    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?

Come scritto, siamo un po' delusi per il peggioramento dei servizi, dopo anni di frequentazione. Peccato!
Clienti affezionati, da qualche anno, bella struttura, ma da questo ultimo soggiorno (come sempre, di, almeno, due settimane), ho notato un leggero peggioramento, in tutti i servizi.
Devo segnalare, in particolare, l'aumento esagerato dei prezzi nella spa, di cui approfittiamo sempre, per curare gli acciacchi.
La Sig.Nathalia,poco gentile e, per niente, disponibile.
Ringrazio, invece, il Sig. El Sayhed e tutti i suoi collaboratori, per aver fatto il possibile. Nonostante ciò, per scelte amministrative della proprietà, non credo che ripeteremo i prossimi soggiorni presso gli hotel Jaz.

Totale Entspannung für die Sinne
Ein wirklich tolles, sehr weitläufiges Hotel mit guter Gastronomie, gutem Animationsteam und tollen Leuten an der schönsten Bucht im roten Meer.
Nah zum Hausriff über einen Steg und 5 Minuten zu den Scuba World Divers im benachbarten Solymar Reef Hotel.
Gute kleine Shopping-Mall (5 Geschäfte) und nur 5 Minuten mit Auto vom Flughafen Marsa Alam.

Die Zimmer
Sehr groß, allerdings hatten wir zu 2. zwei 140x200 Betten und leider kein Doppelbett und zusätzlich noch ein Beistellbett.., da fragten wir uns schon wieso das alles :) Den Platz hätte man sich sparen können. Wnn das Hotel jetzt noch farblich eine frischen Anstrich bekommen (ich liebe blau und weiß am Meer) würde wäre es top. Auch hätte ich es begrüßt wenn man eine ebenerdige Dusche im Zimmer hätte.., was soll man am Meer mit einer Badewanne die dann auch noch recht klein ist.

Lovely old style terracotta buildings with lovely gardens.
Lovely old style terracotta buildings and beautiful gardens. Peaceful if you want away from the pool and near scuba diving centre. Dress code awful for a 5* hotel for dinner. But the buffet has improved since last year. Maybe a lick of paint to spruce it all up as jaded. But definitely not the white 'Lego' style of the new horrible development. If you want a relaxing time and no drama and fancy' decor, it's lovely and has a warm atmosphere here. Could do a night proper room service menu?

Molto bene
Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per 4 gg dopo aver fatto la crociera sul Nilo.
Struttura nuova, pulita, ordinata con staff gentilissimo in tutti i “Settori”.
Spiaggia molto buona, cibo vario e io che son debole di stomaco non ho avuto alcun problema.
Peccato per le mosche che rompono mentre prendi il sole e per la palestra che è molto povera.

Nice vacation ❤️
Our first vacation in Egypt and we’re really happy that we chose this hotel. It was very pleasant, all staff so friendly and always smiling. Food was delicious and very various. Drinks also nice. Sea life was absolutely brilliant, we saw a lot of different types of fishes. Highly reccomend!

A great holiday with amazing staff..as always
We stayed her in March this year and had an amazing time, and we stayed here previously 3 years ago.
When we arrived at the hotel a lot of the staff recognised us from March which was amazing and we felt so welcomed.
However, on this trip, we have noticed a few cutbacks (hence the 4 star and not a 5 star). They have definitely cut back on the variety of food we were offered at breakfast and dinner. But I can honestly say that what was available was cooked well and I didn't go hungry.
The rooms are still immaculately cleaned by Mahmood, and all the staff are amazing, especially in the main restaurant where we were looked after very well. We don't drink alcohol so I can't comment on the drinks, but we always had plenty of soft drinks and coffee whenever we needed it. The beach area was clean, and the reef is excellent with plenty of sea life to see.
Overall a very nice stay so well done to the team at the Jaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

Keine Weiterempfehlung!!!
Die Hotelanlage mit seinen gepflegten Grünanlagen und der Poollandschaft haben uns gut gefallen. Die Entertainmenttruppe verdient absolutes Lob! Das Abendessen und die Bedienung im Restaurant "Plateau" (nicht bei all inclusive enthalten) ist empfehlenswert.

Der Service im Hauptrestaurant ist katastrophal! Bedienungspersonal unprofessionell, unaufmerksam und unhöflich. Tische werden nach dem Abräumen nicht gereinigt, auf den verschmutzten Tischsets wird einfach neu eingedeckt und meist nicht einmal komplett, so dass man einem Messer, einer Gabel oder einer Serviette hinterherlaufen muss. Getränkewünsche werden nur selten aufgenommen und wenn doch, nur selten erfüllt. Wer wirklich etwas trinken möchte, muss sich seine Getränke selbst an der Bar holen.

