Muy recomendable!!!! El hotel lindo, el cuarto muy amplio, silencioso y muy limpio.
Pero lo mejor es el personal, todos son amables y atentos y de verdad que eso hace la diferencia ya que te hacen sentir muy especial y eso no pasa en cualquier hotel

Nos sentimos cómodos. Las duchas son impecables, la calefacción perfecta, la red de Internet funciona muy bien.
Es un bello hotel boutique, impecable, atendido por gente muy servicial a pocas cuadras en donde se tramita la VISA americana, dentro de Palermo Hollywood, a metros del Soho y del Districto Los Arcos...inigualable.
No es tema menor la amplitud de las habitaciones, la temperatura del agua de las duchas, la calefaccion,....y los desayunos continentales...maravilloso.

All around great!!
My experience at Ilum was flawless. Lucas was my first contact at reception and he offered plenty of help and tips. The rest of the staff was also great for the two nights I was there. They helped me navigate late night travel to and from a rock concert and daytime walking in the city to tourist spots.
After telling them I was going to a local place for dinner, I was happily surprised when the restaurant manager called me by name and offered me a free dessert!
The rooms were great and the decor of the hotel beautiful and classy. The neighborhood was very cool with a bit of everything from high-end dining, to empanadas, to upscale cafes and record stores.

Tout le séjour a été parfait: organisation, efficacité, amabilité, service, accueil, chambre, décoration, nourriture, emplacement). Hautement recommandé pour touristes ou pour organiser un « workshop ». Un petit oasis au milieu de Buenos Aires.
