    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Had a great time
Overall better than expected! The pools and staff were great - they went out of their way to remember your name, take care of you and make sure you had everything you needed. Only negative was the construction noise going on at one of the buildings on the property. I'm not normally a beach/resort vacation person, but this a great mix of activities and things to do that it felt enjoyable each day we were there (5 days total)

Ask about construction before you book!
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. Everyone who works at this resort is an absolute angel. They made the experience worthwhile. However, a major part of the resort is under construction and they do not stop working until 10-11pm! Our room was right next to the building they're transforming into the new gym. It was definitely not relaxing to say the least. Pretty disappointed in that aspect. Definitely call and ask the resort about construction before you go. We would have picked another resort had we known.

Atención excelente de parte de todo el personal en general, amable y atento, el hotel estaba en muy buenas condiciones (pese a que estaba en remodelación). Comida en general bastante cuidada y buena, solo en uno de los restaurantes (Baja Grill) la presentación fue pobre respecto a los platillos.

Otro punto malo es la "aplicación" de conserge digital que solo se limita a una página web entorpeciendo los servicios del hotel ya que tampoco está muy cuidada en cuestión de contenido y funciones. Pero por lo demás fue una buena experiencia y una opción más que recomendable para visitar los Cabos.

The people, food, room, views where amazing. Hyatt Ziva really out did themselves on this one. We celebrated my wife's birthday here for 3 days. We will be returning to stay longer. The only minor issue I had was pricing for the spa. I was charged a higher amount then what was agreed on. It was only a $15 difference...minor like I said. Book this resort immediately after you read this review. You will not regret it.

place was under construction. some of the restaurants were not opened during the stay. overall experience was okay. I love our room. but food quality is not as good. Pool was good, but i don't feel like it was heated. sand on the beach is not soft, feels like many small rocks were mixed with the sand

Turtles in October
Much nicer than expected. Club level room was great. It was our anniversary and thanks to an excellent checking process we were upgraded from a Club room to a suite. It was great. The staff was wonderful everywhere on property. October is a great time to visit. Not very crowded and you can see the sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs.

Fuimos celebrando el cumpleaños de mamá y estuvimos en 3 habitaciones las cuales fueron atendidas por Karla quien estuvimos muy agradecidos por siempre tener las habitaciones limpias, coloco una figura de pastel con toallas magnífico 😍 nos sentimos como en un hotel 5 estrellas, realmente muy bien su servicio de ella quien además nos ayudó con abuelita quien llevaba silla de apoyo no tuvimos que salir para que llegaran a hacer la limpieza siempre estaba se preocupo por nosotros, la alberca en general muy bien el mesero muy atento Abraham jugo con nosotros mientras nos platicaba cosas fantásticas, Carlos nos recomendó unos tacos realmente buenos, me gusto la tecnica de codigo Qr el cual a mis abuelitos les ayudo ya que son mayores, las maquinas taladrando hacen un poco fastidioso el dia pero nada del otro mundo agradecidos mis tios primos papas y abuelitos 🙏🏻

Problemas de pago
Pésimo servicio de pago, básicamente no pueden usar una tarjeta digital para hacer el pago, hasta parece que no quieren que uno visite el hotel y solo aceptan tarjetas físicas. Cuando te atienden no buscan la forma de resolver los problemas.

The best family Hotel
Es una de las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido en familia, en este hotel encontramos todo desde actividades para mi niño , buena comida, buen mar y actividades en la noche y sobre todo excelente servicio de parte de todo el staff hicimos muy buenos amigos !!

Está en remodelación (septiembre-octubre 2024)
Podría decir que en su mayoría todo bien, la comida, y el servicio es espectacular como siempre. Pero el hotel está en remodelación (lobby, y habitaciones que dan a la piscina) el escándalo es terrible, además de que no dejan ni un día descansar, en una semana completa diario hubo ruido.

Por suerte, no viajamos con niños y nos pudimos mover a la alberca de adultos, donde está más tranquilo. Pero.. si pueden eviten el hotel, por lo menos hasta que terminen de remodelar.

No se puede disfrutar igual.

Déçu ..
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits ds cet hôtel
L’accueil était expéditif comme si nous étions des numéros pour moi trop rapide
Le personnel est très gentil cependant
Le site est beau
Les chambres sont vieillottes
La climatisation fait du bruit
Mais là on est le plus déçu c’est la nourriture qui est très moyenne

Fabuleux!!
Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce Resort. Ce que l’on peut en dire est complètement positif. Du personnel, très chaleureux, souriant, et professionnel aux animateurs de loisirs (mention spéciale à Rodrigo: merci pour ton énergie et ta sympathie!!!), tout est impeccable.
Les chambres, les lieux de vie, tout est propre!!
La restauration est d’une grande qualité et variée. Mention spéciale au Dozo et à la Hacienda👍.
Le seul bémol serait sur les tarifs du Spa qui sont très chers comparés à l’Europe.
Ce Resort vaut le détour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!

Exzellentes Hotel!
Das "Hyatt Ziva" in San Jose Del Cabo, welches man nach gut 20 Minuten vom International Flughafen Los Cabos erreicht, liegt direkt am Meer und ist ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel.

