What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Wonderfull time in Jaz Maraya Hotel
The time spent at the Jaz Maraya Hotel was a very successful vacation. The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the food was delicious. There is a very friendly atmosphere in this hotel, the staff is very helpful. We have wonderful memories connected especially with conversations with Helmy and also Taha - bartenders working mainly at the pool bar, we felt an almost family atmosphere.

The best all-inclusive vacation we ever had!
I am not a regular hotel-vacation person. I'll have some all-inclusive holiday once in a few years but I've already been to many 4/5 star hotels in various countries. Jaz Maraya was my home for the very first time in Egypt. I can easily, without any doubt say that this were the best all-inclusive holidays of my entire life. The level of care from all of the hotel staff is simply beyond my imagination. I felt well taken care of and so did my family for the entire time, every single member of staff is a lovely person and treats you with kindness in their own way. Considering the size of this hotel, the pool site, canteen or simply the whole area is perfectly clean. The food and restaurant choice is top level, not only you can try egyptian food but also food from around the world. Special thanks to: Tamer, Ali, Sayid, and many other beautiful people that made me and my family have everything that we need and more! Can't recommend this place better, if you need to rest and have superb holidays in Egypt this is place you need to go!

Best waiter: Helmy Selem and the Hotel ist very big &nice. The Aqua Park is the cherry on the top.
