Went for my honeymoon and was the most terrifying experience ever, 1st day reported to front desk that the sliding door from the balcony was broken during my first 20 minutes to see if they will assign me a different room for safety, we couldn’t close the door from the balcony and the room was extremely hot and they didn’t care, they were rude and if wasn’t enough we got rob from the room and I proofed it was an employee and requested to pull cameras and they rejected to do it and instead they were more antipathetic and ignored the whole situation never got an apology or seen management at all
Beautiful location but is falling a part, service is bad, their customer is horrible and is dirty, the pizza restaurant closed at 6 every day the fast food restaurant closes at 6 as well one nice restaurant but they don’t let you know you have to reserve 24 hours in advance, bar closes at 11 and no vending machines so after hours you don’t have access to get an snack or a decent water bottle and don’t bother to call security they will referred you to front desk and if you call the police for visitors (911) they will never show up.
In other words after you payed your stay they just takes your money and gives you the back!
How ever I walked a little more than a kilometer to the police station an reported anyways but still nothing happened, not even when I showed to them and the hotel staff the location of my property through the tracker!
Never felt more unsafe than ever!

Flamingo Hotel in cancun zero star don't go there
The holiday form hell . We are just a regular family two adults and one child work hard and try to have goog holidays , up until now we looked at the flamingo Hotel in cancun looked fantastic sounds great loads for the young one to do and maybe get some adult time . Not a chance they sell you an all inclusive package where you only receive 2 small bottles of water yet there was three of us . Then the food was next on the menu 😋 omg what a load of fluff it was rubbish slop and un appetising how you was supposed to eat this food I don't know. The room was the room from out of this world. I mean it was something from another world damp mould smells outdated door handle broken doors kicked in plugs that shock you water leaking from somewhere air-conditioning pumping out mould and damp smelling air no coffee or tea what a place . The staff are rude very rude to the pint of one minute they can speak English then the next they can't . I can go on and on . I was so disappointed they were not interested yet they where interested in my money when we booked it .it's not all inclusive they don't cater for English cancun is the biggest rip off to date and no one gives a flamingo . You would need to pay me to stay there if I'd take it up . It's just a down town motel not a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️but a zero star it's not all inclusive at all it's a rip off me and my family have been sold a bag of crapand no one gives a flamingo that we spent £5000 + but why would they it's only money to them but memories for us which are priceless 😟😟😟 kelly and Eleanor I'm sorry for the crap holiday love Martin . EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN!
Quiero felicitar a todo el personal del hotel, ya que estuve los días en que entró el huracán y me encantó que todas las ventanas y zonas de riesgo del hotel estaban muy aseguradas, nos dieron todas las indicaciones necesarias para resguardarnos, afortunadamente no pasó a mayores, pero esas acciones valen mucho para mi, como huésped. Excelente todos los alimentos y servicio de todas las áreas. El hotel es bonito, tal cual las fotos, justo para un gran descanso y la playa muy limpia. Sólo pediría, si fuera posible, que brinden servicio de bebidas en los camastros de la playa. Volveré pronto! Muchas gracias.

Excelente
Vale la pena destacar la buena predisposición y la educación de todo el personal. El mejor restaurante del hotel es el Albatroz (especialidad italiana) y mención especial para Alan por su buena onda, sus recomendaciones y la atención personalizada.