Das Hotel verweist auf seine Kleiderordnung zum Abendessen, d. h. Herren in langer Hose, Damen in entsprechender Kleidung, nicht zulässig ist Bade- bzw. Strandbekleidung. In der Realität sind kurze Schlamper- oder Badehosen, lottrige T-Shirts und Badelatschen die Regel. In jeder billigen Kantine fühlt man sich besser aufgehoben. Am Essensangebot selbst, der Vielfalt und Schmackhaftigkeit der Speisen haben wir keine Beanstandungen.

Außerhalb des Hauptrestaurants wurden wir auch von freundlichem, aufmerksamem Personal bedient.

Unsere Erfahrungen im Hauptrestaurant und die Gleichgültigkeit des Restaurantmanagers verdienen keine Weiterempfehlung!

schönes Hotel, Zimmer gut eingerichtet, Riff vor der Anlage
tolles Hotel direkt am Steg über das Riff, in 600 m ist eine Bucht, in welcher man auch bei Wellengang gut schnorcheln kann, es gibt Schrime und Liegen am schmalen Strand, da ist es jedoch nicht möglich zu schwimmen, bei Flut lohnt es sich in den vorgelagerten "Pool" zu schnorcheln, viele Fische und klare Sicht,
die Poollandschaft ist schön gestaltet und sauber, jedoch gibt es nur an der Swim up Bar Getränke, oder über den Kellnerservice,
nur 2 Toiletten für den gesamten Poolbereich sind definitiv zu wenig,
das Personal ist immer hilfbereit und sehr fleißig,
der großte Kritikpunkt ist der Service bzw. die Organisation beim Abendessen im Buffettrestaurant, zur Eröffnung sind die Tische eingedeckt, das wars auch, Betränkebestgellung klappt auch teilweise, Abräumen und neu eindecken verliert sich im Chaos, Geränke sind selbst zu organisieren, wieder anstehen, da wären Stationen zum selbst zapfen sinnvoller,
wir wurden von der Hotelleitung nach Problemen angesprochen, uns wurde vermittelt, dass dieses Chaos abends neu wäre, jedoch lese ich in anderen Bewertungen, dass das Probelm schon länger besteht, man könnte meinen, dass nach einen langen Tag auf der Liege etwas Bewegung zum Abend nicht schaden kann, Tisch organisieren, Teller und Besteck mit Serviette, Getränke, das Essen war abwechslungsreich und gut, Kuchen uns Dessert super Auswahl,
es gibt 4 Spezialitätenrestaurant, wir waren im Fischrestaurant, jedoch war die Kerze runtergebrannt als das Essen kam, nur mit Hilfe vom Handylicht konnten wir erkennen, was auf dem Teller ist, das geht gar nicht
die Abendunterhaltung hat gegenüber der Vergangenheit sehr nachgelassen
4 x in der Woche ein Geger teilweise mit Gesang, das reißt keinen vom Hocker,

Très bon séjour !
3ème séjour dans cet hôtel et toujours un plaisir. Nous avons séjournés dans le bâtiment 76, chambre 03. Et nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l'entretien de la chambre, fait avec beaucoup de soins. Nous avions droit tous les jours à des pliages de serviettes incroyables. C'était un plaisir de les découvrir en fin d'après-midi. Merci et bravo à l'homme qui s'occupait de notre chambre.
L'accueil pourrait être un peu amélioré, nous n'avons pas toujours eu de sourires à la réception, c'est dommage.
Un petit geste de bienvenue, comme un cocktail, aurait été une charmante attention. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit mais quand même...
Les piscines sont top, tout comme le service autour. Un grand merci à Mahmoud NAGDY pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance, son sourire. Un serveur vraiment génial, un vrai rayon de soleil qui fait un travail de dingue.
Nous avons été moins embêtés par les différents vendeurs au tour de la piscine, c'est appréciable par rapport à l'année dernière.
La nourriture est très bonne et variée. les buffets sont variés et bien garnis. J'ai adoré les soupes, le poisson, les pâtisseries. Par contre, nous avons toujours rencontré les mêmes problèmes au restaurant principal : difficulté à trouver une table libre, des couverts, des serviettes... Là aussi, il manque parfois des sourires chez certains serveurs. L'agencement du restaurant est peut-être à revoir pour éviter les longues files d'attente au buffet.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il y a du choix et c'est bon. Peut-être revoir les machines à café qui peinent parfois à servir toutes les personnes. Merci à HUSSEIN pour les bons oeufs qu'il préparait tous les matins.
La nourriture et les service sont très bons au ZEIT ZAITOUN. On recommande.
Le service au Plateau est très moyen, voir mauvais ! Nous avons parfois dû attendre 40mn pour avoir une assiette de frites. L'ambiance y est tout de même incroyable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.
Le SPA ou plutôt la manicure sont trop chers. J'ai payé 45€ pour une pose de vernis simple qui a tenu 3 jours. l'accueil y a été sympa et le travail bien fait mais ça ne vaut pas le prix. J'ai été déçue et je ne referai plus.
Une mention toute spécial pour le service de taxis. Andy est un professionnel en or, toujours au petit soin pour ses clients. Il offre toujours de très bons conseils à ses clients et prend vraiment soin d'eux. Merci à lui !
Une mention également pour Cibo et sa petite boutique Bazar. Il a toujours le sourire et vous donne de la joie et de la bonne humeur. Il est l'âme de la galerie marchande. Topissime ! Dommage qu'il ne puisse plus garer sa petite camionette dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Nous adorons cette voiture, on en voit pas des comme cela chez nous.
Nous avons adoré faire une sortie en quad avec FOX SAFARI. Notre guide HONDA était génial. C'est la deuxième fois que nous la faisons et nous ne sommes pas déçus.
Nous avons hâte de voir la dernière partie de l'hôtel qui est toujours en construction.

