Amazing Experience in Marsa Alam
Hassan in the reception was amazing!! Made us feel very welcome since we first arrived until our departure. The beach is amazing, only downside is the touristic boats all the time near the coral reef, this is not an hotel problem, but just a remark! The reef was amazing as well.
The food in the restaurants was delicious in the buffet, and even more delicious in the a la carte restaurants (shout out to the Sands!)
Staff was generally very friendly and helpful, even thought at some times in the buffet restaurant, you could see a big treatment distinction between who tipped and who did not, but nothing disruptive. The beach staff was also super helpful and friendly!!
Overall a very good experience, we will definitely come back!

Tolles Hotel , tolle Anlage - wir kommen wieder
Das Hotel hat eine super Lage , in der Bucht gelegen , trifft man dort jeden Tag Schildkröten und mit einbisschen Glück auch die Dugong. Zum schnorcheln ist hier auch was dabei. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit Waseem im Hauptrestaurant ist der Beste überhaupt. Stets aufmerksam und nett. Das Beachrestaurant ist nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack, kennen wir aus einem anderen Iberotel besser. A la carte und mit hochwertiger Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Aufjedenfall ist das Hotel eine klare Empfehlung für alle die sich erholen möchten