Hola , fecha de estancia 16/6/2024 to 22/6/2024 tengo tantas quejas que no se por donde empezar, 1 el día antes de llegar recibo un email donde me decían que me querían cancelar la reserva por falta de pago donde tuve que comunicarme con el hotel y al final fue problema de el sistema de reserva del hotel, 2 Habitaciones en muy malas condiciones de las 3 que rentamos las 3 tuvieron problemas con el bathroom aire acondicionado , filtraciones de agua etc . 3 los restaurantes muy poca oferta en el buffe , comida fría en el area caliente , falta de personal professional , largas filas para entrar, en el restaurant a la carta mal servicio restricciones de comida que se podia pedir , mal servicio en general ,4 en la playa tuvimos un incidente con un custodio que quería que nos fuéramos de ella a las 6 pm , 5 la piscinas principales muy sucias y nunca pudimos en 6 días que estuvimos usar el servicio de comida en una de ellas donde ofertan hamburger and hot dog pues siempre muy llena o cerraba temprano , 6 lobby bar decía que abre hasta las 11 pm y a las 10 : 15 ya estaban cerrando .El hotel no esta listo para ser un all inclusive . hotel esta en muy buen lugar céntrico . lo bueno que encontré es la pizzeria y bar a su lado con muy buen servicio , casi nada de entretenimiento ,los owners and manager de ese lugar tiene que saber que están robando el dinero al vender ese Hotel como bueno y todo incluido . Esta es my 14 visita a el area de la riviera malla y puedo comparar , Tambien los impuestos federales se an buleto ridículos en general , en todo Cancun , Se que no tiene que ver con el Hotel pero también afecta my visita ,
Hello, date of stay 6/16/2024 to 6/22/2024 I have so many complaints that I don't know where to start, 1 the day before arriving I receive an email where they told me that they wanted to cancel the reservation due to lack of payment where I had I had to communicate with the hotel and in the end it was a problem with the hotel's reservation system, 2 rooms in very poor condition of the 3 that we rented, all 3 had problems with the bathroom, air conditioning, water leaks, etc. 3 restaurants, very little offer in the buffet, cold food in the hot area, lack of professional staff, long lines to enter, bad service in the a la carte restaurant, restrictions on food that could be ordered, bad service in general, 4 in the beach we had an incident with a custodian who wanted us to leave it at 6 pm, 5 the main pools were very dirty and in the 6 days we were there we were never able to use the food service in one of them where they offer hamburger and hot dog well Always very full or closed early, 6 lobby bar said it opens until 11 pm and at 10:15 they were already closing. The hotel is not ready to be an all inclusive. Hotel is in a very good central location. The good thing I found is the pizzeria and bar next to it with very good service, almost no entertainment, the owners and managers of that place have to know that they are stealing money by selling that Hotel as good and all inclusive. This is my 14th visit to the Riviera Mall area and I can compare. Also the federal taxes are ridiculous in general, throughout Cancun. I know it has nothing to do with the Hotel but it also affects my visit.

Not the greatest!
Arrival, 7pm.
Arrived to find nobody to greet us at the door. Struggled up the ramp with our cases to reception. Paid taxes and was given a room key. There was no warm welcome! We were not given any information regarding times of restaurants, no cards to gain towels were given to us. Then we had to ask where we actually go for our room! The woman then called for a porter, who was the best, friendliest, helpful person that we met during the whole of our holiday. JOSE - thank you for always helping us with our questions and giving us the information that we needed and always with a smile and a laugh!

Jose then took us to our room. He showed us around whilst we walked there, told us the times of breakfast, lunch etc. he did what the receptionist should have done as standard!

We paid for a swim up pool room. The room was nice, but not as described by love holidays on their website. The room was not the layout that we intended to stay in! The sun beds were worn and old. The covers on them were not clean and the little table that we wiped was black!! The sun beds had screws missing and bits of wood coming away.
The pool itself was lovely, but kids are allowed in the swim up rooms so one minute you will be relaxing then the next kids will be jumping in right next to you, splashing everywhere and screaming!!

Restaurants
The main restaurant is ok for breakfast but lunch and dinner - not so great, especially if you’re English. They don’t even have chips on offer- for the days when the choice is not great!
The lady who makes the eggs in the mornings is sweet and makes the best omelettes! She works hard and with a smile!
There was a guy called Jorge who worked in here and he also was very attentive and welcoming. Crystal is lovely too. Dry polite smiley and welcoming. She gets involved to help the team out when things get busy. Lovely young pretty girl.

Pools
Pools were nice but we only really went in our own pool and the pool that faces out to the beach. Nice comfortable sun-beds around the pools too. No lifeguard.

Beach
Red flag on beach everyday during our stay. Life guard on watch. We had our sunglasses cases stolen from the side of our sun-beds on the beach one day whilst we were paddling in the sea. Luckily they were empty but still annoying. There are locals selling things but if you say no they are respectful and leave you alone. But don’t trust them!

Bars
Drinks are not too bad. Bar staff are all very nice. Drinks available from 11am all day but you can ask for drinks in the restaurant before this time.