Durch die beiden groβen Pools, von welcher eine eine Bar hat, sowie den groβen privaten Strandbereich gibt es jederzeit genügend Möglickeiten, sich in die Sonne zu legen und die Zeit zu genieβen. Familien können auβerdem an einem weiteren Pool entspannen, der etwas abgelegen ist und mehrere Rutschen bietet, sodass sich Kinder super beschäftigen können.

Die Speisen in den Restaurants - mexikanisch, amerikanisch, spanisch, asiatisch und italienisch - sind von hoher Qualität. Zudem gibt es morgens, mittags und abends jeweils ein Buffet, sodass jeder etwas finden kann. Eine Snackbar bietet nachmittags einen schnellen Imbiss am Pool an.

Darüber hinaus wird einem im Hotel nie langweilig: Abendprogramm, Billardtische, Tischtennis, gut ausgestattes Fitnessstudio - das Hotel hat alles, was man sich wünscht. Während man tagsüber viel erholen kann, da das Hotel fernab des Trubels von Cabo San Lucas liegt, gibt es aber abends auch Möglichkeiten, an der Hotel-Bar ein bisschen zu tanzen und lautere Musik zu genieβen.

Sicherlich fällt ein Urlaub immer mit dem Wetter, jedoch macht man in diesem Hotel in San Jose Del Cabo nichts falsch!

Schone Urlaub

Arrivati qui il 11/08/18 dopo un estenuante viaggio nulla si prometteva bene, in quanto l’agenzia con la quale abbiamo prenotato ci aveva promesso una camera che non era quella che ci sarebbe stata assegnata, e il personale della reception non voleva capire quello che noi cercavamo di spiegare .Per nostra fortuna dopo aver espresso la nostra amarezza di dover ancora discutere si è presentato il gentilissimo Eduardo Acosta che con la sua professionalità ha trasformato l’inizio di un incubo in un sogno meraviglioso.Oggi pensando a Hyatt Ziva il nostro pensiero va a lui ,alla sua gentilezza , presenza e disponibilità che ha trasformato la nostra vacanza in qualcosa di fantastico .Il team del ristorante Plaza dove viene servita la colazione ci faceva iniziare le giornate in un modo meraviglioso : grazie mille a Margherita , Alejandro ,Nancy che con il loro miglior sorriso e con tanti abbracci ci accompagnavano ai tavoli e ci facevano sentire a casa . Bisogna parlare anche dei camerieri, che ogni giorno con la loro simpatia ( in particolare Lugardo e Franco),le loro battute e il loro buon proposito di imparare l’italiano, ci hanno fatto passare pranzi divertenti, ma la cosa più importante è che anche loro hanno fatto il possibile per farci sentire a casa.
Hugo, l’addetto al servizio spiaggia, è stato molto disponibile , anche lui, nei nostri confronti per aiutarci con le Capanne che si trovano sulla spiaggia.
Parlando della struttura in generale, non c’è nulla da dire, tutto perfetto.... La nostra camera era fantastica: ampia, 2 letti matrimoniali, un divanoletto, un bagno grande con doccia, vasca e gli ulteriori servizi; e infine una porta finestra che aprendosi svelava una magnifica terrazza con 2 sdraio messe nell’acqua e una magnifica piscina privata con una vista molto bella. Anche le 2 piscine principali sono davvero grandi e al loro interno lo staff animazione svolge molte attività per grandi e piccini.
Molto belli anche i vari spettacoli presentati dallo staff del teatro.
L’unica cosa che manca in questo albergo e l’animazione per gli adolescenti, in quanto c’è quella per i piccoli, quella per i grandi, ma per la fascia di mezzo quasi niente

Un paradiso in terra..
Sono stata in questo resort per il kick off aziendale e devo dire che nn avevo mai avuto un'esperienza simile..se dovessi trovare un difetto avrei serie difficoltà in quanto la posizione geografia è spettacolare, di fronte all'oceano, la qualità delle stanze, molto buona, servizio ottimo, tutti i ristoranti, ripeto tutti, all'interno del resort ottimi, cibo buonissimo, pesce freschissimo. Le piscine, nn so esattamente quante ce ne siano in tutto ma sono davvero tante, tutte bellissime e curatissime. Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti ed il budget me lo permettesse nn esiterei a prenotare li. Il Messico è bello ovunque..

Tutto incluso anche la cortesia!!!
Struttura e personale hanno offerto un servizio ottimo. Lo consiglio a tutti i tipi di viaggiatori poiché le aree sono ben distribuite e separate per ogni esigenza: per coppie giovani e grandi, famiglie e gruppi di amici. Ho notato che riescono a convivere nella grande struttura nonostante le diverse esigenze.
Quindi complimenti! Ed in particolare a Rogelio della reception, gentile e risolutivo e ad Antonio grande barman della piscina fronte oceano!!!
Parlando della formula All inclusive
è stata una esperienza unica poiché tutti i ristoranti, ben 5, offrono un menù alla carta vario e completo senza badare ad alcuna limitazione. Per esempio il ristorante giapponese offre oltre al sushi e sashimi preparati espressi da chef a vista, è organizzato con tavoli e ben quattro teppaniaki, che ospitano dai 10 ai 12 commensali ognuno!
Quindi preparate i bagagli e iniziate la vacanza nel bar della piscina che offre cocktail alcolici e non dalla mattina alle 10 alla sera alle 9!!!
