Since October 2015, the HYPERION Hotel Hamburg welcomes you near Hafencity. 508 beds are spread over 254 modern rooms and suites, which are equipped with every comfort: Benefit from the complimentary minibar, individually adjustable air conditioning, the inclusive high-speed Internet via WLAN and the flat screen TV with Sky Sport.

The Hyperion Hotel Hamburg is located near the Elbe and at the same time in a convenient location. If you are arriving by car, you can safely park it in one of the 160 parking spaces in the hotel's own underground car park.
In the morning, a varied breakfast buffet awaits you at the HYPERION Hotel Hamburg, while international dishes are served à la carte for lunch and dinner. The day ends in a relaxed manner with a drink at BAR 11 on the eleventh floor.

    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Leider nur Klimaanlage
Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich gut, aber dadurch, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann (selbst in einen gekippten Zustand), bekommt man keine Frischluft und ist auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen. Diese lief die ganze Nacht mit einem permanenten Grundgeräusch und verursachte sehr trockene Luft, was die Schleimhäute reizte und zu trockenen Augen führte.

Modernes Hotel, insgesamt aber enttäuschend und kein 5-Sterne-Haus
Das Hotel liegt im Stadtteil Hammerbrook an einer dicht befahrenen Straßenkreuzung. Vom Verkehrslärm bekommt man allerdings nichts mit, da sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen. Das bedeutet gleichzeitig, dass die Luft im Zimmer durchgehend recht stickig ist, sofern man die Klimaanlage nicht durchgehend auf einer höheren Stufe laufen lässt.

Das Servicepersonal wird keinen 5-Sternen gerecht. Es fehlt an Kommunikation mit den Gästen und vor allem an Freundlichkeit und Empathie.

Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig, aber nichts Besonderes. Wir hatten ein kaputtes Bettlaken, ein verschmutztes Kopfkissen und ein langes Haar in der Dusche.

Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Es gibt eine große Auswahl und die einzelnen Sachen sind frisch und lecker. Als Filterkaffee wird jedoch offensichtlich löslicher Kaffee angeboten - dieser ist völlig ungenießbar.

Insgesamt sicherlich ein geeignetes Hotel für einen Städtetrip, wer echtes 5-Sterne-Niveau erwartet, wird aber bitter enttäuscht werden.

Es war ok,
Ein bisschen mehr auf Sauberkeit sollte geachtet werden, vielleicht sollte es auch möglich sein die Zimmer zu lüften, denn das Zimmer roch doch sehr nach Abfluss.

Die Preise fürs Frühstück sollten dringend überdacht werden, was kann ich alles für 29€ essen?

No where near 5 stars, maybe a 3 star, maybe.
The hotel is a solid three star hotel, and not a five star hotel but any stretch of the imagination.

To start off with, no working ac in the building, not the room, or the floor but the entire building. According to the admission of a staff member the ac was being repaired meaning in summer, no air condition at all, and more over, no fans. The hotel has not one fan to give customers when the ac is being fixed, bear in mind we stayed for 7 nights and 7 night no air condition, the closest I got to a fan was I was given a fan-heater when requesting a fan, FAN-HEATER.

After pestering the reception about it we were told that we could be moved to another room in our category since people will be checking out, all we had to do was repack our items and that the staff will move us a cooler room.
So we did, we spent an hour packing, after coming back, we were very happy to see that not a thing had been done, after arguing with the reception they graciously offered us another room in a lower category, the category, which when booking we were told we couldn’t have since we needed a baby cot, all of a sudden it was large enough.
Me being sane, I refused to accept it and after more arguing they offered us a larger room ok the other side of the building away from the sun, still no ac mind you. In all fairness the new room was more spacious and nice.

House keeping is a miss and a miss, no hits, every single day something is not done, where her it was not refilling cosmetic items, not vacuuming, not removing dirty cups, not emptying the rubbish bin or not refilling bathroom items.

The only redeeming factor of the entire experience is that there are some very kind and helpful people employed by the hotel, I can’t fault the staff.

For the price most defiantly not worth it, I would recommend staying the any hotel nearby.