So up to date 7 all was ok then 2/3 coach loads of kids and parents arrived, on a football tour. This is when it went downhill rapidly! These kids were running around the hotel, early and late at night, the restaurants couldn’t cope, the queues were through right into the lobby. The pools were full of kids screaming shouting splashing jumping.
The kids even came into the swim up pools late at night and staff did nothing to calm them even when they were walking through the lobby area with music blaring out of their speakers!

Then on Saturday we came back to find our room had been boarded up with corrugated metal! We weren’t told it just happened. See attached photos!

Also we had not hot water on 1 of the days. When this was reported the receptionist couldn’t understand me. I tried to explain but gave up!

The hotel is full of Mexican people. We were 1 of 3 British couples there.

When checking out there was no warm approach from Sara. She just asked for ‘room number’ took our things and cut our wrist bands off. Not friendly at all.

Un peu déçus!
Pour commencer, nous pouvons dire que l’hôtel est bien placé et possède une plage magnifique.
Le personnel y est accueillant et très serviable.
La chambre et la salle de bain, sont spacieuses et très agréables, si vous avez fait le choix de la piscine attenante.
Il y a 2 piscines avec bars, et snacks ouverts la journée où vous pouvez déguster Hamburgers et pizzas.
Voilà pour le positif…

A noter qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de transats sur la plage et également sur les piscines.
Et si vous décidez de manger aux abords des piscines, il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas assez de tables prévues à cet effet.
Le restaurant principal est trop petit par rapport au nombre de clients.
En effet, aux alentours de 20 h, il faut prévoir environ 45 mn d’attente pour avoir une table.
Vous pouvez commander à boire au moment du repas, mais si vous êtes servis vous aurez de la chance.
Les repas ne sont pas terribles et les desserts, toujours les mêmes gâteaux industriels et pas bons.
Les quelques fruits : melon pastèque, sans aucun goût.
Si vous réservez à l’autre restaurant, on vous demande de respecter un Dress code (pantalon, robe…), mais nous étions les seuls à l’avoir respecté ! Ici, Le repas est basique, mais le comble c’est que nous n’avons pas pu avoir de dessert, il n’y en avait plus !!! Et la réservation, elle a servi à quoi ?

Il y a un Bar à l’intérieur de 16h à 23h. Là aussi, il faut patienter car c’est le seul pour tout l’hôtel, et pour les places assises, il n’y en a que très peu. On ne peut même pas compter aller dehors, car il n’est pas prévu d’endroit pour s’assoir, à part quelques bancs.
Pour les fumeurs, sachez qu’il est interdit de fumer dans toute l’enceinte de l’hôtel, pour cela il faut aller dans les escaliers extérieurs donnant sur la rue. Il n’y a pas de cendriers, ils préfèrent balayer plusieurs fois par jours, donc pas d’autres solutions que de laisser son mégot.

Mais là où il faut faire attention c’est que le check out est à 12h00, c’est-à-dire que vous rendez les clefs et on vous coupe le bracelet, ce qui veut dire que vous n’avez plus accès à rien.
Donc si le vol de retour est tardif, on fait quoi ?
En fait, nous nous sommes présentés à 18h sans savoir ceci, et c’est là que l’on nous a fait comprendre que nous aurions dû venir à 12h.
Nous avons effectué plusieurs voyages et c’est la première fois que cela arrive, c’est du jamais vu…
Dans tous les hôtels où nous avons séjournés, nous pouvions rester jusqu’au départ définitif.

Tous étaient correct sans plus!
Jorge est vraiment très très gentil. Il nous a beaucoup aidé ma sœur et moi. Je n’oublierai jamais ma visite ici grâce à Jorge!!! ❤️. La plage est belle et l’eau est parfaite! La chambre est propre! La bouffe so so mais correct! Le personnel très gentil aussi, mais pas plus que Jorge😉 Hôtel très tranquille, aucunes activités! Pour du repos c’est parfait!

