Petite arnaque entre amis? Toujours est-il que je n’étais pas le seul dans ce cas à la réception du deuxième hôtel. Notre point commun? Touristes européens. Au premier hôtel, les clients indiens avaient l’air de bien avoir leur chambre à l’arrivée...
Pour conclure, je vous recommande fortement de ne pas réserver dans cet hôtel. Lisez les autres avis sur TripAdvisor, vous verrez alors que je ne suis pas un cas isolé. Autant vous éviter ça ;)

Reserva engañosa y pésima gestión
Llegamos a las 3 de la mañana y con la reserva hecha y ellos con constancia de que la tenían y nos dicen que nos tienen que realojar en un hotel cercano igual que el suyo porque no tenian habitaciones. Nos llevaron a un hotel que parecía que estaba abandonado, olía super mal, todo medio roto, muy sucio y encima bos dan solo 4 habitaciones de las 5 que teníamos reservadas porque decía que no tenian mas disponibles. El desayuno era muy escaso y la tostadora muy sucia y medio rota

Migliorabile NON 4 STELLE
Camera molto pulita e letti super comodi.
Rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico, forse anche perché la struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione. (Motivo per il quale al secondo piano c'è molta polvere e sporco).

Nella via dietro troverete un bazar per strada con frutta, frutta secca, dolci e spezie

Worst breakfast
Hotel pulito, camere ampie e personale cordiale. Vicino alla metropolitana, una fermata dal terminal T2 e T3 e tre dal quartiere dei bazar, raggiungibile in 15/20minuti evitando il traffico di Delhi. Peccato per la colazione per niente internazionale, mi sono trovata a mangiare pane tostato e burro, tutto il resto Indian Style.

Llegamos al hotel después de terminar nuestro recorrido en la India y contrario de lo que se lee, de tener las mejores experiencias en los hoteles de Delhi. Literalmente llegaríamos a dormir por la noche e irnos al aeropuerto por la mañana. Por lo que decidimos quedarnos en la zona económica de hoteles cercanos al aeropuerto. La ubicación no es mala y al estar fuera de la avenida es un hotel tranquilo y sin ruido. Pero la limpieza de las habitaciones es pesima. Pedimos nos cambiaran de habitación ya que olían bastante mal a humedad. en la siguiente habitación nos encontramos animalitos, toallas manchadas, y sabanas con cabellos. Si buscan una opción cerca del aeropuerto recomiendo gastar más y quedarse en alguno de las cadenas reconocidas y evitar esta experiencia. Para el hotel espero pongan atención en la limpieza por que tiene potencial este hotel.

Elegimos el hotel por su ubicación próxima al eropuerto, ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba de noche y, a que íbamos a ir en tren a Varanasi y días después teníamos que volver a volar a Delhi y queríamos usar el hotel para dejar parte del equipaje. Al ver el estado del hotel, decidimos cambiar de planes. El hotel está viejo y descuidado y el desayuna parecía de broma. espero que las obras que estaban haciendo mejoren sus instalaciones y puedan ofrecer mejor servicio. Para dormir y poco más. Por destacar algo positivo, está bien aislado del ruido de la calle y se puede decansar bien

Todo ok!
Atención rápida y todos muy amables, perdimos una noche de hotel y de inmediato nos devolvieron el dinero sin problema! hotel pequeñito para estar de paso, pero todo muy limpio y las habitaciones están bien! cerca del aeropuerto y cerca de muy buenos restaurantes. El desayuno un poco escaso! Todo lo demás bien!
