The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Beautiful Hotel !
First time in Germany, first time in Dresden. Traveled with friends for our yearly vacation. This hotel was a an amazing experience, has the whole package, the location, the staff, the overall look of the hotel, very impressed. The rooms are very spacious, very clean, and overall the our stay was over the top. We would stay here again.

Lovely Hotel and Location
I stayed here for three nights when I was in Dresden on business.
The hotel location is perfect, right in the centre of the old town. The hotel room was lovely and really comfortable. A large size with all the amenities that you'd look for. The shower was excellent.
The room mini bar is free and supposedly re-stocked each day, the beer was re-stocked though oddly the bottled water or coffee capsules weren't.
The pillows on the bed were far too soft (it seems to be a German preference judging from their hotels), it's possible that they had firmer pillows had I asked at reception.
Parking at the hotel was a problem, I could only find a space on the first of the three nights I spent there and had to find parking elsewhere - parking is expensive, a whopping €30 per day.
Be sure to get the inclusive breakfast, a work colleague forgot to book it and was billed another whopping €29 per breakfast.
Breakfast itself is good, a very good buffet selection but not worth €29 unless you have a massive appetite.
All the staff in the hotel were friendly and efficient.

Hotel gegenüber vom Schloss
Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in dem Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist großzügig. Leider ist das Bad offen was uns nicht so gefällt. Die Fenster waren sehr klein . Das Zimmer hatte eine Dachschräge . Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt

Gute Lage für einen Städtetrip
Schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksservice. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Große und saubere Zimmer.

Ottima posizione, hotel moderno
hotel nel cuore storico di Dresda quindi molto comodo per visitare la parte “nobile “ della Città. Camere spaziose dallo stile moderno. Non trovo funzionale l’apertura di doccia e wc direttamente in camera. Meglio sarebbe stato girarle verso l’entrata. Nonostante sia nuovo, non ha il bidet.
Ampio letto,comodo, buona selezione di cuscini . Fornitura di caffè, the, e bibite alla inclusive. Ottima colazione e personale davvero gentile e piacevole.

Gute Lage, ansonsten eher Durchschnitt
Das Hyperion legt etwas versteckt und unauffällig, dennoch sehr zentral. Direkt gegenüber von Schloss und dem Grünen Gewölbe, also perfekt. Zu Fuß auch zur Frauenkirche nur wenige Minuten.

Aber zurück zum Hotel: das erste Problem ist, dass es keine Parkplätze gibt und man an der Rezeption einen Schein holen muss, der gerade mal für 20 Minuten das Ausladen ermöglicht. Ein Stellplatz in der (Hotel-) Garage ist auch für Dresdner Verhältnisse mit Euro 30 überteuert. Ca. 400 m weiter ist die Tiefgarage der Semperoper, hier kostet der Stellplatz 6 Euro für 24 Stunden.

Der Check-in verlief angenehm zügig. Das Zimmer im dritten Stock klein, sauber, ansprechend. Doch: mag ich das Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer? Und ein ganz kleines WC mit satiniertem Glas mitten im Zimmer? Und die Dusche ebenso? Und wenn ich nachts bieseln muss, gibt es keine indirekte Beleuchtung, sondern ich muss ein Deckenlicht einschalten, sodass meine Frau zwangsläufig wach wird. Einfach nicht durchdacht. Auch gibt es am Bett keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Wasser oder Handy. Nicht durchdacht. Zwar gibt es eine Espresso-Kaffeemaschine, doch nur furchtbar schmeckende Eduscho-Kapseln. Und im gesamten Haus gibt es keine entkoffeinierten Kapseln. Nun ja, weiter im Text.

Gerne hätten wir das Restaurant genutzt, doch dieses ist nur von Donnerstag bis Samstag abends geöffnet. Schade. Also sind wir gegenüber ins ALEX gegangen (siehe hierzu separate Bewertung). Die sehr kleine Hotelbar ist nicht wirklich einladend. Im Vorraum (Durchgang zum Hotel) stinkt es ekelhaft nach Rauch, zumal hier auch Aschenbecher stehen. Da dies zum Innenbereich gehört, ist es de jure eigentlich gar nicht mehr erlaubt.

Kommen wir zum Frühstück: eine keineswegs ansprechende Frühstückshalle bietet dennoch ein vernünftiges Buffet mit guter Auswahl. Die Warenpräsentation kann man noch deutlich verbessern, aber wollen wir mal nicht zu kritisch sein. Die beiden Herren im Service waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Fazit: Dank der zentralen Lage eine interessante Adresse, allerdings sollte man(n) keine zu hohe Erwartungen haben.

Perfekte Lage
Sehr zentrale Lage in der Dresdner Altstadt gegenüber dem Dresdner Schloss mit dem Grünen Gewölbe, und doch gleichzeitig recht ruhig, da nicht an Hauptstraßen gelegen. So perfekt bei einer Städtereise habe ich selten gewohnt.
Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß. Die Akzentuierung mit dunkelrotem Kunststoff hat mir aber nicht wirklich zugesagt. Auch fand ich die fehlende Trennung von Dusche und Toilette zum Wohnraum nicht optimal; für ein abgetrenntes Badezimmer wäre ausreichend Platz gewesen.
Frühstück war gut und lecker. Sogar Sekt gab es. Für die ganzen Gäste war der Platz aber zeitweise recht knapp und daher wurde auch auf das Foyer ausgewichen. Eier konnte man sich auch frisch machen lassen (einfach beim Kellner bestellen).
Sehr schon war das Spa im Untergeschoss mit zwei Saunen (Finnische und Bio Sauna), einem kostenpflichtigen Massageangebot, und einem Ruheraum im historischen Gewölbekeller. Sehr angenehm nach der Stadtbesichtigung.
Rezeption war stets freundlich, und auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Auschecken hat gut funktioniert.

