Booking and Ziryab in partnership to take the money from their potential costumers
Hotel Ziryab complain with booking to take my money nearby 2500 euros. I try to change one of 3 rooms for more night. Booking.com said would ask hotel to change but it was notorious that they was agree together to take my money because Zyrab told it was Booking that didn't accept to change and Booking told it was the hotel.
They promote the room and they rent to another person, after take 2500 euros from my VISA Card. Be careful with booking.com and with this hotel in Sierra Nevada. This is a Crime and I'm in the court to take my money back, but have to advise other potential victims. Booking use my old card weren't active and could charge the money without 3 digit code....

Experiencia pesima
La experiencia en el hotel deja un poco que desear , desde la reserva pone que tiene wifi las habitaciones y luego te dicen en recepción que solo tienen en zonas comunes , el bufet para la calidad es pésima para el precio que ponen , puede comer mas barato en el restaurante aunque tampoco es gran cosa pedí una ensalada cesar y el bacon no estaba cocinado , por la noche se escuchaban unos ruidos mecánicos que no dejaban ni dormir , la ducha la alcachofa no tiene nada de presión por lo que te obliga casi a prepararte bañera si o si , el agua si no pones el calor a tope no sale caliente pero si te descuidas te quemas , el retrete traga mal , luego los platos del bufet y del desayuno están todos con chorretones de cal mal secados o no se , las vistas de la habitación son poco privadas , pasa todo el mundo por el paseo , seguramente me deje algo mas ,el único punto bueno es la decoración de la planta -1 y que esta cerca de pistas a parte de eso no volveré ni se lo recomendaría a mi peor enemigo

No wifi in the rooms
Breakfast is good, hotel is fine for a 3 stars but there is no wifi in the rooms only common areas although they have wifi devices in all corredors. Too expensive for what it is.
Very noisy in early morning as the cleaning trolley starts making noise at 0730.
Parking very expensive (24 euros per 24 hours) as is not included in the room price

Great hotel in the centre of town
Hotel is in a fantastic location right in the middle of town overlooking the valley down to Granada
The rooms were very warm which was great as it was so cold outside
The rooms and hotel were very clean
The shower was strong and warm! Which helps massage the muscles after a long day skiing!
The Moose Bar in the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind after a day out skiing - and have a wide selection of meals available too! We even managed to watch a live game of football on the large screen TV
We also had reduced parking at the main parking space underneath the hotel!
All in all a great hotel and a great weekend away skiing!

Rude staff who aren’t bothered
We popped in for a snack , 4 of us.tables hadn’t been cleaned. After waiting for about 5 minutes I went in search of a menu . No menus available so drinks menu brought over then 5 minutes later a food menu. The waiter came over and as we were reading the menu, though he wasn’t going to take the order . Instead he said una momento then took the menu and passed to a bigger table . He came back no apology - we told him he was rude and just walked away .food was average