Bref, nous avons encore passé de belles vacances dans cet hôtel et espérons pouvoir y retourner l'année prochaine...

Consiglio!!
Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Stanza grande e confortevole. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Struttura curata e pulita. Se andate e volete fare anche escursioni affidatevi ai servizi e consigli di Andy Wolf (collaboratore della struttura) noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Unico appunto: le bevande sono assolutamente da migliorare (tutte).

CATASTROPHIQUE !!!
Non seulement l’hôtel est horrible mais leur gestion de la faillite de FTI montre leur véritable fond…
L’hôtel:
C’est vieux dans tous les sens du terme, la plage est sale et le personnel n’est pas compétent.
Pas de mini bar dans les chambres, seulement 2 malheureuses bouteilles d’eau sont disponibles.
Impossible d’avoir une boisson fraîche de tous le séjour (pas de glaçons et frigo dépassé par la température). Le buffet est petit et sans variété.
Vous êtes emmerdés toutes les 2 minutes par quelqu’un qui essaie de vous vendre une excursion, des photos ou même pour changer en billet des pièces de pourboire…c’est la jungle.
La faillite FTI:
Dès l’annonce de la faillite, l’hôtel nous harcèle, une lettre nous est adressée à la chambre, s’en suit des appels téléphoniques pour nous demander de venir dans les plus brefs délais à la réception.
On se présente le jour même avec le mail de FTI qui confirme que les séjours commencés seront honorés…
Et là, situation hallucinante, le manager et la personne à la réception nous dit « vous devez nous payer le séjour maintenant, le mail que vous avez reçu, on s’en fout… », ce que nous refusons de faire, ils nous disent ensuite « Ah mais vous les européens vous avez des assurances qui vont vous rembourser ».
Ensuite leurs menaces et l’agressivité s’expriment jusqu’au moment où ils nous disent « vous payez ou on appelle l’aéroport, on communique vos numéros de passeport et vous ne quitterez pas le pays, vous serez arrêté par la police !! ».
L’hôtel protège donc à tout prix son porte feuille et pas le client. Vous êtes…un numéro et ils se comportent comme des sangsues à argent!

Un hôtel incroyable !!
Très grand complexe mais vraiment top, de grandes pelouses séparant les petits bâtiments ! Il y a de très nombreuses piscines, une plage immense et plusieurs restaurants
Aquapark avec plein de toboggans et jeux d'eau pour petits (le rêve !) et grands, une longue plage avec des coins de snorkeling
La jetée donne accès aux coraux vivants, mais elle est fermée quand il y a trop de vent; dans ce cas, le platier abrité directement accessible de la plage, pas de beaux coraux mais une variété de poissons sympa, dans très peu de fond).
Animation présente sans être envahissante.
Très bonne restauration dans le restaurant principal, un choix incroyable pour tous les goûts (merci au chef Mahmoud)
De beaux spectacles différents chaque soir
Une propreté que je n'avais jamais vu dans un hôtel égyptien.
Personnel aux petits soins. Et un "vrai" tout inclus - y compris cocktails (NB: ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de meilleur, pour être franche)
Même sur la plage, on vient régulièrement vous proposer et vous servir des boissons. Plusieurs piscines sont chauffées en "hiver" ou mi-saison (nous y étions mi-avril).
Très bon club de plongée juste à côté (ScubaWorldDivers)
Majoritairement des couples allemands, polonais et tchèques, assez peu d'italiens et de français, mais on a adoré !

El hotel es hermoso!! La atención del personal en general es ejemplar. La comida es variada y muy rica. Los chicos de team animation son de lo mejor. El hotel cuenta con música en vivo y actividades para los niños, las cantantes cubanas y la otra chica cantan muy hermoso y son super amables. El animation colombiano Chato,nos ayudó con la traducción y nos guío en todo lo que necesitábamos.
