When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Lovely hotel if you like to chill
Hotel was beautifully presented, staff where all incredible. There was nothing they wouldnt do for you. I even had the chef whip me up a quick meal when i found nothing suitable was on the buffet for me. The staff make this hotel. However, it wasnt the hotel for us, my husband and i are 30 and 34 years old. We are active, like to explore and want to keep busy. There wasn't much happening round the pool, including no music. It was really quite boring staying in and around the hotel but fully appreciate that its the perfect scene for soem people and particularly older couples. We tried to keep oursleves busy and went into Hurghada as much as possible but with it being a 40 minute drive away. We could never just pop into town. It felt like it had to be a whole evening trip type of thing. We never tried it out during the day. The foo dis great for the first few days but gets a bit repetitive. Again, to be expected from an all inclusive and in hindsight. We wouldnt got two weeks all incluisve again and we would stay closer ot the town rasther then being in a mini tourist only city of Makadi.

What a wonderful place, Bill and Brenda Gibbs
We had another great time, this was our third visit in just two years and we return for out 6thon October 7th. The place is superbly clean as all the rooms and pools and all eating places all 4 of them in the hotel are great. The Tui personal along with Danielle and Ali and Ben plus all others are great. The room attendants are wonderful and all the pool and bar staff are all enjoyable people with a permanent smiles all round. One of the best hotels we have stayed and that includes some of the so called best in the World, including Mumbai and Sandals in the Caribbean including 4 Cruises.

Wonderful holiday at Makadi Gardens, Hurghads
Our first visit to Egypt we stayed at Makadi Gardens, Hurghada, a small but very friendly hotel, the staff could not do enough for us, from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, we didn't have to lift a finger, from the porters, restaurant staff and housekeeping we were very well looked after, thanks to Ibrahim for keeping the drinks coming round the pool and Mustafa for looking after us at lunch time and in the evening, we will definitely be back. Only disappointment was there wasn't a TUI fitness instructor at our hotel and if you wanted to take part you had to go to another hotel. The trip to Luxor and the Valley of the Kings was very well organised and well worth the trip.

Small friendly hotel
It is the last day of our 2 week holiday at the TUI Blue Makadi Gardens. First time in Egypt and it has been wonderful. The hotel is lovely, the pool area is great, with a little walk to the beach. The staff at this hotel are second to none! They are so friendly and cater for your every need. It’s difficult to pick any one in particular but a special mention for Ibrahim Mahmoud for the constant supply of cold drinks by the pool.
The food at this hotel is amazing, the selection at every meal caters for everyone! I would challenge you not to find something that you like!!
It is our first time at a TUI Blue hotel and the quality is certainly extra special!

Like heaven on earth!
Wow, what can I say? We have just returned from 2 weeks at this resort and it is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is spotless and the staff can't do enough for you. From the poolside service (including having your sunglasses cleaned at your lounger) to the waiter service in the restaurants everything is 5*. I haven't stopped raving about the place since we got home. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and the small gestures by all the staff are so sweet and thoughtful. The emphasis of this hotel is rest and relaxation and we loved the "chill" vibe. The entertainment was excellent without it being too loud and noisy. The activities are all fun and we especially enjoyed the cocktail making class, the cooking class and the escape room.
It was my birthday during the stay and the guys in the restaurant made it so special by setting up our table for lunch with decorations and a cake followed by a birthday sing song. Mahmoud was an absolute star and so kind and thoughtful. All the guys provided an all round outstanding service and were so genuine in everything they did.
The Tui reps Ben and Ali are both amazing and always available to help if not in person then via the app. Everything is so well organised and you just can't fault the service on any level.
A big thank you to all the staff and reps for making our holiday an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!!