Lovely Hotel
Beautiful Hotel with lovely friendly staff and the biggest choice for Breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. Lovely atmospheric lounge on the 11th floor with a great view of the city . Beds were really big and very comfortable. We couldn’t hear any noise at night We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in Hamburg

Comodo pero lejano
el hotel es muy cómodo, pero no esta muy cerca de las zonas de interés turistico. No hay casi oferta gastronomica fuera, mas que la del propio hotel, que tiene una cocina muy elaborado, pero poco flexible

Stay away from this terrible hotel (the worst hospitality ever)
I have never experienced so bad hospitality in my life. The staff at the reception wasn’t at all kind or friendly. The first night we called the reception to bring bathrobes and slippers to the room (we had a small dog in the room), the night concierge got so scared since the dog barked once when I opened the door - the night concierge get so pissed and started screaming where he decided to throw so hard on the floor the bathrobes and slippers (the facial expression he had looked so dangerous) and left. That night I couldn’t sleep at all - I went to sleep so stressed. Morning after I decided to go to the reception to speak to a manager, the manager on duty was Madeline that already knew everything about the situation last night, and she didn’t even made a first step and at least apologize. She waited on us to see if we are going to skip it or not. I explained the situation very shortly to her once again, and the only thing she could offer to us was something in the room (fruit), where I said I don’t want that, I want more for compensation since my vacation was already destroyed. She said she will talk to her manager and get back to me. After all nobody came to me to say anything, I should ask several times in the reception about the situation. In the end they didn’t do anything for us. Last day before departure we spoke to the concierge Claus that was the most amazing and pleasant person I have ever met in my life (he should be promoted to a manager position since he deserves that). Claus tried to understand the whole story and while I was speaking to him a girl that had the position Guest Relations Manager came and interrupted her colleague Claus (so disrespectful especially in front of the guest) with a visit card for the Area Manager Nord named Oliver, she came with the worst attitude ever and started to arguing and saying that Oliver said that they can’t do anything since the Area Manager said that and I could contact him by myself. What a great deal? That I, as a guest should contact him for compensation. I am just thinking what do they have Madeline for. As I understood she can’t take a decision. It seems very clearly that the money is more important for the Area Manager than happy guests. Overall the worst experience ever. Claus was the best team member and no one else. Instead of giving the wrong people higher positions, you should better look into it once again. Thank you for everything, Claus. You are the best.

Terrible experience! Avoid this hotel!
The worst experience and hotel that I ever been. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, especially the ones that are working in a costumer service department. I experienced for the first time that someone is screaming at me because they got scared of my dog, small and most kind mini poodle. The same person trow towels and badrops on the floor in front of me. I was sleeping all night scared about my safety and with anxiety. You come on your vacation and pay extra money to have at least good service and you get bullying and stress. Shortly just the worst hotel and staff that I ever been in my life. The only good and understandable person there was concierge Class Wulff, this guy deserves to work in the best hotels in the world.

Shame on you! I hope our experience will teach you how to treat your guests in the future , not just guests. How to be humans with empathy, it’s not that hard…

Excellent
Very modern hotel, well-finished and design interiors. Very friendly reception service, executive lounge service with coffee and many snacks throughout the day. Very modern cocktail bar on the top floor with very good and kind barmen. Extremely clean, extremely comfortable and large room with very nice view over the Hamburg canals

Bien pero...
Hotel bonito y ubicación muy buena. La habitación excelente.
No le doy 5 estrellas porque el baño aunque muy limpio y bonito, apestaba a tuberías, si te dejabas la puerta abierta apestaba toda la habitación. Lo mismo era porque fue un día con tormenta, estaba de paso y solo me quedé una noche así que no sé

Deludente.
Hotel mediocre (incredible come possa essere un 5 Stelle). Staff pessimo (molto freddo e poco disponibile ad aiutare il cliente, e praticamente tutti parlavano inglese poco e contro voglia). Avevo bisogno di un driver privato e non sapevano nemmeno dove cercarne uno. Ristorante appena sufficiente. Sauna aperta solo dalle 16 alle 22. Nella stanza non si possono aprire le finestre. Le inservienti dell' housekeeping molto sgarbate.