Katastrophale Seite / Katastrophaler Kundenservice
Buchte aufgrund eines Systemfehlers (ihrerseits) ein falsches Datum und konnte deshalb nicht anreisen. Trotz Kontakt zum Hotel wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich entweder 90% Stornogebühren zahlen oder einen Aufpreis für die Umbuchung entrichten müsste. Enttäuschend, da der Fehler klar beim System lag und keine angemessene Lösung seitens des Hotels angeboten wurde. Mir wurde außerdem pampig auf die Mail geantwortet, dass man ja trotzdem anreisen könnte und auf Hinweis, dass ich egal wie ich es drehen wollen würde nicht anreisen könnte (durch Bahnstreiks) mir gesagt wurde, dass es alternative Anreisemöglichkeiten (zum Zeitpunkt eines Streiks der Bahnen) gäbe – was jedoch für jemanden mit Flugangst und ohne Führerschein schwierig umsetzbar ist. Das war wirklich eines der respektlosesten Hotel-Erlebnisse die ich jemals erlebt habe. Jetzt musste ich 90% für eine nicht korrekt gebuchte Buchung zahlen. Danke für nichts.

Amazing room in an even more amazing location
This modern property is absolutely amazing, especially if you were going to the Christmas markets! My room was extremely cool, and looked out over a cobblestone road leading to the river that was absolutely magical. I stood at my window and watched people for the evening and it was great. The main Christmas market is about a five minute walk away (I found it to be the best market I encountered in Germany) and other attractions are very nearby. Only slight downside was no on-site parking and the parking garage I was directed to was difficult to navigate to given the Christmas markets going on, but this inconvenience was far outweighed by the amazing room and location. Cannot recommend this hotel enough – after two weeks of staying at so-so properties, this place absolutely felt like the Ritz!

Mostly exceptional, but one poor experience at the end.
Whilst the total visit to the Hyperion was excellent, the service when checking in was perfect, the staff in the bar and restaurant for breakfast could not have been more helpful, there was one person who ruined the stay! Upon checking out, my partner, who conducted that part, also had the young tall brunette lady at the front book us a taxi to the airport. I arrived down from the room with the two suitcases, dropped the two keys off at the front desk, as the taxi was waiting. I asked my partner if all was taken care of, as the young lady insisted we pay.
The hotel took our Amex at check in and had all the details anyway. To demand loudly that I pay the bill after my partner had clearly checked out and been informed that “All is good” by the same lady was insulting and unprofessional. Had I not needed to get into the taxi to the airport, I would have insisted on speaking the hotel manager and making sure no other guest of this great hotel was treated in such a manner. This young lady needs training in looking after guests, clearly she is either lacking in professional training, or had experienced some difficult guests prior to us. Either way, it was not acceptable to behave this way.
I will be following up with the hotel to let them know of this poor treatment. I expect better.

Incredible staff. Exceptionally comfortable. Perfect location.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Hyperion, every aspect was pretty perfect. The location could not be any better, right in the heart of the Altstadt. The room was large, clean, quiet and extremely comfortable so we slept perfectly. the breakfast buffet had most things you could wish for. And best of all the staff were all absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend.

Bel emplacement mais rafraîchissement à opérer.
Entre Cracovie et Heidelberg, DRESDE est une étape intéressante.
La ville est un peu triste mais l’histoire passionnante.
L’hôtel est très bien placé, idéal pour les visites à pied. Le parking est facile.
Mais l’hôtel mériterait une mise à niveau. Les moquettes sont à remplacer.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.

Hemos pernoctado 2 noches en este hotel formando parte de un grupo de viajeros.

Cadre et accueil vraiment très professionnels.

Muy bueno, ubicación inmejorable

Confortevole e centrale
Situato nel cuore della cittadina, camera spaziosa, molto comoda, ben attrezzata, pulita. Unici nei: condizionatore rumoroso ed affaccio sul cortile interno (ci sono però camere con vista più felice). Buone sia la cena sia la colazione. Nel complesso un brevissimo ma molto gradevole soggiorno.

Albergo fantastico
L'albergo è centralissimo, in posizione strategica per raggiungere musei, stazione, ecc. Le camere sono ampie e luminose, i bagni puliti, il personale gentile, la colazione ricca varia e abbondante. Dresda merita una visita e quest'albergo è l'ideale per un soggiorno!

Hotel carino in pieno centro storico
Hotel carino vicinissimo al centro storico, nella camera non mancava nulla, camera spaziosa, colazione internazionale a buffet. Hotel tranquilla anche se in giro non c’erano tante persone ma era inizio settimana. Molto buono

Increible estadía
La ubicacion es ideal, está en el centro historico de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son un sueño, vale cada centavo invertido. La gente de recepción es súper amable, te ayudan si necesitas algo y no tienen problema si le tenes que preguntar más de una vez.
La habitación contaba con una maquina de café Nespresso.
Super comodo todo.
Lo recomiendo.

Excelente Ubicacion
El hotel esta en pleno centro, excelente ubicacion. Habitaciones muy bonitas y comodas. Excelente higiene. Pero no cuenta con estacionamientos en el hotel por lo que tuvimos que ir nosotros a estacionar el auto a un estacionamiento fuera del hotel. Sin no llevan auto es perfecto.

Hotel perfecto para visitar Dresden
Se trata de un hotel de tamaño medio, muy bien situado, moderno pero solido, con buen desayuno y bar abierto al publico, las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy tranquilas, buena cama. No olvidar pedir la almohada que le guste a uno!