La pire expérience en hôtel de ma vie
Je voyage depuis des décennies dans de multiples pays et hôtels de diverses catégories.
Je n'ai jamais eu de pire expérience qu'au Flamingo Cancun Resort.
Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue océan. La chambre était invivable. De l'eau suintait du plafond, dans la chambre, dans les placards, tout était humide et sentait le moisi, les placards, les tiroirs sentaient le renfermé; tout dans la chambre avait une odeur horrible durant tout le séjour. Impossible de ranger ses affaires (vêtements et autres) où que ce soit; tout a été imprégné d'une odeur de moisi, y compris les affaires laissées dans les sacs et valises fermées. Tous nos vêtements et affaires ont été abîmés et ruinés. Il y avait des traces de moisissures partout sur les plafonds de la salle de bain et dans la chambre, les lattes de bois au plafond étaient totalement moisies; cette chambre était totalement insalubre. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer n'a jamais été nettoyée; les transats portaient des traces de graisse et il était inenvisageable de s'asseoir pour admirer la vue. La salle de bain est vétuste, avec du vert de gris sur le pommeau de douche, une porte rongée par l'humidité, une poignée branlante; les tirettes des tiroirs étaient cassées. Il y a une prise unique dans toute la chambre, mal positionnée, pour recharger ses appareils, et aucune prise près du lit. Il n'y a rien pour accrocher ses affaires et les placards sont trop insalubres pour envisager d'y accrocher des vêtements. La chambre n'a aucune isolation et la porte fenêtre ne pouvait pas être verrouillée.
Le wifi est pratiquement inexistant et se déconnecte sans arrêt.
Le ménage n'a pas été fait à plusieurs reprises durant le séjour, en dépit du fait que nous avions quitté la chambre tôt le matin et mis la pancarte pour faire la chambre sur la porte, et il faut sans cesse appeler la réception pour avoir des serviettes en nombre suffisant et des tapis de bain.
L'hôtel pratique le zéro cash et refusent tout règlement en espèces, que ce soit en dollars ou en pesos ! Ils exigent des paiements uniquement par carte de crédit, même pour acheter un café dans le starbucks de l'hôtel ou une bière au bar, ce qui implique, lorsqu'on vient d'Europe, de payer des commissions à chaque paiement.
L'hôtel est situé sur une très belle plage de sable, mais il faut tout de même savoir qu'il y a énormément de vagues et de courants (ce qui n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel) et qu'il y a des drapeaux rouges quasiment chaque jour (en douze jours, nous avons eu 12 drapeaux rouges) et donc interdiction de se baigner. La police de la plage est là pour vous invectiver à coups de sifflets si vous vous y risquez ! Les transats sont mis à dispositions mais sont totalement déformés et défoncés et nécessiteraient d'être changés.
Enfin, et surtout, le personnel est particulièrement antipathique et s'est même montré insultant et menaçant. Nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis en sécurité dans cet établissement.
Fort heureusement, nous n'avions de réservation que pour la chambre et n'étions pas en "all inclusive" et nous avons pu passer de bons moments en dehors de l'hôtel (restaurants, bars, plages, visites du Yucatan….)
Ne réservez surtout pas cet hôtel; il y a suffisamment le choix à Cancun.

Flamingo lohnt sich
Mega nette Leute, sehr freundlich hilfsbereit. Wenn es ein Problem gibt kann man es immer lösen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen das Hotel. Ist zwar nicht Raucher Hotel aber das ist voll okay. Strand ist mega schön. Immer sauber. Leider schließt die Bar schon vor 12 und es gibt keine abend Show. Aber dafür kann man noch bis abends im Pool chillen

Super accueil et vue magnifique de la chambre
Accueil exceptionnel par Giovanni et Axel !! et une superbe chambre avec vue sur mer et piscine privastisé accessible directement de la chambre ! Vraiment génial seul hic ventilation impossible à régler et un coffre fort bloqué.

Super hotel pulito cibo internazionale e messicano, due ristoranti una pizzeria è una paninoteca aperti dalla mattina alla sera, alcool di marca, staff perfetto UN SUPER GRAZIE A FELIPE responsabile del resort e a BETTY responsabile della reception sarete sempre nel mio cuore fantastici