Todo bien en general, un descanso muy bueno ya que los colchones y almohadas muy acogedores, en cuanto al baño no me gusto nada la cortina de la ducha , mejor un cristal u otra cosa pero la ducha de plástico no es buena

Buena opcion
ideal para unos dias en Hamburgo. La ubicación es buenas, cerca de la estación y centro. No hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cercanos. Las habitaciones son comodas, agradables y bien equipadas. Personal anteto y amable.

Bon Hôtel, dommage d'avoir des réceptionniste si peu accueillant
Hôtel très bien mais accueil des clients à revoir. Bien que nous étions les seuls clients nous avons attendus 5 bonnes minutes à la réception sans aucun mot ni regard des 4 personnes présentes, toutes afférées devant leurs ordinateurs.
Enfin un réceptionniste nous dit un simple "Allo" (bonjour en allemand) , sans dire ni Monsieur ou Madame (cela est impoli en France car correspond à "Salut") et sans aucune excuse pour l'attente alors qu'il n'y avait aucun client devant nous.
La seule personne sympathique était le monsieur qui a pris nos bagages.

Un très bonne Hôtel
Vraiment un très bonne hôtel , les chambres sont spacieuse est très bien équipés ,la propreté est au top, le petit déjeunes est très varié est complet .

Chouette hotel très propre et moderne. Les services sont bien. La qualité du petit déjeuné pourrait être amélioré même si le choix est très très large. L'hôtel n'est pas super proche du centre mais quand même accessible a pied facilement.

Remarquable
Très bel hôtel. Moderne. Hyper clean. Une suite junior avec vue superbe sur la ville. Équipement au top : salle de sport, spa, une lounge en accès gratuit. Côté restaurant : cuisine essentiellement allemande. Côté bar : sympa au 11eme étage. Le matin : petit déjeuner / brunch remarquable à l allemande autour d’un buffet gargantuesque. Enfin et surtout un personnel professionnel et très à l écoute. Bravo. Ps : bien situé : à 10 mn de la gare à pieds. Idem du centre ville. Après et pour découvrir les docks et le port : marchez !! C’est très bon pour votre santé !!!!!

Hotel moderno e silenzioso, con un bel bar panoramico all'ultimo piano, situato in una zona tranquilla a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 20 dal centro (Rathaus). Camere grandi, nuove e con letto comodissimo. Bagno con doccione e prodotti di qualità (Rituals). Colazione molto varia per il salato ma povera di dolci (solo croissant e una girella), considerata la tradizione dolciaria della zona. Peccato per il caffè con la macchinetta dell'ufficio, la mancanza di accappatoi e ciabatte (queste ultime le abbiamo richiesto). Servizio gentile e professionale. Nel complesso, un ottimo 4 stelle, 5 mi sembrano troppe.

Muy buena opción
Hotel que lo que más destaca es en la calidad/precio. Habitaciones algo pequeñas, pero limpias y modernas. Está algo alejado del centro. A destacar que no hay ningún bar ni restaurante cerca del hotel.

Eccellente per posizione, confort e colazione
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel una sola notte, trovandomi di passaggio per Amburgo..
nonostante fosse tardi all’arrivo, la posizione abbastanza vicina alla città vecchia ci ha permesso di visitare tanti posti centrali..
l’hotel è moderno, ottimo servizio alla reception, stanza molto grande e bel bagno.. colazione superlativa ..

Un bon endroit pour dîner et séjourner au calme à une relative proximité de la gare et du centre.
Je n'ai pas dormi sur place, seulement dîner.
Les parties communes de l'hôtel comme le restaurant sont spacieuses et très propre.
Le quartier sans être au centre ville n'est pas si éloigné (20 minutes à pieds de la gare et des rues commerçantes, 30 minutes de la Cathédrale ST NICOLAI.
Le quartier par lui même n'a aucun intérêt.

Sosta per lavoro
Un buon hotel vicino alla stazione.
Raffinato, moderno, stanze con tutti i comfort e molto spaziose. Colazione cara se non compresa nella stanza ma con moltissima scelta.
Sicuramente valido sia per la posizione che per la qualità offerta.
