A very good experience with Winsar Park
I just travelled to Visakhapatnam with one MICE group from 19-22 Aug of 40 pax. Rooms, food and hospitality was very good. Specially Mr. Sarat Chandra was always ready to give the best services without any hesitation. The Food and menu choice served can challenge any 4 star or 5star hotels in terms of taste and variety.

Good hotel to stay with family.
We stayed in Winsar park for 3 nights in 2 rooms and the whole experience was a pleasant one. The staff was courteous enough to facilitate an early check-in. The rooms and lenin were clean and had required amenities (Wardrobe with electronic locker, mini fridge, TV, kettle, hot and cold water, etc). The breakfast buffet spread was good too. The hotel is close to city center (Jagadamba center) and beach is 5 mins away. Overall we found the stay quite satisfying and would recommend it.

Awful and rude
The owner lady was very rude to us. She verbally abused us.
We came to complain at the reception. The receptionist forwarded the complaint to the owner and his wife. The owner lady started talking very rudely and hurled abuses at us.

A Gem of a Hotel
Modern and clean property. Friendly and helpful staff particularly accommodating a late checkout before my evening flight. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Ten minute walk to beachfront. Thoroughly enjoyed my 8 day stay and would highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Visag.

Me and my wife stayed here for two nights and it was overall a very good experience. The rooms are good and have all the basic amenities that you expect from a modern hotel. The staff was also professional and helpful.
Location of the hotel is not at the beach though but it is near to the market. The beach is some half kilometres from there.