Sehr schön sehr sauber tolles Personal was will man mehr 👍
Beim einchecken empfing uns eine sehr nette und freundliche Dame, sie erklärte uns alles mit viel liebe zum Detail und hat uns zwei Zimmer zur Auswahl gegeben, eins in der dritten und das andere in der sechsten Etage. Wir haben uns für das oberste Zimmer entschieden, der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Nach der ersten Nacht bemerkten wir das die Klimaanlage extrem laut war (65 Dezibel) was wir anfangs nicht bemerkten. Wir gingen zur Rezeption und bemängelten diese man sagte uns das sich umgehend darum gekümmert wird. Am zweiten Tag ist nichts passiert als wir am abend zurück ins Hotel kamen begegneten wir wieder der netten Damen die uns eincheckte, sie fragte ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist wir erklärten ihr das klimaanlagen Problem, sie ging sofort zum Manager und es dauerte keine zehn Minuten und es stand ein Techniker vor unserem Zimmer und auch der Manager hörte und schaute sichs an. Daraufhin meinte er wir können Sofort das Zimmer wechseln und zeigte uns ein paar Türen weiter das Zimmer und fragte ob es ok wäre. Halbe Stunde später waren wir umgezogen und genießen jetzt das Wellenrauschen im neuen Zimmer.
Hartnäckigkeit zahlt sich aus.

Sono stato solo 2 notti e ho dovuto chiamare l'intervento idraulico per tre volte ok può succedere però la mancata professionalità nel gestire la situazione è stata pessima. Arrivo alle3:30 di mattina andiamo in bagno e notiamo che il water nn scarica chiamiamo la reception e nonostante l' ora arriva un'addetto alla manutenzione altra mezz'ora di tempo!!
La mattina alle 7 pronti per andare a fare un' escursione notiamo che è di nuovo attappato dovendo andare via chiediamo se si può cambiare la stanza... niente!!!
Stamattina ( a parte che la cameriera ciha svegliato alle 8:45 per sapere a che ora facevamo il check out...mai visto)!! bagno di nuovo attappato chiamiamo la reception...mandano un' addetto noi andiamo a fare colazione... torniamo e c'era il water tolto e messo fuori dalla stanza!!! Noi avevamo urgenza di andare in bagno e volevamo farci una doccia chiamiamo e dicono che devono sentire il direttore per poterci cambiare la stanza, nessuno ha risposto abbiamo aspettato un'ora con la porta aperta e il bagno smontato ma ha nessuno si è interessato a trovare una soluzione sicuramente perché avevamo finito la permanenza!!!!
Siamo scappati senza poterci lavare !!!
È assurdo!!! Scarsa professionalità!!

State alla larga da questo resort!
Abbiamo soggiornato le
Ultime 4 notti della nostra luna di miele io e mia moglie ed è stata un’esperienza davvero pessima . È stata l’unica nota negativa del nostro viaggio in Messico e siamo veramente dispiaciuti . Tutto pessimo dal personale , alla struttura , camere è stato veramente assurdo. Parto col dire che noi non siamo persone molto critiche e questa è la mia prima recensione in vita mia eppure abbiamo viaggiato tanto , ma credetemi mai e dico mai un eperienza così negativa . A parte il check-in , un ora per farlo dopo di che senza degnarci di uno sguardo ci fanno capire che forse non c’erano camere ,( viaggio prenotato 4 mesi prima) ci fanno attendere e ci assegnano la camera ….. si avvicina un loro collaboratore dicendo che se avessimo voluto una mano con i bagagli era obbligatoria la propina ossia la mancia ( io di mio lascio sempre la mancia e soprattutto con chi la merita ) ma in questo caso il comportamento è stato veramente di cattivo gusto . Prendiamo l ‘ascensore ( una volta mia moglie si è bloccata ) ed entriamo in questo corridoio simile si corridoi degli ospedali abbandonati nei film horror ( luci a intermittenza, stracci a terra , pezzi di mura ovunque ) entriamo in camera una cosa triste è orrenda mia vista . Noi siamo i tipi che comunque basta che sia pulito e abbiamo spazio io resto va bene tanto restiamo lì solo per dormire , ma invece non è così , a Cancun se non hai un resort di lusso non hai nulla da fare fuori non c è nulla ! Decidiamo di andare sulla spiaggia privata , forse loro privata intendono priva di tutto , sono le 11:00 del mattino e non ci sono lettino , ne chiedo due e mi dicono di attendere , attendo per ben 40’ ma niente mi avvicino io e me li prendo loro mi chiamano ma me ne frego! Vabbè siamo stati 3 giorni su 4 senza acqua calda eppure abbiamo reclamato ogni giorno , biancheria amo cambiata , solo asciugamani ma con insistente richiesta , sevizio pessimo . In piscina ci sono dei tavolini , entro nel ristorante e chiedo due pizze per servirle fuori e mi dicono solo in stanza consegnano e solo dopo sarei potuto andare ai tavolini …..
Il cameriere davvero maleducato e atteggiamento sgradevole alla fine mi porta il conto . Mi dice ecco questo è il conto e lo firmo ( pagamento sulla camera) poi dice ora devi darmi il 20% di mancia , li io clerato a mille gli dico : mi dispiace non è obbligatoria e non voglio dartela , lui insiste e dopo poco se ne va…. Ritorna dopo qualche minuto con uno scontrino diverso dicendomi che aveva sbagliato e che non avevano inserito l’IVA e che quindi dovevo rifirmare con il conto più iva …. Dopo allego la foto del menu che dice compreso iva ,……. Ovviamente io non ho firmato ! Al momento del check out, sul conto mi ritrovo il mio scontrino firmato , con l’importo cancellato e con prezzo maggiorato … io reclamo e se ne escono solo con scusaci . Bah
L’unica nota positiva è che quei 4 giorni sono finiti .
Ci dispiace molto per la situazione che avete dovuto affrontare. Ci impegneremo a risolvere il problema in modo che situazioni come questa non si ripetano.

Pessimo è poco
Non venite mai qui . Struttura fatiscente , poco pulita , poco veloci , poco attenti e molto ingannevoli . Fingevano di fare il cambio asciugamano , facevano asciugare quelle vecchie e le ripiegavano . Per un non servizio ci hanno chiesto la mancia , ci siamo rifiutati e sono ritornati indietro dicendo che avevano dimenticato di mettere L iva ( cosa falsa , perché L iva era compresa ) .
Pezzi di muro a terra , asciugamani a terra per tampone perdite d acqua …
Alla reception perdono tempo per ogni minima cosa .

In altre parole : scappate !
Ci dispiace molto per la situazione che avete dovuto affrontare. Ci impegneremo a risolvere il problema in modo che situazioni come questa non si ripetano.

Un sogno
Atterriamo a Cancun il 31 dicembre alle 5 del pomeriggio e, appena arrivati, apro la porta del terrazzo e mi ritrovo cullata dal rumore delle onde dell'oceano e dal vento caldo del Messico. Spettacolo!! Mi passa subito la stanchezza!
Hotel logisticamente perfetto per andare a Isla Mujeres!
Stanza molto pulita e curata, non perdetevi quella con vista, sull'oceano e piscinetta privata. Ne vale davvero la pena!

Nie wieder( Mexiko )und nicht empfehlenswert
Sehr sehr sehr sehr schlecht so leid es mir tut habe ich die Menschen anders eingeschätzt gehabt bis ich hier landetet.
Gastfreundlichkeit sry kennen die nicht, Service ist Müll auf dem Punkt zu bringen alles ist Schrott hier.
Gastfreundlichkeit sollten die sich aus der Türkei anschauen und Service genauso.

Das Kleine unter den Großen
Hotelkomplex (6Stockwerke) auf grossflächigem Areal. Toller Artriumpool und Strandliegen unterm Palmendach-Schirm. Für 350P. gibt es Baldachinbetten am Strand. 4 Restaurants -Alkohol bis 11p.m.! Professionell gemanagtes Hotel mit Ring am Arm für Status der Verpflegung. Unbedingt Meerblick nehmen, weil Lagunenblick an der 4 spurige Strasse liegt. Minibar und Balkon auf Meerseite vorhanden. Gegenüber ist die abgerockte Flamingo Mall - es gibt 2 Banken, 5 Souviniergeschäfte und 2 Minimarkets. Das valetparking kostet 50P./Tag. Die "La Isla" Mall ist nur 10 Gehminuten oder eine Station mit dem Kukulcan Bus (12Peso) entfernt.

schönes Hotel an perfekter Strandlage
Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht und hatten das Glück, sogar ein Upgrad unseres Zimmers zu erhalten. Dieses war modern und sauber mit Blick aufs Meer und den Strand. Wir haben nicht All-Inclusvie gebucht. Wir haben aber zwei mal im Hotel gegessen und das war tip top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
